This week at Juno
It’s been another busy week at Juno HQ, with a flood of new releases hitting the shelves.
Over at Juno Download, the exclusive deep house compilation starring Motor City Drum Ensemble arrived right on cue, while Hot Toddy’s slow burning disco gem “I Need Love” hit number one in the singles chart, closely followed by the West Coast EP by the Lovebirds and the mysterious Gucci Vump’s Sha! Shtil! EP. John Digweed’s Bedrock 11 compilation was top of the digital albums list, and Daniel Wang’s superb Balihu retrospective stayed in the top ten for a sixth consecutive week.
Meanwhile at Juno Records the Ilija Rudman Casual Joys 12″ was being snapped up by the disco heads (check out the Mark E remix), as well as the Neurotic Drum Band’s EP on Wurst.
There are brand new 12″ DJ charts from DJ T and Pilooski, while Diplo and Luciano have posted their digital charts for October. There’s also a new minimal podcast, plus a whole load of recommendations from the Juno music experts.
Finally, a little treat for the vinyl lovers – we have up to 75 per cent off over 10,000 7”s, 12”s and LPs in our autumn vinyl sale. Get in there quick because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Happy hunting,
