Listen: Mutant Beat Dance Feat. Naughty Wood – Let Me Go

Mutant Dance Beat– the duo behind one of 2011’s most underrated singles in Another World – have been snapped up by Dutch imprint Rush Hour and will release a 12″ via their Hour House Is Your Rush sub-label next month.

Featuring the vocals of Andrew “Naughty” Wood, “Let Me Go” feels like some lost Jamie Principle tune with raw drum hits, sleazy bass and yearning, late night vocals, and is complemented by the equally rough, freeform jacker “Rotten Funk”. Both make for a worthy follow-up to Another World, released in the last few days of 2011 on New York label Rong Music.

Hour House Is Your Rush will release Let Me Go by Mutant Dance Beat on April 23, 2012.
