Premiere – Pavel Milyakov’s ghostly techno track ‘Gabba-17’
Gabba by name – but not quite by nature

Berlin-based artist Pavel Milyakov’s Enthropic Vision mini-LP is an intriguing bit of work.
Featuring collaborations with Yana Pavlova, Martyna Basta, Richie Culver and Torus, it takes in a diverse span of genres, from melancholic ambience and spoken word poetry to low subs and abrasive breaks.
Pavel and the Psy X label are giving Juno Daily readers a chance to hear the track ‘Gabba-17’ well in advance of its August 26 release date. It’s not, we repeat not, a gabba track, more an eerie slice of techno, although we can see the name might be inspired by its pretty insistent four-to-the-floor kick. But you can judge for yourselves right here.
