Toast the birth of Tread A Measure in style

Just as you can’t have too many records – we’re all agreed on that, surely – then by implication, nor can you have too many record labels.

That’s why we at Juno Daily are always glad to hear of a new one on the block – and if its first release is any indication then Tread A Measure is a name you’ll be hearing a lot more of in coming months. The London-based label has lined five tracks from tipped Polish producer Stereometrix, showcasing his admirable grasp of trippy, futuristic techno that nods to electro but itsn’t afraid to deftly weave some gorgeous, reflective melodies into its sonic fabric.

The ‘Fall’ EP is limited to 300 copies, so they’ll no doubt be gold dust in next to no time. As if that alone won’t be enough to tempt you, we’re able to bring you the beautifully slippery, slidy ‘IO’ from the EP well ahead of its July 8 street date.
