Arturia’s PolyBrute synth gets version 3 update
The new firmware adds new distortion effects, tuning options, stereo layers and more.
Arturia have announced a new firmware update for the high-end PolyBrute synth, adding features including oscillator independent tuning, unison detune and keyboard transposition. Seven distortion modes join the PolyBrute’s existing effects, which include delay, reverb and modulation. Flexible effects routing options allow you to change the signal flow, while a new Stereo Layer mode lets you assign separate voices to each channel. You’ll also have access to 350 new presets, designed to show off the new features. You can find out more about the PolyBrute in the video above.
The Arturia PolyBrute is in stock now, priced at £2,145.39. The PolyBrute Noir is also in stock, priced at £2,182.02. The version 3.0 firmware is a free update for all PolyBrute owners.
