The semi-modular synth promises ‘massive’ power in a small format.
Newly announced at this week’s NAMM trade show in California, Intellijel’s Cascadia is a new semi-modular synth designed to prioritise performance. Intellijel describe the Cascadia as a ‘massive’ system in a small case, roughly the same footprint as a laptop but packing in two precision VCOs, a six-channel waveform mixer, ‘liquid-sounding’ multi-mode filter, a wave folder, digital envelopes and an extensive range of utility modules. You can hear it in action above.
The Intellijel Cascadia is available to pre-order now, priced at £2,065.
