Premiere – Cosimo Damiano shares ‘Algol’ from forthcoming debut LP

The Roman sound architect and DJ releases his debut LP in June

Cosimo Damiano has announced details of his debut album and shared a track exclusively with Juno Daily readers.

This will be Damiano’s third outing on DJ Inner Lakes’ Milan-based SURVIVE imprint. His first LP, Hypnos, has been set for release on June 14

The dreamlike, bell-laden dance track ‘Algol’ showcases his sound engineering background at ARS studios in Rome, as well as his influences from classical and contemporary music.

The eight-track Hypnos, LP sees Damiano attempt to pull the listener into a delirious sound palette of tribal, ritual and hardcore moods, with influences ranging from Curley Schoop to H.P. Lovecraft.  Pre-order your copy here

Damiano, a DJ and producer with releases on labels such as Un.t.o, Lux Rec and Pinkman, has his background in Rome’s rave and free party scene, having shared stages with Jeff Mills, Lory D, Ron Morelli and Blawan.
