Modal Electronics have announced an updated version of their compact and affordable Skulpt synth. The Skulpt SE is a four-voice virtual analogue synth which is fully compatible with the original Skulpt. There’s a new look and build quality has been improved, but the basic formula remains the same: 32 oscillators split into two morphing wave groups, a morphing resonant filter and performance features including an arpeggiator and a sequencer.
