Premiere: Shawn O’Sullivan – Free Flight

We are delighted to premiere this great little clip for Shawn O’Sullivan’s recent release for Speculator’s New York based label, W.T. Records.

Directed by California based video artist Farley Gwazda (who also directed the video for “Pleasure” by Blondes), the clip references 1940 film Experiments in the Revival of Organisms to considerably woozy effect.

“Free Flight” is the title track to O’Sullivan’s recent outing for the criminally underrated W.T., and it’s a paranoid, moody techno cut with more than a hint of acid bubbling away below. Be sure to keep an eye out for O’Sullivan’s forthcoming 12″ for another NYC label, Long Island Electrical Systems.
