Video: Tensnake “Coma Cat”
The summer of Tensnake continues with a brand new video for “Coma Cat”, which brings to mind a Clearasil advert with a lesbian twist.
The ubiquitous but still wonderful track was recently signed up by clubbing Goliath Defected after first seeing release on Permanent Vacation (i.e. David) earlier this year. The subsequent video, which features a couple of attractive girls frolicking about East London, was revealed to the world by Pitchfork today.
Nominally a reworking of 80s R&B hit “What I Like” from Anthony And The Camp (produced by legendary producer Jellybean Benitez), “Coma Cat” is a wonderfully insouciant homage to classic house and disco that retains a trademark Tensnake twist.
