Professional direct drive manual turntable - black
Notes: One of our favourite DJ turntables. Clearly inspired by the classic Technics SL-1200 but clocking in at a more affordable price point. Direct drive motor, decent build quality and a few nice bonus features like adjustable pitch range.

Supplier notes:
The AT-LP140XP fully manual professional DJ turntable features a high-torque direct-drive motor and anti-resonant, mass-damped, die-cast aluminium platter to ensure stable, on-axis rotation at 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM. It is equipped with an S-shaped tonearm with height adjustment, adjustable tracking force (counterweight) and adjustable dynamic anti-skate control.

Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for more than 50 years, and that expertise shows in the durable, high-output AT-XP3 DJ cartridge with 0.6 mil conical bonded stylus included with the turntable. It comes pre-mounted to an AT-HS6 universal 1/2"-mount headshell.

Designed to connect to components with a dedicated phono input, the turntable comes with a detachable dual RCA output cable and supplies a strong 5.5 mV output.

Additional professional features include a start/stop button; forward and reverse play; selectable high-accuracy quartz-controlled pitch lock and pitch change slider control with +/-8%, +/-16%, and +/-24% adjustment ranges; a stroboscopic platter with speed indicator; a retractable plug-type stylus target light; and a removable hinged dust cover.

record cleaning machine
Notes: Superb vinyl cleaning machine from a trusted name in hi-fi. Cleans records in around 30 seconds per side, using eco-friendly cleaning solution and leaving the vinyl spotless and dry. Check out our full review.

Supplier's notes:
The VC-S2 ALU elevates the performance of affordable record cleaning solutions to new levels. Based on years of experience and research, this model boasts superior performance and the ultimate ease of use.
Boasting a striking aluminium surface that's not only visually appealing but is able to withstand excessive fluid spill without compromising the chassis. The VC-S2 ALU houses a class-leading vacuum motor to clean records, residue free, in as little as one or two rotations. The very best results are achieved with one rotation forward, followed by one backwards. The drive motor also makes one rotation within 2 seconds, which is about three times faster than comparable products. The end-result is a faster and more effective cleaning process for the cost. The motor is also a new purpose-chosen type, designed to last for an extended lifetime.
A new aluminium screw-on clamp, lined with a rubber pad, protects the record label from cleaning fluid and avoids damage to the label. The robust metal arm is easy to use, mechanically stable and focuses all suction power directly onto the record surface.
The VC-S2 ALU is supplied with Pro-Ject's own eco-friendly, non-alcoholic vinyl cleaning concentrate, Wash-IT. It offers very good cleaning results and reduces static charge, so record wear and stylus wear are significantly reduced. It also evaporates in the air, dramatically reducing the number of times you need to empty the large built-in 2.5l waste liquid tank. For when there is a fluid build-up, the VC-S2 ALU also features a handy level indicator telling you the ideal time to empty the tank.
The VC-S2 ALU is a clear and obvious investment toward great sound and extended record life. The aluminium finish exemplifies the high-end build-quality throughout. The increased size and upgrade in components allow for quicker and quieter operation, while retaining a high level of effective deep-groove cleaning. For those who are serious about their sound, and the longevity of their record collection, the VC-S2 ALU is a must-try addition to your home.

LFO/envelope generator module
Notes: The Synthishaper module is made under license of the EMS and is a remake of the EMS envelope shaper known from VCS3, Synthi A and AKS.

It is a very unique modulator which can be used as a trapeze or triangle shape LFO and/or a attack-hold-decay envelope generator. For the real EMS feeling combine the 500e Filter with the 510 Trapezoid. The Trapezoid Generator has Attack, On, Decay, Off parameters. The "Off" parameter can determine a amount of time until the envelope can be re-triggered. A very short "off" time will make the unit loop, changing it into a LFO. VC of Decay time, Gate input and a manual trigger button. Two signal outputs that can be adjusted in level in polarity with one common knob. Additionally the module has an internal VCA which explains the Signal in- and output and is being controlled by the trapezoid signal.

Eight channel audio & CV sampler for Eurorack - 21HP
Notes: Our favourite module of 2019. Eight channels of audio and CV sampling with real-time editing and processing. Does basic sampling well but quickly gets creative and weird. We love it.

Supplier's notes:
The 'Squid Salmpler' is a Eurorack 8 channel audio & CV sampler. It is designed for immediate real time sampling, editing and mangling within a modular context.

Taking influence from early hardware samplers, The Squid Salmple focuses on usability and instinctive operation, incorporating a proven Pamela's Workout style user interface for minimal screen dependence and a fun, hands on experience.

With support for sampling and playback for both audio and CV, as well as CV control of all parameters, on-the-fly bank loading and saving to USB, The Squid Salmple brings a unique take on old school sampling into the modular realm.

The Squid Salmple comes with a USB Stick containing approximately 90 banks of original carefully curated royalty free samples. This includes a wide range of sounds from classic drum machines and weird synths to field recordings and CV modulations. Banks are provided by both ALM and some of our favourite artists and friends including Mumdance, Solid Blake, Russell Haswell, Lauren Flax, Dave Burraston (NYZ), Sue Zuki, Dungeon Acid, Sasha Lewis and Andrew Duff.

Synthesiser + Waldorf Edition software, including D Pole Filter Module, PPG Wave 2.V & Attack
Notes: *** Synthesizer comes with a free copy of The Waldorf Edition software, including D Pole Filter Module, PPG Wave 2.V & Attack ***

Waldorf are back in the game. With the Blofeld. this synthesizer offers all the unique qualities that made Waldorf a truly legendary brand.

The engine inside the heavy duty, full metal chassis of the Blofeld delivers the same fat and rich sound that so many Waldorf users worldwide love when they play their Pulse, Q, Q+, Micro Q, Microwave, Microwave II/XT, or even the flagship Wave.

Yes, you've heard it right. The Blofeld is not only capable of producing these warm, organic analog sounds known from the Q synthesizer line, it also sports a wavetable engine like its predecessors with Wave in their names.

This unique synthesis system is based upon the revolutionary PPG Wave synthesizers of the early 80s. So when you listen to the Blofeld for the first time, you will instantly recognize those edgy, hard-hitting and bell-like timbres that have been an integral part of so many world hits from the PPG era on, and become increasingly popular once more.

In fact it is amazing to realize that nowadays this complex technology fits into such a slim and elegant device. And for a price no-one would have imagined a couple of years ago.

Notes: Softube's hardware controller gives hands-on control of your mixes. Works with any DAW and pairs seamlessly with Softube and Universal Audio plugins.

Supplier's notes:
Sound. Workflow. Control:
Quickly switch between your tracks and control EQ, compressor, gate and more. Mix with the sound of the included Solid State Logic SL 4000 E. Or customize your channels to fit your needs - there are over 60 Console 1 ready plug-ins available from Softube and Universal Audio.

Modern Workflow:
The Console 1 hardware gives you hands-on control of EQ, compressor, gate, volume and pan on all your tracks. No MIDI mapping is needed - the hardware is tightly integrated with the Console 1 software, straight out of the box.

Timeless Sound:
Pamper your tracks with the sound of the legendary Solid State Logic SL 4000 E console - probably the most used high end console in the history of music recording. Softube's emulation was developed in close collaboration with SSL, and it's included with the purchase of Console 1.

Expand Your Options:
Customize your channels with any of the over 60 available Console 1 ready plug-ins from Softube and Universal Audio. Mix and match units from Chandler Limited, Fairchild, Teletronix, Tube-Tech, Abbey Road Studios and many others. Pre-mapped and ready to go.

A Lifetime of Mixing:
Console 1 is a premium Swedish design, built to last for many years of mixing. Its steel chassis makes it solid as a rock, and the knobs and buttons have the responsiveness and feel you'd expect from a high end analog console.

Add More Consoles:
In addition to single Console 1 ready plug-ins, there are entire Console 1 channel strips available, with EQ, compressor, gate and modelled saturation from the original analog hardware. Currently, the options are Solid State Logic XL 9000 K-Series for Console 1, British Class A For Console 1 and Summit Audio Grand Channel for Console 1, with more to come.

Control Your DAW:
Console 1 works with any major DAW on the market. But certain DAWs - currently Presonus Studio One and Cakewalk SONAR - feature additional integration, meaning you can use the Console 1 hardware to control vital DAW functions such as track selection, volume, send levels, pan and solo/mute. We aim to have this functionality added for all DAWs.

And the Winner Is:
The first-generation Console 1 was an immediate success and did not only receive prestigious awards and praise from the pro audio press - but more importantly, the end users loved it. Even seasoned engineers such as Michael Brauer, Jason Goldstein, Dave Isaac and Gareth Jones took the system to their hearts.

Upgraded Hardware:
Three years after the original Console 1 release, it is time to introduce the Mk II version. It has the same build quality as the original units, with some minor layout changes such as more visible LED markers. More importantly, efficient manufacturing processes have made the system much more affordable.

DJ controller featuring four-channel club standard layout mixer
Notes: Latest mid-range DJ controller from NI, designed specifically for the brand's Traktor software. Four-channel setup at a very reasonable price, featuring most of the key features of the more expensive S4.

Supplier's notes:
Layer tracks. Go back-to-back. Hook up a mic and an MC. Keep a wildcard up your sleeve and drop it when the dancefloor needs it: TRAKTOR KONTROL S3 has everything you need to DJ across four decks. Step up your sets, and play with total freedom.

FOUR DECKS, AT YOUR FINGERTIPS:

At the heart of the TRAKTOR KONTROL S3 is the four-channel mixer, with full-length faders, EQ, cueing, and Mixer FX control over each deck. Juggle Hotcues, samples, and loops with eight RGB pads on each deck. When it's time to take things further, switch decks and keep on-track with the jog wheel light rings.

FROM SCRATCHES TO SPINBACKS:

When it's time to get your mix on, there's plenty of jog wheel to go around. Touch-sensitive and super smooth, they're not just for nudging and stalling, but feel great for scratch workouts too. RGB light rings let you know which deck is playing at a glance, and warn you when you're almost out of track.

RE-EDIT, REWORK, REINVENT:

Fire off samples, loop drum patterns, chop in vocal cuts, or even work your own productions into the mix if that's your thing. Loop any part of a track and assign it to a pad, or skip to any part of your track using Hotcues. TRAKTOR PRO's beatsync means you'll never lose the groove.

MIXER FX ONE-TOUCH DANCEFLOOR TRIPS:

Cut the kick and open a reverb, or chop things up with a dotted delay - Mixer FX are one-touch effects on each channel, great for building energy, shaping your sound, or just going wild. Notes: Improving feel and workflow, and making the best of hardware and software available in one place, Console 1 Fader allows you to raise the sound quality bar to new heights. Mixing a masterpiece isn't easy, but with Console 1 Fader there's no limit to what you can do. Now's the time.

Ten touch-sensitive 100 mm Alps motorized faders give premium professional feel and feedback, while the weighty powder-coated steel chassis means durability and substance in a sleek Scandinavian design.

Fader includes two console emulations (Tube and Discrete). Way more than a simple controller, Fader enriches the sound of your tracks in the same ways as a true analog console.

Riding faders is muscle memory for many mix engineers. For those of us who play the desk like an instrument, Console 1 Fader gives quick and intuitive control over volume, saturation, filtering, and much more.

The Console 1 mixing ecosystem is so much more than a simple DAW/plug-in controller. It's an efficient, elegant, and amazing-sounding modern mixing solution, combining hardware and software to give you the best of both worlds: the versatility, affordability, and usability of in-the-box mixing, alongside the workflow, feel, and focus dedicated hardware can bring.

Console 1 Fader can be used alone, or in combination with the original Console 1 channel strip controller for a tight 'complete desk' experience. You can even use multiple Console 1 Fader units to build the ideal workflow for your specific studio.

There are many ways to mix a masterpiece, but riding faders is a matter of muscle memory for a lot of us. And for good reason - reaching out and grabbing five or ten different sounds or groups at once, and quickly adjusting, listening, adjusting, listening, balancing... it's a full-body discipline, and software alone can't come close.

Tapping into the same purpose-designed software environment as the original Console 1 channel strip controller, Fader brings new levels of control over the wider world of your mix. You can ride up to ten channels at once, working volume, high-and-low-cut filter values, drive and drive character (modeled desk saturation), and more. Then page up for ten more channels. And ten more, until you have easy access to your whole mix, even when tracks number into the hundreds.

Expandable with world-class sounds
Because all the audio signal processing happens in our award-winning component-modeled software, you can switch out the 'circuitry' of your console instantaneously for a different desk sound across your whole project, or even channel by channel.

In addition to the two analog console sounds Fader ships with, you can purchase any of our Console 1 channel strips and use those classic desk sounds with Fader.

Selected features

Fader modes
Fader allows you to quickly and intuitively control track volume, drive level, drive character, input gain, low cut, high cut, and up to three send levels, all from the same high quality motorized faders.

Transport controls
The three assignable buttons work by default as basic transport controls for the major DAWs, but each can be assigned to a keycommand of your choice (e.g. CTRL+Z), for whatever use you can imagine.

Encoder
Mounted on a high-grade all-metal potentiometer, Console 1 Fader's single encoder offers control of pan per track, but also unlocks a powerful stereo spatialization tool, to widen or consolidate your individual tracks, situating each sound perfectly in your mix.

Layer mode
With our innovative new 'Layer Mode' you can create layers of tracks, putting many levels of mixing at your fingertips. Low cut all your guitars at once, or saturate your groups early on for a top-down effect in seconds.

In short
A 10-fader approach to Console 1, our hybrid hardware/software mixing ecosystem
High quality hardware, designed and built for both feel and function
Take fast and intuitive control of volume, saturation, filtering, and more
Two awesome-sounding component-modeled console emulations included
Expand your sonic options with Console 1 expansion channel strips (sold separately)
'Layer Mode' allows you to organise and affect your mix in powerful new ways
Spatializer tool offers fast per-channel control of stereo width
Works with all major DAWs straight out of the box - no MIDI-mapping required
Use alone, or in combination with the original Console 1 channel strip controller

Multi-mode filter with four filter types - 18HP
Notes: Funky quad filter, based around four identical state-variable VCFs configured in two pairs for either mono or stereo use. At its best when used in stereo, adding movement and width to sounds.

Supplier's notes:
The Quad Peak Animation System combines the auditory enveloping of stereo spaced peaks with the animation of two or more peaks in a single channel dancing around each other or engaging in primitive vocalizations. QPAS is Quad Core, containing four identical state variable filter cores with a control system powerful enough to guide them in stereo multi-peak operation, but simple enough to encourage system integration rather than domination.

- Quad Core Stereo Analogue
- Multi-Peak with clean resonance
- Fast response encourages deep FM
- Radiate spaces stereo image and animates associated channel
- High Q settings are under damped, excitable and ring by gate or trigger
- 2 modulation inputs aid patch exploration
- Stereo VCA, pre-filter with gain
- Mono to Stereo, Stereo to Mono, Mono to Mono and Stereo to Stereo operations
- Smile Pass filter response unique to QPAS
- Low Pass, Band Pass, High Pass and Smile Pass outputs simultaneously available

polyphonic oscillator module
Notes: Seriously potent polyphonic voice built around 16 sine-based oscillators. Capable of a huge range of tones thanks to FM, phase distortion and wavefolding. Another cracker from a consistently reliable brand.

Supplier's notes:
The Ensemble Oscillator is a unified polyphonic voice of sixteen complex oscillators combining additive, FM, phase-distortion and wavefolding synthesis techniques in new unorthodox ways. By quantizing the oscillators to scales or series of harmonics, the Ensemble Oscillator allows you to explore the sonic boundary between musical chords and rich evolving textures. Easily create a wide variety of sounds ranging from aggregates of pure sine waves to pulsar synthesis or pristine harmonic tones and lush wide chords to rich dirty drones and rumbling glitches. Custom scales can quickly be "learned" and saved using a CV keyboard or by manually entering notes with the controls.

The Ensemble Oscillator is designed by Matthias Puech and 4ms Company.

30 factory-programmed, user-writeable scales organized in three groups:
12TET: all notes quantized to equal temperament, repeating over octaves
Octave: unquantized notes, repeating over octaves
Free: unquantized notes, repeating over the interval between the lowest and highest note

Joystick/vector mixer for CV or Audio - 14HP
Notes: The most complex modulator is you. The Planar 2 puts macro control over six outputs - including a quad panning mixer - into your hands with a buttery smooth joystick. Record up to 30 seconds of your own movements, stretch it or mangle it with scan mode, use a trigger for playback, or just loop it - synced or not. Add yourself to your patch.

With its smoothly responsive precision joystick, Planar 2 facilitates hands-on vector control of two entirely independent sets of outputs (quadrants A-D, and axis X/Y), plus the ability to capture and playback your gestures. Recording your joystick movements enables the creation of organic and complex envelopes, wild and wobbly LFOs, or extended sonic evolutions. It mixes, morphs, routes and pans audio inputs; triggers gates; outputs control voltages and is itself, CV-controllable. Planar 2 puts the 'joy' back in 'joystick,' and the 'fun' back in 'function generator.' Its multitasking and tactile interface makes it a flexible and unique control device, no matter what your musical genre.

VCO module featuring four precision oscillators - 18HP
Notes: A-111-4 contains four precision VCOs and has individual controls, inputs and outputs for each VCO available as well as a common control and output unit. After all the A-111-4 is very similar to four A-111-3 without LFO mode but built in output mixers for the three waveforms, and a master unit for all four VCOs.

Controls, inputs and outputs for each of the four VCOs:

- 1V/Octave CV input
- Octave switch (+1 / 0 / -1 octave)
- Tune control (range internally adjustable by jumpers: ~ 2 semitones / ~ 1 octave / ~ 4 octaves)
- Modulation CV input
- Modulation destination:
- Upper position: exponential frequency modulation (XM)lower position: linear frequency modulation (LM) or pulsewidth modulation of the rectangle (PM), selectable via internal jumper
- Frequency Modulation (FM) or Pulsewidth Modulation of the rectangle (PWM)
- Modulation intensity
- Triangle output
- Sawtooth output
- Rectangle output (about 50% without external PWM)
- Sync input (hard or soft sync internally selectable via jumper, CEM3340 hard sync type)
- Min. 10 octaves range (with appropriate external CV)
- CEM3340 based VCO (triangle core)
- Each VCO has it's own separate internal +/- power supply for each for best stability and the prevention of unwanted synchronisation of the VCOs

Controls, inputs and outputs of the master section:

- 1V/Octave CV input
- Octave switch (+1 / 0 / -1 octave)
- Tune control (range internally adjustable by jumpers: 2 semitones / 1 octave / 4 octaves)
- Frequency Modulation CV input (FM)
- FM intensity
- Triangle sum output
- Sawtooth sum output
- Rectangle sum output
- As soon as the single waveform output of a VCO is patched this waveform of the VCO in question is removed from the sum (this function can be turned off for each single output socket by means of solder bridges on the pc board, i.e. the sum contains then all signals independent of the patching of the single output)
- CV output (outputs the sum CV that is used to control all four VCOs)
- Bus CV (selectable via jumper)

Typical applications:

- Fat sounding monophonic VCO with the possibility to adjust any intervals
- Paraphonic patches in combination with the polyphonic CV interface A-190-5 (all four VCOs processed by one VCF/VCA)
- Full polyphonic patches in combination with the polyphonic CV interface A-190-5 and four complete VCF/VCA sections
- Complex VCO patches with up to four VCOs by means of the frequency modulation features (exponential an linear) and the sync functions

Compact modular system with full analogue design - desktop version
Notes: Eurorack innovators Erica Synths pack as much as possible into a compact case with their Pico system. Huge sonic potential and clever card-based patch preset system.

Supplier notes:
Pico System III brings modular synthesis back to the basics - the system has multi functional (instead of single-function, like Pico Drums or Pico Trigger in the Pico System II) analogue modules and is intended to encourage creativity in modular patching.

The system has 31 inputs and 20 outputs (master output is duplicated) + 7 switches; if you have enough patch cables at your disposal, you can patch the system in 121000931215044250740178662400 or 1.21x1029 variations (we ignored the possibility to adjust potentiometers here). Even though only 0,0001% of all patches will sound more-less enjoyable, you and all your future generations can spend a lifetime only patching the Pico System III.

Voice-cards with preset patches set it apart from other eurorack systems - they allow user to change patches instantly and radically, which makes the system well suited for experimental live performances. The system comes with 5 great sounding "factory preset" voicecards, and 5 DIY voicecards that are empty and users can develop their own patches. More voicecards will be available from Erica Synths shop.

Desktop unit includes: 20 patch cables, 1 Hosa stackable cable, PSU, 5 factory preset & 5 DIY voice-cards, user manual and patch note sheets.

12 stage multi tap stereo phaser - black, 18HP
Notes: The next generation 12 stage, analogue multi tap Phaser, which is a development of, and replacement for, our earlier MegaPhase 12 unit. It includes all the features of the MegaPhase 12 and is also built around the circuitry of the superb sounding EH Smallstone Phaser, which was used to such great effect on synthesisers and string machines by J M Jarre on his early albums. It has the same versatile Stage and Emphasis stage switching, and the same configuration of stereo outputs, where the left channel is taken from the Stage switch, and the Right output from the Emphasis Stage Switch.

New features include independent Level Controls for Input 1 and Input 2, and a Phase "Colour" Control, which can lighten or darken the phasing effect. We have also used much lower noise internal VCA's and low noise audio op-amps along with a four layer PCB design, so that the S/N ratio is improved and the noise floor is considerably reduced compared with the previous MegaPhase 12 phaser. Like its predecessor it occupies 18HP of Eurorack space.

Premium 14-pole stereo digital filter module
Notes: With our MORPHEUS digital filter module, we're finally able to unleash the full power of the 14-pole Z-Plane Filters that Dave invented for the E-mu Morpheus synthesizer.

The MORPHEUS Eurorack module includes over 280 filter configurations, what we call Cubes. Each Cube is composed of up to 8 complex filters that you can picture as being at the corners of a three dimensional cube (hence the name). Morpheus gives you the ability to smoothly interpolate between those 8 filters within the cube's three dimensional space.

Due to processor limitations back in the day, the original Morpheus was capable of real-time morphing in one dimension, but interpolation in the frequency and transform dimensions were set at note-on and remained static for the remainder of the note. But even with that limitation, Morpheus offered sonic capabilities that are unmatched to this day.

With the MORPHEUS filter module, you now have simultaneous real-time CV control of all three dimensions, for dynamic timbral effects unlike anything you've ever heard before. In stereo.

Keyboard synthesiser
Notes: Vintage and more.

With its unmistakably unique exterior and its inimitable sound, the microKorg set the standard for analog modeling synthesizers. The year 2008 saw the introduction of the microKorg XL, which inherited the microKorg's fat and powerful sounds, while adding keyboard staples such as electric piano and the CX-3 organ. And now, in the next evolutionary step, the microKorg XL+ delivers a fresh update to the sounds and design of the microKorg XL, making it the ideal compact keyboard.

The microKORG XL featured a sound selector that lets you choose your sound using 2 large dials: music genre and instrument category. The new microKORG XL+ offers an additional selection of these music genres to fit today's fast-moving music scene. Now you can select a program that matches your song more intuitively than ever. For even more convenience, you can also leave one of the dials fixed and only use the other dial to make program changes during a song (music genre fixed), or use the dial to select vocoder variations (instrument category fixed).

Lush analog modeled synthesizer sounds that are characteristic of the microKORG have been freshly added to the microKORG XL+. In addition, for band use, the microKORG XL+ comes equipped with the piano sound from Korg's classic stage piano, the SGproX (famous for its ability to stand out in your band's mix), as well as its hard-edged grand-type electric piano. This compact package also includes sounds from the M1 and the VOX organ, vintage tape-type string and flute machines, as well as other gorgeous sounds from keyboard history. Each of these 128 programs are genuinely usable sounds, giving the microKORG XL+ plenty of variety to serve as your main keyboard or of course as a secondary keyboard in your rig.

The microKORG XL+ projects a style that's reminiscent of vintage electric pianos, featuring a futuristic yet retro design with a stylish black panel. High-quality parts such as metal levers, dials that move with an audible click, and knobs with a sturdy operating feel are some of the ways that the microKORG XL+ outclasses other instruments in its range and enhances your experience editing synthesizer sounds.

The microKORG XL+'s sound engine uses MMT (Multiple Modeling Technology), borrowing from Korg's well proven wealth of analog modeling technology. The MMT sound engine has been featured on numerous products, and provides 2 oscillators that generate huge powerful sounds. Oscillator 1 (OSC1) gives you a total of 7 types of oscillator algorithm to choose from, including formant waveforms such as human voice, and PCM/DWGS waveforms for vintage keyboard and strings. It also lets you use techniques that cannot be imitated on typical PCM synthesizers, such as cross modulation, unison, and VPM (Variable Phase Modulation). By taking advantage of modulation (sync or ring) with oscillator 2 (OSC2), it's easy to create complex and powerful sounds.

The microKORG XL+ can function as a powerful vocoder that lets you connect a mic and use its audio input to shape the tonal character of the oscillator's sound to create talking effects. The vocoder consists of a 16-band filter bank that can simulate the vocoder sounds of the past and also shift the filter frequencies (Format Shift function) or adjust the level and pan of each band to dramatically change the sonic character. Using the Vocoder is an easy way to add sounds that can be found in today's popular electronic music. Since a gooseneck microphone is included, you can immediately start using thevocoder in your songs.

2 master effects utilize the effect engine that was brought to perfection in Korg's Kaoss Pad series, giving you a total of 17 powerful effect types including delay and echo effects as well as dramatic effects such as ring modulator and grain shifter. In addition, effects such as delay can be synchronized to MIDI clock for a wide range of possibilities in live performance.

New version of the classic Electribe music production workstation with Ableton Live Lite software
Notes: The electribe has been reborn including KORG's latest technology distilled from popular products such as the KingKORG, kaossilator, kaoss pad, and taktile. The 200 preset patterns cover House and Techno as well as cutting-edge dance music genres such as Trap and EDM. Another major evolution of the new electribe is support for polyphonic playback, which is indispensable for musical styles that involve complex chord progressions such as House music.

Using the 16 pads placed on the front of the unit, you can create patterns intuitively while actually hearing and seeing the sounds. You can use the pads as a keyboard to realtime-record phrases, and also perform step recording by entering the pitch and rhythmic value one note at a time. The patterns you create can be used in alternate forms as you perform by taking advantage of the "step jump" feature inherited from the volca series, or by changing the "last step" to vary the length of each part.

There's also a "motion sequence" function that lets you record knob and button operations and use them in the pattern that you create. Either drums or synths can now be assigned to each of the 16 parts (i.e., the 16 pads). For example you could create complex rhythms by assigning drums to all of the 16 parts.

Familiar from the kaossilator is the "touch scale" function that lets anyone perform without wrong notes, just by moving a finger across the touch pad. The trigger pads that were popular on the taktile are also provided, making it easy for anyone to create phrases intuitively. The trigger pads can also be used for drum input. Settings allow you to switch velocity on/off.

For the electribe, KORG designed a synth engine that gives you the maximum sound-creating freedom and the fastest sound production. The 409 oscillator waveforms include analog modeling and PCM. The analog modeling synth engine provides a broad variety ranging from simple basic waveforms to complex combinations such as dual, unison, sync, ring modulation, and cross modulation. The PCM sound engine provides mainly rhythm sounds, but also covers multisamples for keyboard. (collaborations with Sample Magic, Loopmasters, Prime Loops are included)

The filters at the heart of the sound-shaping capabilities are inherited directly from the KingKORG, and they use filter algorithms that simulate standard synthesizers so that you can get "the sound" which was used in famous songs, just by selecting the appropriate filter type.

You can also apply filters to drums to create rhythm tracks that are rich in tonal variation. Modulation can make sound-creation more complicated, but we've made it easy by condensing it down to three parameters: simply select a template that specifies an effect and its target, and then adjust the speed and depth of the effect to suit your taste.

The new electribe provides effects such as compression and overdrive for each part, giving you uncompromising control over the nuances of individual sounds that differ subtly between genres. The groove function can be specified for each part, letting you apply a groove to your phrase simply by selecting a template.

The master effects can be controlled from the touch pad just like on the kaoss pad, and they include not only spatial-type effects that shape the overall acoustics but they also include effects that apply aggressively musical transformations such as the "Vinyl Break" effect inherited from the Kaoss pad series, and the newly developed "Seq Reverse" and "Odd Stepper" that change the playback order of the sequencer. These are also extremely effective for live performance. Insert effects can be assigned for individual parts, opening up even more complex sound-design possibilities. There's also a "pattern set" function which lets you switch patterns by pressing trigger pads, and an "event recording" function that records that performance. In addition to MIDI IN/OUT, "Sync IN/OUT" is also provided, allowing synchronized performances with the volca series, monotribe, or MS-20 mini. The unit can run on six AA batteries, so you can easily take it along with you and perform anywhere, providing on-the-go inspiration your musical ideas.

Dual multi-mode self-oscillating VCF & crossfader - 20HP
Notes: This is the third generation of Intellijel's much loved Korgasmatron filter designed in collaboration with David G. Dixon. The Morgasmatron features two completely independent six-mode filters (labelled "A" and "B") - each with its own mode-select knob, input, output, cutoff, resonance, Q-drive and gain control. Each filter has a pair of CV inputs (one with a built-in attenuator and the other with a built-in attenuverter) for modulating cut-off, and another CV input for modulating resonance. Both filters self-oscillate at maximum Q, and produce pitched sine waves that track the two separate 1V/OCT inputs.

You can use the two filters independently of one another, or you can use them together (in either a series or parallel connection) and smoothly crossfade between them using either the XFADE knob or the XFADE CV input and built-in attenuverter. You can flip the DRY switches to instantly bypass either or both filters; invert the phase of Filter B; or overdrive Filter A by switching on the new Overdrive circuit. A MIX output provides (as you might suspect) a mixed output of the two filters.

Modal synthesis voice module comprising a noisy and impulsive excitation signal generator, and 64-partial modal resonator
Notes: Elements is a full-blown synthesis voice based on modal synthesis - an under-appreciated flavour of physical modelling synthesis with a strange and abstract feel.

Elements combines an exciter synthesis section generating raw, noisy sounds characteristic of bowing (filtered friction noise), blowing (pitch-controlled granular noise), or striking (stick, mallet, hammer or brush sample playback... or bursts of synthetic impulsions). These sources, or external audio signals, are processed by a modal filter bank - an ensemble of 64 tuned band-pass filters simulating the response of various resonant structures (plates, strings, tubes...) with adjustable brightness and damping. A stereo ambience reverberator adds depth and presence to the sound.

All parameters have a very meaningful and well-delimited impact on the sound. When designing Elements, great care has been taken in selecting parameter ranges and control curves, producing a large palette of sounds - often beyond physical realism - but always well controlled and stable. The "dark spots" of noise and feedback are reached gradually, and they do still react to controls. The module is deliberately menu- and switch-free - what you dial/patch is what you hear!

Find your sounds faster:
Finding the right sound amongst a sprawling sound library can be difficult, not to mention time consuming. Now you can find exactly what you're looking for across all KOMPLETE and Native Kontrol Standard (NKS) instruments using a simple, intuitive tagging system - directly from the hardware. What's more, you can hear an instant preview of each sound as you browse.

Need a hip hop kit? Select Drums > Urban Drum Kit > Sample-based, scroll through the presets and pick the right one for your track. If you really like what you hear, just tag it as a Favourite for instant access next time.

Pre-mapped and ready to play:
All of your KOMPLETE and NKS instruments are pre-mapped to the KOMPLETE KONTROL hardware by the people who know them best - the instrument designers themselves. All essential parameters load instantly and are displayed across the two colour displays, intuitively divided into pages. That means you can see exactly what you're adjusting in real time - whether it's in kHz, dB, or BPM.

Pro performance:
Stay-on key, with notes of the currently selected scale or mode lit on the Light Guide. Activate chord mode to create a progression by playing single keys, then switch on the arpeggiator and turn it into an expressive musical performance. And for keyboard novices, Easy Mode maps the white keys to whichever scale you like, so you'll never hit a wrong note.

Precision pitch, mod, and expression:
Get precise control of pitch and mod functions via two ergonomic, rubberized wheels. And the ultra-sensitive touch strip provides a fun, responsive alternative to plugging in a dedicated expression pedal.

Get hands-on with your workflow:
Capture all your ideas, directly from the keyboard itself: KOMPLETE KONTROL gives you immediate access to transport, mixing, and editing controls in Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, and GarageBand, complete with visual feedback and volume metering on the keyboard's built-in displays. And with MIDI in / out, incorporating outboard gear into your setup is just as simple.

Professional upper torque turntable system - black
Notes: Killer value from DJ brand Reloop. Classic SL1200-inspired design with solid build quality, accurate sound reproduction plus modern features like a 50% pitch option and reverse button.

Supplier's notes:
With the RP-7000 MK2, Reloop has built a turntable that caters to the high demands of professional DJs and modern nightclubs. With its powerful direct drive motor and rugged construction we were able to develop a sturdy and indestructible turntable that can take on harsh everyday life with ease.

Sturdy Casing Construction:

By using a combination of metal, rubber and synthetic materials, the RP-7000 MK2's housing is more reinforced and heavy than ever before. This results in a turntable that is extremely resistant to vibrations that can be caused by heavy bass sounds in DJ booths and its shock-absorbing feet help to further improve isolation. The surface is coated with a scratch-resistant high-quality deep black or classic silver metallic finish.

Balanced S-Shaped Tone Arm with Upgraded Tone Arm Base:

The RP-7000 MK2 features a statically balanced S-shaped tone arm with hydraulic lift and anti-skating mechanism. The newly developed tone arm base provides improved stability and adjustable height/vertical tracking angle (VTA). The low-resonance tone arm comes with a universal connection for pick-up cartridge systems (SME).

Dual Start/Stop Buttons, Precise Motor Control and Reverse Function:

As well as the above technical innovations, the RP-7000 MK2 is equipped with a few functions that will make any DJ's life much easier. The newly developed aluminium LED target light is freely moveable to help you find the stylus position in dark surroundings. The target light is also removable and easily exchanged. An additional start/stop button has also been integrated to facilitate a vertical setup (battle position) and by using the buttons on the RP-7000 MK2's top panel, you can switch between the three motor speeds (33 1/3, 45 & 78 rpm). Dedicated buttons for forward and reverse mode allow for further creativity in your mix.

High-Resolution Pitch Section with Digital Fader:

Using the high-resolution pitch fader you can adjust the platter speed in the classic turntable pitch range +/-8%. However, the RP-7000 MK2 is also cable of a wider, DJ-friendly +/- 16% pitch range and a massive +/-50% ultra-pitch. This allows for increased creativity when modulating the playing record's tone. If quartz lock is active, the platter speed will remain unaffected by the fader position and will spin at zero pitch (0%).

High-Quality Connections and Integrated Phono Pre-Amp:

Thanks to the recessed rear connection panel, the RP-7000 MK2 can easily be mounted in a flight case and seamlessly positioned next to other DJ gear. The switchable integrated phono pre-amp makes it is possible to use the gold-plated RCA connectors for both phono and line output signals. An optional ground terminal offers additional protection in club environments. All cable connections (RCA/mains) are detachable and easy to exchange, which also helps with transport and storage.

Powerful Motor with Extensive Adjustment Possibilities:

The fine-tuned, quartz-driven motor with digital pitch correction operates at a starting torque of 2.8kg/cm, which can be adjusted up to a maximum of 4.5kg/cm. This makes it an extremely smooth running turntable with wow and flutter of just 0.01% WRMS*. Furthermore, the turntable break speed (platter stop) can be adjusted from 0.2 - 6 seconds and the precision-machined, heavy die-cast aluminium platter is lined with vibration reducing rubber to eliminate unwanted vibrations and resonance.

Addiditive synthesis engine
Notes: Additive synthesis oscillator based on the concept of building up harmonics from sine waves. A complex idea nicely executed for ease of use.

Suppliers notes:
Odessa implements the principle of additive synthesis controlled by a set of carefully tailored macro parameters to harness thousands of sinusoidal partials that altogether form the resulting sound.

The interface is kept simple and accessible, so you can easily build rich and full, great sounding timbres of very complex spectra, that can be either harmonic or inharmonic. Even though inharmonic spectra yield non-periodic waveforms, all partials are frequency related to the common fundamental controlled by a V/oct input. The series of harmonics can be squeezed or spread apart, tilt, and pruned by a comb-like frequency response, resulting in a variety of unearthy sounds. Animating the comb response yields radical effects similar to flanging and phasing. Additional, often sought after features are implemented: through-zero linear frequency modulation, and unison detune: up to 5 copies of the sound can be spread apart for a fat and dense cluster of voices.

There are nine parameters, each controlled by a dedicated knob, so the workflow is as smooth and immediate as possible. Furthermore, every parameter has a dedicated CV input, allowing live animation for organic audio effects. Odessa sports two main outputs for banks of harmonic partials that can be further scaled in frequency, as well as an additional output that can either spit out a square wave or a single sinusoid of the fundamental frequency. Interesting spatial effects, crazy modulation feedbacks as well as synchronisation is possible that way.

The hardware is based on a powerful FPGA chip offering massive parallel computing. The synthesized signal is devoid of aliasing through the entire audio range thanks to intrinsically bandlimited algorithm. A simplified spectral analyser helps you to keep a visual track of what is actually happening to the harmonics.

For even more control over Odessa, you can use the Leibniz subsystem (or just the Lipsk) that can be connected to a header at the back of the module.

Dual cassette deck for playing, dubbing, or recording 1 or 2 cassettes
Notes: TASCAM's new 202mkVII dual cassette deck is the latest generation of the company's professional cassette recorders. Coveted for their reliable performance, comprehensive feature set, and audio quality, the 202 series has long been the leading choice for recording studios, houses of worship, audio/music enthusiasts, and other professional applications.

The 202mkVII's most noteworthy new feature is a rear-panel USB output that enables recording and archiving cassettes to digital media. A front-panel 1/4-inch, high-impedance microphone input with dedicated level control enables live input to be mixed with Tape 1 audio and recorded, in real time, to Tape 2 for karaoke and voiceover applications. The mic input also can accept line-level signals. In addition to the USB output, the rear panel provides stereo analogue line-level input and output on unbalanced RCA connectors. A 1/4-inch stereo headphone output with dedicated level knob is conveniently located on the front of the unit.

The dual twin-head cassette decks can record and play back independently, including recording simultaneously to create two tapes with the same source. Among other applications, this enables simultaneous creation of a master tape and a copy for distribution, skipping the need to duplicate the master tape. The two decks also provide real-time dubbing at the touch of one button. Tape 1 offers pitch control (+/-12%) and Tape 2 has a Return to Zero function.

The TASCAM 202mkVII offers two playback modes. Normal playback, as expected, routes sound to the line outputs and headphone output. In Special playback mode, you can monitor the sound from one tape using headphones, while the other tape plays through the line outputs, making it easy to cue another tape. A noise-reduction feature (the equivalent of Dolby B) reduces hiss during playback.

The 3U rack-mountable, professional tape deck supports recording and playback of Type I (normal) and Type II (chrome) cassette tapes, as well as playback with Type IV (metal) tapes. A dedicated wireless remote control is included.

Notes: The theremin is to Moog what the Model T is to Ford. Well, kind of. You either get it or you don't, but this is where it all began for Bob Moog back in the day. Total wacko instrument but a proper classic. We love it.

Supplier notes:
The theremin is one of the oldest electronic instruments, and the only one known that you play without touching. Moving your hands in the space around its antennas controls pitch and volume. The Etherwave is an authentic adaptation of inventor Lev Termen's original design.

The Etherwave is a quality musical instrument designed for ruggedness and portability. It has a 5-octave pitch range and reliable spacing between notes for sophisticated playability. Antennas are nickel-plated 3/8" brass tube and cabinets are furniture-grade hardwood, finished with a custom Moog stain. The Etherwave is fitted with an adapter for mounting on a standard microphone stand and works best with Moog's TB-15 instrument amplifier.

All Etherwaves ship with 2 video tutorials on one DVD: Clara Rockmore: the Greatest Theremin Virtuosa and Mastering the Theremin, featuring Lydia Kavina.

The power supply is included: 220V for use in Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. 220V Etherwave ships with DVD in PAL format.

The Polyend Poly 2 module is a polyphonic MIDI to CV converter Eurorack module, and it will change how you interact with your sequencers, controllers, DAW, and more. This powerful module features MIDI I/O plus USB A and USB B inputs, with a total of four Gate outputs, four Pitch outputs, and 12 outs for CV (CC 0-127) signals. And using the Smart Thru connection, you can daisy-chain multiple Poly 2 modules together for even more voices. And Sweetwater was excited to report that Poly 2 is even compatible with the MPE (Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression) standard used in innovative controllers such as the Roger Linn Design LinnStrument and the ROLI Seaboard series. Once you've explored the polyphonic expression the Polyend Poly 2 module is capable of, you'll never want to be without it.

No matter what kind of MIDI controller you use - keyboard, ribbon controller, pressure pad, or whatever - the Poly 2 module offers built-in scale filtering rewards you with highly musical output. Select a scale, and only the notes within that scale will be passed along to your patch destinations. This is different from scale quantization, which forces ANY input to trigger the note its closest to in the scale, and can make it much more enjoyable to use alternative MIDI controllers with the Poly 2 module.

RME Digiface USB Audio Interface (USB audio interface)
RME
Cat: 641232 Rel: 31 Mar 17 • View all Audio & MIDI interfaces

24-Bit/96kHz digital multi-format interface
Notes: This compact, portable and lightweight audio interface (only 220 g /0.49 lbs) transfers digital audio data in SPDIF and ADAT format to Windows and Mac computers.

The latest Plug and Play technology guarantees a simple installation, even for the inexperienced user. Numerous unique features as well as RME's robust drivers enable a quick, efficient and comfortable operation of the Digiface USB.

The Digiface USB is an extremely compact & portable digital audio interface with 4 optical ADAT / SPDIF I/Os, and an analog high-quality line/phones output via 6.3 mm TRS jack. Continuing the legacy of RME's famous HDSP Digiface, a triple ADAT I/O interface with phones and PCI interface, Digiface USB simplifies connection with USB 2, does not need an external power supply, and even adds another optical I/O, resulting in 32 channels input and output each when using ADAT optical.

The analog output hosts channels 33/34, and can be used freely thanks to TotalMix FX, RME's routing and monitoring solution that knows nearly no limits in routing and mixing (the Digiface USB does not include FX).

Each single optical port can use either ADAT (up to 8 channels) or SPDIF (stereo). While the inputs adapt automatically to the received signal format, the outputs can be individually switched between ADAT and SPDIF operation. Supported are SMUX and SMUX4. Therefore at 192 kHz either 8 channels via 4 x SPDIF or ADAT are possible on both inputs and outputs.

Its small size, weight and bus-powered operation make the Digiface USB extremely versatile and useful. It could even serve as simple headphone amp for mobile use.

Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Digiface USB also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows for practically unlimited mixing and routing operations, with all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs. The Digiface USB does not have a DSP, so there are no FX available. Still it includes a dedicated Control Room section with Talkback, Main/Phones, fader groups, mute groups, complete remote controllability via Mackie or OSC protocol, and much more.

Here are some typical applications for TotalMix:

- Setting up delay-free submixes (headphone mixes). The Digiface USB allows for up to 17 fully independent stereo submixes. On an analog mixing desk, this would equal 34 Aux sends.
- Unlimited routing of inputs and outputs (free utilisation, patchbay functionality).
- Distributing signals to several outputs at a time. TotalMix offers state-of-the-art splitter and distributor functions.
- Simultaneous playback of different programs via a single stereo output. The ASIO multiclient driver supports the usage of several programs at the same time. When done on different playback channels TotalMix provides the means to mix and monitor these on a single stereo output.
- Mixing of the input signal to the playback signal (complete ASIO Direct Monitoring). RME not only is the pioneer of ADM, but also offers the most complete implementation of the ADM functions.
- Integration of external devices. Use TotalMix to insert external effects devices, be it in the playback or in the record path. Depending on the current application, the functionality equals insert or effects send and effects return, for example as used during real-time monitoring when adding some reverb to the vocals.
- Every single input channel, playback channel and hardware output features a Peak and RMS level meter, calculated in hardware. These level displays are very useful to determine the presence and routing destinations of the audio signals.

oscillator module
Notes: Compact oscillator with Verbos's trademark Buchla-inspired design philosophy: in addition to conventional square and triangle wave outputs, a multiplying waveshaper gives morphable sine, saw, square and spike outputs.

Supplier notes:
The long awaited small VCO from Verbos Electronics.

It is based on the same discrete transistor core as the other Verbos oscillators. In addition to outputs for the Square and Triangle waves directly from the core, there is a brand new multiplying waveshaper giving the effect of a VCO in hard sync with the core. Furthermore, there are three outputs that fade between Sine and Saw, Square and Spike (a Buchla Music Easel classic).

In other words, there is a "Richness" control that multiplies the Saw, Square and Pulse and a Timbre control that fades from Sine and the richer multiplied waveforms.

interactive touch control module
Notes: Proper hands-on modular expression here. Two pairs of five multi-dimensional touch pads with configurable CV and gate outputs for monophonic or duophonic control of oscillators or modulation of pretty much anything else.

Supplier's notes:
Intuitive and inspiring, the Lifeforms Touch Controller replaces the creative restrictions of a traditional chromatic keyboard with a set of fully configurable multi-dimensional touch pads. A configurable duophonic controller that utilizes two sets of five touch pads to offer a flexible and interactive performance surface. Performances can be interpreted with a unique combination of monophonic and duophonic responses. The Channel Animator functions quickly generate complex sequences. Intuitive and inspiring, the Lifeforms Touch Controller is the perfect interface for an experimental journey.

Easy to use, the interface is split into Left and Right sides. Each side offers a gate output, assignable CV A output, assignable CV B output, and touch position Y-Axis output. CV A is set using the top row of knobs and CV B uses the bottom row. A third set of outputs called "All" responds to both Left and Right sides.

The Channel Animator section controls the sequencers and modifies the functionality of the Touch Controller. Mono and Duo buttons switch between monophonic and duophonic modes. The Rest/Reset/Division button is used by the sequencers to add rest notes, reset, and change the clock division of a sequence. The Scan CV input responds to a 0-5v signal and assigns the active monophonic or duophonic channels based on the incoming voltage. Scan can be used to create various cycling arpeggiator or random sequences. The Reset gate input resets the sequencer to the first step. Step gate input advances the sequencer.

Enter Monophonic Mode by pressing the Mono button. In Monophonic mode the All output section responds to the selected channel. The Left section and the Right section respond when a channel in their section is pressed.

A single sequencer has access to all 10 channels. The sequence is performed in the order the notes are entered. Press and hold the Mono button then tap a series of channel touch pads to create a sequence. While holding down the Mono button during programming, pressing the Rest/Reset/Division button adds a rest to the sequence. Once a sequence is created, press and hold the Rest/Reset/Division button then tap a Channel Touch Pad to change the clock division left to right from #1 to #10. A sequence is clocked with the Step gate input jack. The Reset gate input resets the sequence to the first step. To stop the sequence, press and release the Mono button without touching a Channel Touch Pad.

Enter Duophonic Mode by pressing the Duo button. In Duophonic mode the All output section mixes the outputs of both the Left and Right selected channels creating interaction and transposition between the Left and Right sections. The Left and Right output sections respond when a channel in their section is pressed.

In Duophonic Mode, the Left and Right sections each have their own sequencer. Sequences are performed in the order the notes are entered. Press and hold the Duo button then tap a series of Channel Touch Pads on the Left and Right sections to create the sequences. While holding down the Duo button during programming, pressing the Rest/Reset/Division button adds a rest to the last selected sequence. Once the sequences are created, press and hold the Rest/Reset/Division button then tap a Channel Touch Pad to change the clock division left to right from #1 to #8. The Left 5 channel touch pads set the division of the Left section and the Right 5 channel touch pads set the division of the Right section to #1, #2, #3, #4, #8. Sequences are clocked with the Step gate input jack. The Reset gate input resets both sequences to the first step.
