Button/Jack:

This is rather a utility tool than an actual sensor. It allows you to either use a pushbutton or any CV-Signal (0- 5V) as a signal source. You can select to either use the button or any signal connected to the jack input with the jumper located right next to pin-header. The voltage present at the output upon a button press can be selected with the two jumpers next to the button. The button and jack can be used with both the ANALOG IN and the DIGITAL IN of the Field Kit's Sensor Interface.

Electret Microphone:

The electret microphone provides a simple solution to use your surroundings as a sample source. The board features a little trimmer to adjust the gain of the microphone pre-amplifier. Use a little screwdriver to adjust the gain according to the printing on the sensor board. It's preferable to adjust the signal level with the trimmer first and only use the level pot of the analog signal interface as a second adjustment stage. The electret microphone has an omnidirectional directivity and is capable of capturing the whole frequency spectrum from 20 to 20000 Hz. The electret microphone is best be used with the ANALOG IN of the Field Kit's Sensor Interface.

Light Sensor:

The light sensor will change the output voltage depending on the light intensity. The spectral sensitivity is similar to the human eye, covering the full spectra of visible light, with a peak at 570nm (green/yellow). The change of the voltage according to the light intensity can be set with the three jumpers on the board. Set those jumpers according to printing on the board. The light sensor can be used with the ANALOG IN and the DIGITAL IN of the Field Kit's Sensor Interface.

Temperature Sensor:

The temperature board features two output modes: a continuous CV or a trigger.

CV Mode: The board will output a continuous voltage in range 0 - 5 V depending on the measured temperature and scaled to the set lower and upper temperature limit.

Trigger Mode: The board will generate a trigger whenever the measured temperature rises above the set upper limit temperature. LED 1 will blink whenever a trigger is generated. The sensor covers a temperature range from -55-C to +125-C.

Ball Switch:

The ball switch consists of a little bouncy ball jumping around in a container connecting two contacts and thus acts like a switch. In contrary to a normal push button, which has very well defined states, the switching of a ball switch is more similar to a percussion shaker. There are two resting-positions which define a certain state of the switch: the board is lying flat on the table with its bottom facing the table: the switch is open the board is lying flat on the table with its top facing the table: the switch is closed. The voltage assigned to those states can be set with the two jumpers on the board. Refer to the printing on the board to identify the position that suits your needs. The ball switch can be used with the ANALOG IN and the DIGITAL IN of the Field Kit's Sensor Interface.

Notes: Tilt is the first in Laine's series of core modules, which will take cues from the main product line and strip back the features so both the module width and cost can be shrunk dramatically.

Comprising an 'Ambler' style tilt EQ network similar to the 'Stilts' topology, Tilt allows simultaneous cut and boost of low and high frequencies using a single control.

Tilt control circuits are known for the transparency of their cut and boost curves, coupled with the inherent emphasis gained from cutting one end of the frequency spectrum whilst boosting at the opposite end.

It sounds pretty good on all audio source material but is especially suited to tracking drums, guitar and lead, or manipulating effects sends and returns.

With the control knob at 12o'clock the sound passed is neutral. Turning the control knob clockwise will boost high and cut low frequencies pivoting from a fixed mid-range point. Turning the control anti-clockwise below 12 o clock will in turn boost low frequencies and cut the highs.

In addition to the EQ there is a soft clipping network which will begin to saturate signals over 15 volts peak to peak.

Tilt uses the same high quality OPA op amps, Alpha pots and ENIG PCBs as found in our main product line.

Notes: The famous MS 20 filter for AE modular!

This adaptation of the filter used first in Korg's MS-20 synth for AE modular offers control knobs for cutoff frequency, resonance and CV attenuator. Two signal inputs for different signal levels control the "drive" of the module. Compared to the wasp filter this filter has a significant self resonance and also a very quick response to changes in the cutoff frequency.

Notes: The CVADDER-HQ is a precision adder especially for adding 1V/octave (pitch-controlling) CVs. This makes it possible e.g. to transpose a sequence. Compared to general purpose CV mixers (like POLAMIX), this module does the summing of the CVs very precise (within a few millivolts), so the desired pitch is not affected.

The module offers four CV inputs where three of them are summed, and the CV at the fourth input is subtracted - meaning "transposition downwards".

This module also allows transposing the incoming CV by one or two octaves or a variable offset by buttons.

Notes: Module A-180-3 is a dual buffered 1-in-3 multiple. The signal applied to the input socket appears as a buffered signal at the three output sockets. Each output has its own buffer, i.e. the three output sockets are not simply connected to each other. The lower output of the upper unit is normalled in the factory to the input of the lower unit. That way the module works as a single 1-in-6 buffered multiple provided that no signal is applied to the input of the lower unit. But it's also possible to pick-up the bus CV and normalize the input socket of the lower unit to the bus CV.

Notes: Module A-183-9 is a simple power supply for up to four devices which can be powered via USB (e.g. keyboards, smartphones). An LED shows is the +5V are present.

Notes: The Doepfer A-126-2exp is an expander for the A-126-2 Voltage Controlled Frequency Shifter.

Notes: These Black Valchromat end cheeks for the Isla Instruments S2400 Sampler have been precision machined from HDF Valchromat.

They are a direct replacement for the aluminium ones and come supplied with new screws and have been oiled for a satin finish.

These give your sampler that blacked out look, these are also available in Solid Oak.

This stylish 24-bit / 192 kHz USB-C audio interface is so small, it will instantly become your new companion on the go and in your studio. Neva Uno is USB bus powered and Plug & Play, just plug it in and start working! Notes: Oak Veneered Roland Boutique Custom Made Stand / End Cheeks for the JX03, JP08, JU06, SE02, TR09, TB03, TR08 etc.

This new Oak Veneered version of the stand holds 3 Roland Boutique synths. This will also fit the the tr09, tr08, se02. sh01a and tb03 etc. However, you will need to remove them from the additional case that they come with.

This stand has been made from Oak Veneered MDF wood, and is connected via 12x allen head Confirmat Screws (Allen Key & Screws Provided) into an mdf wooden bar.

These are a great addition to the Boutique synths, and give a much nicer look and better working angle.The Boutique Synths are gripped in place by the sides of the stand, so do not fully tighten screws until the units are placed inside- then tighten screws to hold firmly in place.

Make sure you do this on a flat surface to ensure the feet are correctly aligned.

The item will need assembly as it will be sent flat packed. All screws, tools and rubber feet are provided, however you must buy your own Roland Boutique Synth.

Notes: The 1F is a voltage controlled switch, intended to be 'one friend' for your sequencer. Its design has been specially focused on working with sequences, by giving them some randomness, applying transpositions or constant variation over time. For this, 0.1% tolerance resistors have been used to achieve exact unitary gains for precision summing of the v/oct signals. More detailed info on the demo video.

Live broadcasting

Enrich your live streams on Twitch, Facebook or Instagram: the ASIO driver based on ESI's own EWDM technology guarantees extremely low latency, so you can interact with your audience immediately. Moreover, the ESI-only feature DirectWIRE enables you to integrate external sound sources in your live performance (e.g. background music or effects such as laughter or applause). You can even run your voice through a DAW and alter it in the process (e.g. a reverb or other effects and plugins).

Online meetings and more

The DirectWIRE technology can help you to avoid feedback in your online meeting on Zoom or Skype. By using the DirectWIRE virtual channels, it is possible to separate the signal that is being played out on the monitors from the streamed signal. Unwanted mixing and feedback can be eliminated completely.

This stand holds 4 Korg Volcas, although the Korg SQ1 will also fit.

This stand is made from MDF Fibreboard, and is connected via 16x allen head Confirmat screws (Allen Key & Screws Provided) into a mdf wood bar.

Please note: you will get plain MDF and not darker like in some of the photos.

These are a great addition to the Volcas, and give a much nicer look and working angle. You can also flip them round to have a much steeper angle if you prefer. These can also be painted with ease or stained with wood stain to suit your studio.

The Volcas fit snuggly into the stand so do not fully tighten the screws until the Volca is placed inside then tighten screws to hold in place firmly. Make sure you do this on a flat surface, to ensure the feet are correctly aligned.

The item will need assembly as they will be sent flat packed. All screws and tools are provided; this includes the small rubber feet. However, you must buy your own Korg Volca.

Notes: The CVSHIFTER module is the AE version of the well-known analogue shift register modules that are around in the modular world since a long time. It works like this: The CV input is sampled with each trigger input signal and this CV is sent to the CV 1 output; at the same time, all CV outputs 1-4 are shifted by one.

Compared to the "classic" circuits, this module is digital based and therefore doesn't suffer from drift as some analogue ASRs and S&Hs do. The result is, that you can e.g. control the pitch of up to four oscillators which is a first step into polyphony.

The CVSHIFTER module offers three modes:

Classic: Each trigger shifts the CV outs by one position, the new CV goes to output CV 1
Cycle: Each trigger sends the CV to the next output channel, restarting at out 1; additionally a gate signal at the according output.
Random: The CVs are sent in random order to one of the four outputs, plus a gate at the according output.
