Practice and Perform:

There are 68 built-in rhythm patterns included with the G3n, making it the perfect practice rig and enabling "one-man band" performances. An onboard Looper (which can be used with the rhythm patterns) allows you to record and overdub phrases up to 80 seconds long through the effects of your choice. A built-in chromatic tuner lets you bypass the currently selected patch while tuning, or mute the signal altogether.

Inputs and Outputs:

The G3n can be easily integrated into any live performance or studio rig. In addition to a standard guitar input, there's an auxiliary stereo input for connecting smartphones or music players. It also includes a dedicated headphone jack for practice and dual outputs for mono or stereo L/R connection to guitar amps, PA systems, and audio interfaces. The Mic On/Off feature lets you optimize the G3n for use with a real amp and cabinet (Mic Off) as well as optimize for playing through a PA system or recording direct with amp and cabinet emulators (Mic On).

ZOOM Guitar Lab Software:

The free ZOOM Guitar Lab Mac/Windows software enables you to manage your patches and download new effects and amp/cabinet emulators. It includes both a Patch Manager for effects chains and an Effects Manager, with a simple graphic user interface that provides point-and-click control over re-naming or re-ordering your custom patches.

Notes: The SVF is a 4hp 2 pole 12dB State Variable Filter Eurorack Module available as a Eurorack DIY Kit, PCB and Panel, or Built Module.

It provides Low Pass, Band Pass, and High Pass outs inspired by WASP and Thomas Henry filter topologies. The filter has 2 audio inputs, but channel 2 is jumper selectable between standard audio in or Ping-able operation. The 2019 revision also adds improved cutoff and resonance response and attenuversion through the ACV IN using the above pot. CV IN provides another unattenuated voltage input to modulate the frequency.

At the CV in, +10v will open the filter completely if the cutoff pot is CCW(counter clockwise). With the cutoff knob at noon the filter can be opened with +5v or closed with -5v. CV input at the ACV in is dependent on the CV attenuverter knob.

There are also several jumper selectable modes for max resonance, self oscillation or no oscillation based on the setting of the resonance pot. According to the jumper configuration, the filter is capable of clinical and clean, to juicy and drippy, to low pass gate sounding plonks, to screaming chaotic resonance. When set to self oscillation mode, the filter can produce a sine like wave with no input and a trapezoid like wave in the max resonance jumper setting. In max resonance mode, the filter output can exceed 10Vpp. On the newest version, there is a trimmer on the top pcb to set the lowest cutoff frequency.

The new black and white pcb/panel is reversible meaning, one side is classic (first picture) and the other side is soulless (second picture).

Notes: The Yamaha MG Series of mixers feature a design and construction that will handle the standard wear and tear of the active musician. A state of the art design allows for convection cooling, meaning your power unit will not overheat your unit after continuous use. Separating the power supply from the analog circuitry inside the mixer allows for near silent background noise, allowing for a serious and high quality output sound. As well as this, the knob placement has been put above the chassis of the console, thus not damaging circuitry underneath should the device ever be dropped or mishandled.

The MG06 includes a number of features that make it stand out above the rest of compact mixers on the market. It has phantom power on the first two channel's class A preamps for any condenser microphones as well as a mono/stereo select button for instant control and flexibility. These two channels also include a 2 band EQ and a high pass filter, allowing a lot of frequency control on such a small mixer.

As well as this, two stereo channels for jack devices make up channels 3 through to 6. Outputs are aplenty on the MG06, featuring stereo jack and XLR outputs, as well as a phones output for monitoring purposes.

Notes: Updated expander module for the Moskwa II sequencer. The Ostankino adds additional connectivity to the Moskwa II, allowing CV control of most parameters, plus extra outputs.

Ostankino II expander adds CV inputs for many Moskwa II functions, as well as a transpose input, clock out and individual gate/bit outputs for each step.

Notes: Lipsk facilitates the inversion of the individual bits produced by Drezno (or any other module connected to its input header at the back), and delivers the resulting code to its output header. Bit inversion can be manually controlled by pressing any of combination of its eight illuminated buttons, or it can be automated by patching gate signals into its gate input sockets. An active (5V) gate flips the state of the respective bit. If the button is active (bit already flipped), then the gate flips the bit again yielding double inversion (no inversion). The corresponding LEDs show the combined effect of both manual and gate actions. The bit processing logic is hardware-based, so there is virtually no latency, allowing the binary signals to be manipulated at extreme rates.

Notes: Gera is a component of the Leibniz subsystem that allows masking individual bits of the digital data by the use of logical AND operation.

It features 8 individual gate inputs that affect the individual bits of data, as well as 8 illuminated tact switches for manual inverting of each control input. When connected to Drezno that is processing a waveform or voltage, masking of individual bits yields various forms of quantization. However, Gera can function on its own. The AND operation is a basic building block for sequence automation, chaos and rhythm generation, and various computer-like modular patches.

Bit processing logic in Gera is hardware based, hence there is virtually no latency, and the binary signals may change at extreme rates.

Notes: Creatively inspiring business from Xaoc as usual. The Erfurt is a digital phase accumulator, digital oscillator, binary counter or clock/audio frequency divider. Versatile stuff.

Supplier's Notes:
Xaoc Devices Erfurt is a digital module that may be used as an 8-output clock and audio frequency divider, a bi-directional binary counter, or a component of the Leibniz binary system, i.e. a programmable digital oscillator.

Erfurt features an 8-bit register which holds its current state: an 8-bit number representing digital values from 0 to 255. The state is available at the front panel via eight binary (5V gate) outputs and reflected by the 8 status LEDs. There are three clock inputs: one incrementing the state at each impulse, one decrementing, and one resetting the state to zero. The state may also be changed manually with two buttons.

When operating alone, the state of Erfurt changes by 1 at each impulse from the clock inputs, so that it counts from 0 to 255 in a cycle (modulo 256). This yields the signal frequency divided by 2, 4, 8, etc. up to 128, available at individual bit outputs. Depending on which clock input is used, the clock patterns correspond to the so called mathematical or musical divisions of the rhythm.

With two different clocks patched to the inputs, the counter alternately increases and decreases its state, and ultimately it counts with a rate proportional to the frequency difference between the clocks. A third clock patched to the Reset input may be used to shorten the sequence thus making the cycle incomplete for even more rhythmic diversity.

When there is a Leibniz data source connected at the back (even as simple as Lipsk), the state increases or decreases in larger steps, depending on the data present at the Leibniz bus (eg. the value programmed by the Lipsk buttons). The counter overflows quicker, and produces more complex patterns.

The state of the counter may be used as a phase input to a digital wave table. Connected to other Leibniz modules, Erfurt may play various roles, eg. it may scan waveshapes in Jena, produce stepped voltages useful for making interesting glissandi with Drezno and any VCO, generate gate patterns animating the spectrum of Odessa harmonic banks, spawn pseudo-chaotic sequences when fed back to Lipsk, etc. Since Erfurt is based on CMOS logic (no CPU!), it can be clocked at very high frequencies (exceeding audio rate), therefore some selection switches are provided for clock pre-scaling.

Micronova is a miniature 100x30mm power supply with a big soul. It can provide up to 18W of power for your modules and multiple units can be easily daisy chained to power larger systems.

Despite being adorably small, Micronova provides lots of flexibility for custom case builds. It can be powered through an attached DC barrel jack, screw terminals, or through an optional front entry panel.

Micronova is equipped with two Eurorack power headers that can be expanded using a busboard or flying bus cable.

Micronova also has critical safety features including reverse polarity protection, a resettable polyfuse, and over-current shutdown.

Notes: The Fundamental Tremolo is a classic optical tremolo, giving you that iconic chewy movement. With three wave shapes to select from, you can get sounds from smooth and soothing to glitchy, wild, and crazy.

Use the Rate slider to set how fast or slow the LFO is oscillating. A lower rate gives a gentle wavering texture, while a higher rate gives a rapid pulsating effect.

The Depth slider controls the strength of the tremolo effect. Move the slider to the left for subtle tremolo or to the right for maximum chop.

The Volume slider sets the overall output volume of the pedal.

The slide switch allows you to change between three distinct oscillator waveforms:

Sine: Gradually adds and decreases volume smoothly for a easy and subtle tremolo.
Square: Much more pronounced than sine, square wave has a more on-off pattern.
Random: Uses sample and hold that picks new random values at an interval set by the rate control.

The Fundamental Ambient provides three different atmospheric reverb algorithms to explore beautifully vast and lush soundscapes with plenty of decay time for pillowy soft pad-like decay.

Modes:

Deep - A dark ambient reverb with an added low octave, perfect for creating murky, cavernous sustain or adding a touch of moody atmosphere.
Lush - A breathy, expansive reverb featuring ultra-long sustain. Perfect for generating silky pads and immersive soundscapes with every note.
Haze - A textured, lo-fi reverb featuring distortion, sample rate reduction, and a resonant bandpass tone control, great for vintage or experimental tones.
Decay: Control the amount of reverb decay time. Left is the minimum and right is the maximum amount of time.
Tone: Shapes the overall tonality of the reverb. On Deep and Lush this controls the cutoff of a synth-style lowpass filter. On Haze this controls the width of a resonant bandpass filter, filtering both high and low end at the right, and allowing more high and low to pass through at the left.
Mix: Control the mix of the effect and the original clean signal. All the way to the left outputs only the fully clean signal, and all the way to the right outputs only the affected Reverb signal.
Slide Switch - The slide switch allows you to change between three distinct Reverb algorithms.

Trails Mode - The Fundamental Ambient Reverb comes with trails mode active by default, to disengage trails mode hold down the bypass stomp switch when applying power to the pedal. Once the LED flashes it indicates that trails mode is turned off. To re-engage trails mode, repeat the process, and wait for the LED to turn dark, indicating that trails mode is back on. With trails mode active, your reverb decay will fade off naturally after turning the pedal off. With trails mode inactive, the decay abruptly cuts off when you turn off the pedal.

Notes: Introducing the HATS808, part of Tiptop Audio's new series of drum modules that bring analog percussion into the modular synth world, instantly turning your system into a self-contained music machine.

The HATS808 is the TR-808's real, analog closed and open hi-hat circuits adapted for use in Eurorack modular synthesizer format and tested to sound just like it did back in the 80's. Adapting to modular foramt has allowed Tiptop Audio to add some special features for each voice, like independent accent levels, a high-powered gain stage, and a dual-input pulse-shaper. Filter Q and VC-Q knobs were added to the main band-pass filter for additional tuning and to allow you to generate crushed tones and self-oscillation at the knob's max position - all without comprimising the signature sound of the TR-808 hi-hats.

The HATS808 sizzling sound is made using six analog square wave oscillators mixed and processed by band-pass filters. This multi-oscillator design is what give the 808 hi-hat sounds their unique metallic character and akes each HATS808 sound slightlty different from one-another. The original "choke" circuitry that makes it sound so dynamic and tight is fully implemented, just like the original, but can also be disabled if needed, by disconnecting the internal connection between the two hats.

Just like the other drums in this series, the HATS808 high-powered output gain stage allows you to further harmonize the sound using distortion and clipping. On each input, there is a dual pulse-shaper circuit so you can trigger your HATS808 with Trigger/Gate signals from step sequencers, clock dividers or any other pulse/clock sources. Notes: Welcome to the Forbidden Planet, an all analog multi-mode filter design influenced by the 1975 Steiner-Parker Synthacon model. Control the Forbidden Planet manually or through CV and take the sound of your Eurorack into new orbits.

Forbidden Planet has three filter input jacks: High Pass, Low Pass and Band Pass. The High Pass section is this module's signature sound - a crisp sharp-cut with no residue, designed to add High Pass filtering capability to Tiptop Audio's wide range of Eurorack modules. Send a throbbing kick drum through the High Pass section and filter out the the rumbling lows while maintaining the pulse of the beat. The Bandpass is clear and useful in isolating a pie-slice-range-of-frequencies while cutting off the low and highs, great for accurate sound design or sculpting audio into that sweet spot. The Low Pass is an airy classic 12db two-pole analog slope ideal for monophonic synth patches and filtering down to the essential low-end bass we all love.

The Forbidden Planet Resonance utilizes an internal feedback path which can sound smooth or aggressive depending on the knob setting. At a low setting, it emphasizes the cutoff harmonics, at middle settings it begins to self oscillate, and towards maximum setting it forms interesting tones and all sorts of chopped grainy bits of self-oscillation perfect for entering into a sci-fi world.

The Forbidden Planet is an impressive multi-mode analogue filter which adds a broader filter spectrum to the Tiptop Audio modular family and unlocks forbidden creative possibilities in a small package.

Notes: The Fold Processor is a voltage-controlled wave multiplier and sub-octave generator. The circuit is based on a classic diode design that adds odd harmonics by folding the incoming signal, followed by subdivided square waves.

The wave folder creates new waveforms from standard sine, triangle, sawtooth, and square waves and includes a CV input with an attenuator, making it very easy to create beautifully animated folding sounds. Adjustable voltage-controlled Inject alters the bias point creating an even wider palette of sounds.

The subdivide generator squares the fold output generating 4 more sounds spaced one octave apart, each with its own gain knob and mixed to the Subdivide output jack. Mixing the four can create anything from discordant square wave swarms to sweet harmonic oscillator stacks, from a stable square version of the folded wave to freaky PLL-like glitched slides.

Overall results can sound evil at times and sweet at others, a true multi-faced devil.

Notes: The CP909 is the TR-909 clap sound analog generator in Eurorack format. This is yet another low-cost analog drum generator from a legendary drum machine in your modular synthesizer, expanding your Tiptop Audio modular drum machine even further.

The CP909 is an exact reproduction of the original analog circuit and, with the addition of just one extra knob, "trashing" the frequency of the internal noise generator, we have added greatly to the spectrum of sounds that can be generated - all that without compromising the signature sound of the TR-909 clap.

The CP909 clap effect is made by a special triple-saw envelope generator that controls the gain of a VCA. The sound source feeding into the VCA is made by a quasi-random logic based noise generator; some might call it "digital noise" though this term might be misleading in today's world of microcontrollers and sound samples. What really makes the noise generator is a ring of logic gates, so primitive, so BO's, and that's the sound of the 909 Clap!

The CP909 includes a high-powered output gain stage capable of producing hot signals. On the inputs, we have designed a pulse-shaper circuit so you can trigger the CP909 with trigger/gate signals from step sequencers, clock dividers, or any other pulse/clock sources. This eliminates the need to shape pulses sent to the module and ensures the same stable sound at peak power, regardless of your pulse source. Based on the architecture of the 909, the Accent input is versatile and able to take in both CV and Gate signals for continuously changing dynamics. All these unique features make integrating this legendary sound generator into your modular synth easy, unleashing the power of real analog drums.

Notes: Line module is designed to bring audio signals into and out of the OP-Z. Use external audio signals in your mix, send the audio from selected tracks out, switch easily between mono and stereo signals and even make FX loops with your favourite effects pedals.

Audio line in/out

Now you can easily connect anything with an audio output to your OP-Z: effects pedals, radios, synths, computers or even your phone. With audio out, you can separate and process individual tracks by routing them to the module output. The line module stereo output can even be used as two mono outputs.

Sync in/out

Tempo Sync other compatible gear to OP-Z so you're on the beat, all the time.

MIDI in/out

Line module allows you to use OP-Z to control other synths with MIDI input by using the OP-Z sequencer with your external equipment. With MIDI in, you can use an external MIDI controller, keyboard or computer to control your OP-Z.

One issue when recording using a computer is latency, which is when audio signals are delayed through digital circuitry. The SOLINA module is based on th excellen work of Jan Ostman, who has developed a very good digital based emuation of the sound of the string synths that were popular in the music of the 70ies and 80ies, like ARP Solina (who gave this module it's name), Logan String and others.

Their unique sound is based on several, minor detuned sawtooth oscillators and an ensemble effect.

This module produces chords, which can be shaped in different ways, like selecting the base scale (minor, major), adding the 7th or a bass note and different variations of the chord. The sound can be shaped with a variable oscilator spread/detune, adding a phaser/ensemble and a tone knob for choosing the overall character between bass focused to only higher parts of the sound.

Notes: Stereo effects processing for Tangible's affordable AE modular system. Offers a total of 15 digital effect programs with CV control over three parameters each. Can run in Eurorack via an optional adaptor frame.

Supplier notes:
The MULTIFX module offers 15 different stereo audio FX programs, a wide variety from common FX like reverb and delay to unique effects like Ring Crusher or Glitch delay. Also a nice shimmer effect is onboard.

Each program has 3 parameters that can be adjusted and additionally be CV-controlled.

With a switch the sample rate can be reduced to half the normal rate, resulting in doubling the effect times (with reverb, delay...) and introducing a nice portion of aliasing.

It is based on the FV-1 DSP chip that is well-known from other FX-modules in the Eurorack world; the MULTIFX module offers the 7 factory programs of the chip plus 8 new and unique ones created by Tangible Waves.

Notes: DRONX is a special mixer designed especially for the DRONE38 module; if has 6 input channels (so you can connect two DRONE38 modules) and offers some sound processing capabilities: A tone control with bass and treble control, a distortion, and finally a dual delay with different algorithms. Two insert points allow to add up to two more audio effects to the internal signal chain. Together with the DRONE38 module(s) you get a quite nice drone synth for dense, dark soundscapes.

Envelope Follower:
The OBEY takes an audio or CV signal and uses it to trigger an envelope or gate for use in a Eurorack system. It is designed to work with a wide variety of input levels: plug a Eurorack module, passive microphone, piezo, guitar, drum machine, Game Boy into your Eurorack system.

Attenuverter / Offset Generator:

Notes: Synthrotek's original Mean Screamer Pedal goes way beyond a typical tube screamer clone with a couple of great mods. An original 4558 OP-AMP IC has been used to give it that beautiful classic boost.

Notes: The Octave Fuzz is SynthRotek's take on the classic 70's SuperFuzz circuit, made into a Eurorack module, which has improved on some aspects of the original as well, including an increased output.

Two distinct voices like the original: switchable between scooped midrange and massive midrange bump.

Aggressive: It will sound massive and in-your-face like no other circuit can. This is for sonic explorers and heavy music only. In short, it's not useful for EVERYTHING, but the things it DOES do it excels at. Sounds especially killer for keyboard and bass sounds.

The Face the Fuzz pedal has been designed with a few key changes to make it more useful to the modern musician: a wider frequency response, the ability to daisy-chain the power with a 1 Spot, and the option to use temperature-stable Silicon transistors.

The Face The Fuzz comes with hand-tested and selected premium AC128 NOS PNP transistors. All of the AC128s for optimum gain and leakage current so that they are guaranteed to bias properly and sound great! Lower gain transistorshave been chosen for Q1 and higher for Q2 according to strict standards. Be assured that you will be playing a premium product that takes the guess work out of Germanium transistor testing.

The dark, lush, moody tones of the ever-popular PT2399 IC provide an out-of-this-world experience. Our take on this classic pedal pushes the chip's limits so you can explore all the gritty elements drifting at the edge of long delay rates. It already outperforms other bucket brigade style echoes, but just to be sure, we added 2 momentary switches, Zone and Warp.

Dark, rich sounds with the analogue vibe of a tape echo.

Uses the PT2399 IC, a bucket brigade style emulation. This IC has 16-bit sampling for 30-300 milliseconds. After that, the sample rate goes down in relation to the delay length. This results in artifacts and noise being introduced into the audio for weird, cosmic, psychedelic sounds.

Delay length: 30ms-1,250ms

3 knobs: Feedback, Mix and Rate. The Mix is a wet-only control that attenuates the amount of delayed signal in the signal chain. The Rate controls the number of repeats in an organic-sounding way.

Warp button: Momentary pushbutton switch that gives a bright, "small speaker" tone.

Zone button: Momentary pushbutton switch that introduces feedback into the circuit momentarily. Great for adding rhythmic feedback and other strange sounds. The Zone amount can be adjusted by an internal trim pot.

Pedal may have a slight volume drop.

Great for shoegaze, surf rock, ambient and experimental sounds.
