Bass line generator with a rhythmic chord section
Notes: The Arpopone from LepLoop is a little synth-voice for generating a melody or bass line and a chord section at the same time. It is based on analog ramp dividers of which each one generates a voltage ramp starting from a master clock that can be internal or external.

Trig1 and Trig2 potentiometers set the number of clock pulses.

With the Trig Mix switch it is possible to select between a single trigger (1 or 2) or both (1+2) to advance the scales.

The Scale Step potentiometer sets the number of steps for the two scale generators.
In the mixer section, the two scales are summed together to obtain a more complex pattern. The amount of each scale can be set by two controls and can be positive (ascending scale) or negative (descending scale).

With the VCO Pitch knob, the melody can be transposed while maintaining the same interval between notes.

The note generated by the VCO is fed to a chain of dividers to obtain four sub harmonics of the original note. One of these is the bass section with its own filter and envelope, the other three form the chord section with their envelope.

The two envelope sections are identical, both have a selector for different trigger sources:

Trig1 & Trig2: the envelope starts at the flash of the green LED (bass) or yellow LED (chord)
SB1 & SB2: the envelope starts at the first step of Scale1 (bass) or Scale2 (chord)
White & Blue: the envelope follows the intensity of the white LED (bass) or the blue LED (chord). Except for this setting the envelope length is set by the two controls Bass ENV and Chord ENV. Additionally, an EXT CV input allows to provide an external envelope.
The bass channel is passed through a resonant low-pass filter with Cutoff and Resonance control.

Finally the Bass and Chord channels are mixed together. The output level is set by the Bass LEV and Chord LEV controls.

Dual-channel drum sample module - 14HP
Notes: Performance oriented Sample Drum brings you two independent drum sounds or loops with plenty of manual and CV controlled parameters. Samples are stored on the microSD card, and OLED screen makes working with samples instant and easy.

Sample Drum allows you to slice up loops directly in your modular system and rearrange them to taste. For processing, there are tuning functions (including 1 v/octave pitch tracking) and virtual VCAs plus AD envelopes. Thanks to the module's dual-channel concept, two loops can be combined. It is also possible to load one-shot samples instead of entire rhythms, of course. A total of six CV inputs guarantees lively results.

Sample Drum is composed of two identical audio players. WAV files (including cue points) are fed to the module via a micro SD card. Loops can be cut into several sections using the Data, Start and End potentiometers. The resulting slices may be played back in any order imaginable. A tune control allows real-time pitch changes. Additionally, there is a virtual VCA plus AD envelope per slice. - But that's not all! There are three CV inputs per channel, which can be routed to any parameters. It is even possible to play sounds according to the 1 v / octave standard. Results are emitted via one output per player.

Professional conversion box for syncing multiple hardware devices
Notes: Professional Sync:
The multiclock solves your sync issues in the studio and on stage once and for all.
Synchronisation of the multiclock to a DAW relies on a sample accurate audio clock stream, which in consequence guarantees absolutely tight clock signals with i1 sample of jitter.
Moreover, you can use it as a standalone generator or hook it up to follow other MIDI, DIN or analog master clocks.

Shift & Shuffle:
To compensate for any time lag of connected gear, you can shift each output channel individually and in realtime back and forth relative to the master clock.
The shift range is completely configurable and has a maximum of i400ms, the resolution is 20us.
If you have set your machines up to be on the spot, start playing with shuffle. Again, individually for each channel and in realtime.

Midi, Din, Modular & LFO:
Each channel can be set to either emit MIDI Clock, DIN sync (sync24) or analog clock.
Analog clock signals are configurable in polarity, start/reset behaviour and feature a flexible clock divider. An analog LFO is available with various waveforms and a range of 0-5V.
If you got them configured, channel settings can always be named and saved as a preset for later recall. Just in case you have a lot of gear.

USB Add-On
If you want, you can have your multiclock with an extra class-compliant USB Midi Add-On.
This enables you to send any MIDI commands from a DAW to your connected slaves while syncing to audio clock.
There is one virtual MIDI output for each channel and all commands are priority-merged with the accurate clock.

Notes: A Cut Above The Rest:
Numark Scratch is a 24-bit two-channel mixer that redefines what you can do with an affordable 2-channel scratch mixer. With Scratch, you'll be able to create and perform at a higher level than you ever thought was possible - especially with a mixer in the affordable price category. Scratch combines professional-level performance and outright DJing fun in a way nothing else ever has. You've got to experience it to really see what it's all about!

Scratch is really something special - It brings a new look and design to the mixer category. It boasts an all-metal build with professional features such as a built-in Innofader crossfader, performance pads, instant loop encoder, and toggle paddles to trigger software-based effects. To top it off, it comes with Serato DJ Pro and Scratch is Serato DVS ready.

Performance Pads:
Its soft responsive performance pads give you the freedom to access cues, rolls, and sampler quickly. The pad mode makes it very convenient to set hot cue points, roll temporary loops, and trigger samples at ease.

Software FX:
Six dedicated software-based FX to apply to individual channel or both using the premium performance base toggle paddles. You can adjust your FX mix from Dry to Wet as you feel the mix.

24-Bit Digital Sound Quality:
Play your best with the best! With amazing sound quality thanks to its 24-bit circuitry, the sound is pristine. Your digital song collection never sounded so good, whether you're using Serato DJ Pro or other preferred software. This is also a great mixer to play vinyl records, with a full EQ and a dedicated low/high pass filter.

Innofader Crossfader:
Our butter-smooth Innofader crossfader is designed with the turntablist in mind to perform most intricate and accurate scratches. You have two switches above the crossfader; 1.) reverse the channels and the other 2.) change the slope for a hard cut or a soft curve for mixing.

DVS Ready:
Easily connect to the Numark Scratch, whether you use traditional turntables or media players. Scratch unlocks Serato DVS for Serato DJ Pro instantly.

Instant Loop Encoder:
Looping made easy. Keep the beat going by pressing the encoder down, and it will lop to the default parameters set in your software. Turn the knob to the right to extend the beat and to the left to shorten the loop.

Connectivity:
Scratch has all the necessities with premium features for any setup. There is an XLR main output and unbalanced booth output for the best booth/dance floor experience. There are unbalanced inputs for both line and phono inputs for each channel. A microphone/auxiliary input for XLR or 1/4-inch TS controlled by the mic level knob on the mixer gives you all the versatility you could ask for.

Compact, next-generation production & performance controller featuring integrated hardware & software system
Notes: The new MASCHINE takes the classic groovebox workflow and makes it faster and more intuitive. Optimized based on customer research, it's packed with new features to boost your speed and increase your focus - all without breaking the workflow you love.

Bigger pads:
Big, bold, and in your face, the larger pads create more room for complex moves like flams and rolls. New technological updates make the pads more sensitive to lighter touches, for more expressive playing. And since the centre-to-centre distance is exactly the same, your muscle memory and workflow don't have to change.

Full colour, hi res screens:
With two full-colour displays and the four-directional push encoder, you can browse sounds, FXs, plug-ins, and instruments with a tactile, one-handed, completely visual workflow - simply find the thumbnail and load directly from the hardware. Plus, the high-res screens let you get more precise with your mixing, see an overview of your arrangement, or zoom in on waveforms to slice samples like a surgeon.

Studio-grade audio interface:
MASCHINE now comes with a studio-grade, 96kHz / 24-bit audio interface for pristine sound. Simply patch in a synth or add a dynamic mic for quick recording and sampling. Stereo line and MIDI ports make it a perfect centrepiece for any studio. Plus, it's USB-powered, so you can record anywhere with your laptop - or plug in the included power supply unit for brighter pads.

Faster workflow:
The new hardware layout cuts through the clutter to help you stay focused and get your ideas out fast. Instead of being hidden behind a shift-function button, some of the most-used features and functions can now be accessed directly with one touch.

8 touch sensitive knobs:
Go beyond tweaking with eight touch sensitive knobs. Touch once to activate special contextual menus, such as tag clouds, sound settings, and FX parameters. You can also map your most frequently used FX, instruments, or plug-in parameters to macros with the touch of a button.

Smart strip for new ways to play:
The Smart Strip opens up MASCHINE to whole new ways of playing. Use it like a keyboard wheel to pitch-bend and modulate sounds. Add new sonic textures, builds, or transitions with advanced performance FX like stutter and scratch. Or strum samples, synths, and drums like a guitar.

Improved version of Pro-Ject's first Record Cleaning Machine - removes dirt & dust from your valuable records
Notes: Everyone with a collection of vinyl records knows how important it is to keep them clean. Every use exposes them to environmental impurities that accumulate over time, resulting in a build-up of dirt inside the record grooves that can negatively impact the playing cartridge's lifespan and the overall sound performance of a vinyl hi-fi system. This dirt often consists of both organic and man-made residues that combine to "grate" at the record wall when a stylus is in the groove. The VC-S MK II removes these impurities in a quick, efficient and cost-effective way to extend the life of your records, and bring greater musical enjoyment to your hi-fi experience.

The VC-S MK II has been designed to build on the international success of Pro-Ject's first Record Cleaning Machine (RCM), the VC-S. Though it still retains aspects of the original design, improvements around the arm, motor, clamp and chassis in the MK II further enhance both the unit's performance and the ease of use.

The VC-S MK II boasts the same specially selected vacuum technology as the original model, meaning a record side can be dried in as little as two rotations; but the motor has been replaced with a new low-noise type that still delivers the torque and speed required for quick operation. The new motor is also still capable of dual-directional rotation, for deeper cleaning of the record groove.

Elsewhere, the VC-S chassis now has printed (rather than stickered) labels for a sleeker, more professional finish. Similarly, the new long-life brush with plastic handle gets deep into the record groove for optimal cleaning performance. The re-designed stainless steel clamp makes an even more reliable fastening to the platter spindle, while the rubber layer on the inside of the clamp continues to keep record labels safe and dry. Finally, the improved plastic flange with additional internal sealing ensures a smooth adjustment of the vacuum arm, while retaining the highest possible suction performance.

Otherwise, the overall design of the VC-S is retained in the MK II. The clamp avoids the need for a platter, which could potentially bring dirt into contact with a clean record surface; and the vacuum arm is robust and mechanically stable with no spring mechanisms.

The VC-S MK II In Use:

Operation of the VC-S MK II record cleaner is effortlessly simple. First, apply a small amount of cleaning fluid to the record surface using the supplied applicator bottle and set the new, quiet motor spinning. Then use the supplied goats' hair brush to spread the fluid across the record surface, optionally changing the motor direction to ensure the entire groove is covered. Finally, set the vacuum arm over the record and turn the suction on. Within a few rotations (in both directions), the record side will be cleaned and dry, ready for playing like new.

The accumulated solution that's sucked through the vacuum is filtered away from the built-in electronics and stored in a 2.5 litre waste container. The fluid level gauge on the side of the VC-S chassis indicates when the tank is nearly full, and discharging the waste liquid is effortlessly simple with the supplied funnel.

The VC-S MK II is supplied with Pro-Ject's improved cleaning solution, Wash-IT. Wash-IT does not contain alcohol, which can harm record surfaces. Instead it contains only high-purity components, which are 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic and non-flammable. It's also designed to evaporate without leaving any residue on the record surface after drying. After mixing with distilled or demineralised water, one litre of Wash-IT can be used to clean up-to 1,500 records.

The VC-S MK II is supplied with all the accessories you need to get started, including 100ml of Wash-IT. Separate accessories, including an optional dust cover, a 7" record cleaning kit and various sizes of Wash-IT cleaning solution, are also available.

Granular sample player/DSP platform - 20HP
Notes: Record. Mangle. Destroy.

Nebulae is a granular sampler and DSP platform. Its phase vocoder audio engine provides elastic audio, which can be time stretched, granularized, and mangled to no end. With independent control over pitch and speed, and granular controls such as overlap, window, and density, finding new sonic territory is only a knob turn away. Nebulae can use live audio input, a recorded buffer, or audio files as the source material for its powerful audio manipulations. The live input buffer can record up to five minutes of stereo audio at 48kHz, 24 bit. In addition, up to 75 MB of stereo audio can be loaded simultaneously through the USB port. No naming convention or special formatting necessary; just plug and play.

Nebulae lives a double life as an open source DSP platform with an extensive library of off the shelf alternate instruments. You can turn the module into a lush reverb, spectral delay, or tape-style looper simply by loading a new file onto the flash drive. Do you want to tweak one aspect of an existing instrument, even the default functionality? No problem. No prior coding knowledge is necessary to tweak and refine existing firmware to your liking or start with one of our templates. Alternate firmware files can be written with Pure Data, Csound, SuperCollider, and even bare-bones C programs.

Experimental sampler module - record, slice & rearrange audio material
Notes: The Morphagene is a next generation tape and microsound music module that uses Reels, Splices and Genes to create new sounds from those that already exist. Search between the notes to find the unfound sounds.

A few of the Morphagene's most basic uses: Splice recorded audio and jumble it using ORGANIZE. Manipulate playback speed and direction with Vari-Speed. Granularize with Gene-Size and Slide. Layer or Stagger Genes using MORPH. Undertake iterative music processes by recording manipulations and overdubs into new Splices, like having two machines (one for Playback and modulations, one for Record). Process sound in real time using Time Lag Accumulation. Utilize envelope following CV OUT and EOSG Trigger to engage Morphagene in conversation with the rest of your modular system. Stretch and squash sound with Clock input.

Width: 20hp
Max Depth: 30mm
Power: 165mA @ +12V, 20mA @ -12V

***MG137 Firmware Update:

Change Log

1. Improves Vari-Speed response for slow modulation rates.

2. Improves SD Card file format for more compatibility with software .wav file formats.

3. Doubles total record time per Reel.

Upgraded memory performance offers an increase from 1.45 minutes to 2.9 minutes of record time.

If you are using Splices that are over 1 minute long the SLIDE parameter will be scanning across a massive amount of material and therefore the longer the Splice the longer it will take to get to where you are Sliding toward. Imagine a tape machine shuttling forward or backward to get to your desired destination. No we cannot change this, the MG is scanning as fast as possible. This new double record time firmware will make this even more of a factor.

Read and Write times will be MUCH longer when you have a Full 2.9 minute reel. So for example, if you decided to erase a 5 second Splice in the middle of a 2.9 minute reel it will take twice as long as before because the MG must re-write the entire 2.9 minute reel. Of course all of this is happening in the background and should not cause too much hassle. Still when that SHIFT button is flashing it is best to not perform more SD Card actions.

For most granular processing Splices of 10 seconds or less are recommended.

So why even bother increasing record time to 2.9 minutes? Well it allows for storing even more Splices on a Reel and it also makes it possible to record long portions of a patch for later arranging within your DAW. You could potentially capture a patch, including modulations of a shorter Splice (say 10 seconds), retrieve the sound from the SD Card and compile into a larger work using your DAW.

4. Increased max number of Splices to 300.

Single voice patchable synthesiser
Notes: The 0-COAST is a single voice patchable synthesizer. Its name reflects the fact that it utilizes techniques from both the Moog and Buchla paradigms (aka "East Coast," and "West Coast," due to their locations), but is loyal to neither and thus implements "no coast synthesis."

While the 0-COAST utilizes classic modular synthesis techniques, it's designed to operate with or without the use of patch cables. The necessary connections have been made from circuit to circuit so it operates as an expressive, musical MonoSynth. Using only the MIDI controller of your choice you could apply new timbres to your existing musical forms!

Using the included Patch Cables you could get more scientific, experimenting with new ways to wire up the circuits. You might even forgo MIDI altogether, disappearing into a cloud of analog FM induced Sidebands and harmonics scattered around a single fundamental drone that has nothing to do with any form of music you've ever known.

High quality direct drive turntable with USB interface
Notes: Drawing on our heritage in making high-quality decks, the PLX-500 inherits the layout of the PLX-1000 professional turntable and produces warm, clear analogue sound. The high-torque deck is ideal for scratching and comes with everything you need including a cartridge, stylus and slipmat, and its USB out means you can easily make high-quality digital recordings of your vinyl collection in our free rekordbox software. You can use the PLX-500 and the rekordbox dvs Plus Pack to play and scratch digital files when you combine them with a compatible DJM mixer and the RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl. And you can choose between the black (PLX-500-K) and white (PLX-500-W) versions to match your set-up or the design of your home.

High-quality analogue vinyl sound:
The PLX-500 series inherits design features from the PLX-1000 professional turntable to produce the high-quality sound you expect from vinyl. The shortest possible audio routing from the stylus to the outputs reduces distortion, and the phono and line outputs mean you can connect directly to your sound system or powered speakers to enjoy warm sound.

Easy digital recording:
An in-built USB output means you can record your vinyl collection to high-quality digital WAV files by simply connecting the PLX-500 to your PC or Mac. Digitising your tracks is easy using our free rekordbox application and, once they're in your rekordbox collection, you can play them using the PLX-500 and a rekordbox dvs set-up, or on a DDJ controller, or on CDJs via USB. You can also enjoy them on your mobile devices whenever you want.

Using its audio analysis technology, rekordbox detects the silence between tracks and creates a separate file in your collection for each one, so you can just press play and record a whole album from an analogue source to individual tracks without resetting the recording in between songs. Performance rhythm machine combining the legendary sounds of the TR-808 and TR-909 with added modern features
Notes: The TR-8 is a performance rhythm machine that melds the legendary sound and vibe of the TR-808 and TR-909 with features and functions for the modern age.

Genre-defining sounds and classic effects. Unprecedented live pattern manipulation. Solid, intuitive performance controls.

It's the TR...

...Evolved.

With the TR-8, Roland have obsessively analysed and faithfully re-created every detail and nuance of the analogue circuitry of these legendary rhythm machines. The boom and snap of the 808. The thud of the 909. The robotic click of an 808 rim shot or a classic 909 snare roll. It's all here.

Not content with mere recreations however, Roland have enhanced these classic instruments with capabilities far beyond the original units.

Tune and Decay knobs are now present on every instrument and the Bass and Snare drum modules have dedicated "Attack" and "Comp" knobs allowing for a great variety of tones - from subtle ambient percussion to pounding dance grooves. Per-step effects and the massively addictive "Scatter" function take things into entirely new territory.

With the authentic tone and character of the original units and with new sound tweaking capabilities inspired by legions of users, the TR-8 breathes new life into the sounds we all know and love.

Make no mistake - the TR-8 is an instrument, carefully designed from the ground-up, to be played. Every control has a solid, predictable feel with each drum instrument having robust, "playable" faders. Numerous lighted knobs and RGB-lit buttons give realtime performance feedback and a striking appearance on stage.

Pattern creation is creative and intuitive using an evolved version of the TR-REC method which originated in the TR-808 and eventually became the standard for electronic rhythm programming. Based on detailed analysis of the original TR-808, the TR-REC behaviour has been faithfully modelled in the TR-8. But the TR-8 goes well beyond the original, allowing you to seamlessly switch between programming and performance modes and to introduce lots of groovy rhythmic variations - from subtle snare fills to total glitch meltdowns.

Scatter is a unique performance function that gives you detailed realtime control over variations in your patterns and any incoming external input signal.

Scatter can reverse, glitch, gate, truncate, stutter and perform all manner of rhythmic variations - from subtle to extreme - and all in perfect sync.

Pick from 10 different types of Scatter and smoothly adjust the intensity or "Scatter Depth" with the large comfortable dial.

Seamlessly switch between Scatter patterns and quickly turn Scatter on and off for cool variations when and where you want them.

You can connect the TR-8 to your computer via its USB jack to send and receive Audio and MIDI data. The TR-8 can receive MIDI clock information to sync with external devices including other AIRA series units. The TR-8 is designed to work seamlessly and look great with other products in the AIRA series.

Synthesiser based on the classic Roland SH-101 featuring Analog Circuit Behaviour technology - grey edition
Notes: The SH-01A is a meticulous reproduction of the iconic Roland SH-101, one of the most popular classic synthesizers of all time. Analog Circuit Behaviour (ACB) technology reproduces the SH-101's legendary sounds by faithfully recreating the actual behaviour of the original analog circuits, right down to the fine details and odd quirks that have endeared the synth to musicians and producers for decades. The SH-01A builds on the great sounds and creative immediacy of the original, now in the popular Roland Boutique format - offering exciting new polyphonic capabilities, inspiring new performance features, and a level of authenticity that could only come from Roland.

Beauty Through Simplicity:

The now-legendary SH-101 was a seemingly simple monophonic synthesizer launched in 1982. Unlike more complex synthesizers available at the time, the SH-101 quickly became popular for its characteristic tone and simple one-VCO, one-VCF, one-VCA, one-LFO structure. A legion of artists found it quick to program and adept at bright edgy tones and exciting sound effects. Its bass sounds are universally revered, and somehow any sound it produces always just fits perfectly in a mix.

More than thirty years later, the SH-101's hallmark sounds continue to be sought after by electronic artists the world over. It's a staple of vintage synth collectors and well-equipped, world-class studios, and now returns as the inspiration for the SH-01A.

An Inspired, Iconic Sequencer Revisited:

One of the most creative features of the original SH-101 was its 100-note step sequencer. Press Load, add sequential notes with legato and rests, and press Play. Easy. Designed to inspire through simplicity, the SH-101 sequencer has been the source of countless bass lines and lead melodies on legendary dance tracks. But the limitation of playing one sequence back at a time has been resolved with the SH-01A. Now you can save and access 64 sequence patterns, perfect for any performance situation. Recall any pattern at any time, and use the iconic sequencer to control your modular rig, hardware synthesizers, and software plugins via CV/Gate, MIDI, and USB. Let the SH-01A be the heart of your electronic instrument setup, on stage or in the studio.

Portable. Performer:

The simple design of the SH-101 made patch creation immediate, with sounds quickly forming under the movement of each key and slider. But that inspiring sound could vanish as quickly as it appeared due to its lack of patch memory. The SH-01A adds 64 writeable patches that can serve as presets for different tracks or quick starting points for experimenting with new sound designs, making inspiration only a button press away.

The SH-01A takes the original SH-101's portability and stage prowess to a whole new level. It's small enough to take just about anywhere, yet ruggedly built with sturdy knobs, metal-shaft sliders, and solid silver buttons like the original. It has several tilt options for easy viewing in various live and studio scenarios, and can serve as a low-latency, portable audio interface. In addition, it has a built-in speaker, and even runs on batteries. And when mounted in the optional K-25m Keyboard Unit, it can be used as a compact, all-in-one synth with 25 velocity-sensitive keys. With all this power and flexibility, you may be most surprised by the SH-01A's affordable price, which puts the iconic SH-101 mojo within reach of just about anyone.

A is for Authentic:

Original SH-101s are becoming increasingly rare, making them ever more expensive on the used market. Because of this, many have resorted to sample packs, hardware knockoffs, or software plug-ins loosely inspired by the SH-101. The SH-01A accurately recreates what makes the original so special, and the interface, while more compact, is 100% authentic.

The sound is vibrant and alive thanks to proprietary Analog Circuit Behaviour (ACB) technology, which carefully recreates all the details and quirks of the original hardware by modelling each analog circuit, right down to the component level. Face-to-face consultation with the original designers and relentless research beyond the original schematics provides meticulously recreated oscillator, filter, and envelope behaviour - a perfect foundation to build upon for a new generation of '101' fans.

Did You Say Polyphonic:

The SH-101 found its power in a huge monophonic voice for a wide variety of sounds. The SH-01A now has four huge voices, allowing for more modes to expand upon the original's sound palette. On top of the classic Mono mode, you can stack the four voices in Unison mode to add some punch to your bass and lead lines. Chord mode layers any four notes, and can be shifted up and down in semi-tone intervals. Poly mode allows for four notes to be played simultaneously, making the famous monosynth now capable of pads and chords.

Compact Eurorack module based on the SH-5 monophonic synth filter section
Notes: Inspired by vintage Roland modular synths of the 1970s, these new additions to the SYSTEM-500 family not only expand on the SYSTEM-100m-based modules, but also explore fresh territory. Designed in Eurorack format, the SYSTEM-500 delivers the classic character and functionality of vintage Roland modular synths, with all the advantages of a modern instrument. The SYSTEM-500 is made to exacting standards in a collaborative design and production process between Malekko in Portland, USA and Roland in Hamamatsu, Japan.

Classic System. New Format:

The SYSTEM-500 consists of Eurorack format modules that you can mix and match in any combination to create the ultimate Roland modular synthesiser. Each module is completely analogue and has been designed for maximum compatibility with the world of contemporary synthesiser and effects modules. The SYSTEM-500 is a compact, powerful system that opens vast possibilities for sound design and musical exploration.

SYSTEM-500 505 VCF:

Inject the sound of the Roland SH-5's revered filter section into your modular rig. The Roland SH-5 is one of the most sought after monosynths in history. Its dual architecture was deep and sounded massive. It also happened to have one of the most distinguished filters of any monosynth in history. Combining a multi-mode filter with a band-pass filter, it produced a sound that has propelled it to "favourite filter ever" territory for many. In stark contrast to the traditional Ladder filter design, the SH-5's filter maintained its bass response with a meaty resonance growl. With the SYS-505, Roland and Malekko have brought this highly-coveted filter, in all its sonic glory, to the Eurorack format. With switchable outputs, built-in VCAs, and CV control of cut-off, resonance, this dual filter gives you two different vintage filter characters in a flexible and compact 16hp module.

Authentic recreation of the Roland TR-808 drum machine with added modern features
Notes: The Legendary Boom and Sizzle of the Most Famous Drum Machine Ever Made-Now in an Affordable and Modern Format.

The TR-08 is an obsessively detailed and faithful replica of the legendary TR-808-easily the most famous and influential drum machine ever made. After creating a monumental shift in the sound of music, the "808" has continued to shape and define entire genres. Beloved by musicians and producers the world over, it's one of the most revered and sought-after electronic musical instruments of all time. The TR-08 brings the look, sound, and feel of the original 808-with stunning accuracy-to the Roland Boutique format. It blends attention to detail and respect for legacy with modern convenience and reliability.

The Boom in the Room:

The TR-808 arrived in 1980 to an unsuspecting and somewhat bewildered public. To many at the time, its purely analog sound and range of tweakable parameters didn't exactly deliver "traditional" drum sounds. It wasn't until adventurous musicians and producers got their hands on the TR-808 and started tweaking those knobs that the world would fully realize the sonic impact it would leave on music forever. For the next three decades, the sizzling hi-hats and snappy snare, the robotic, clicky rim shot, the unmistakable cowbell, and yes, that booming bass drum, would be heard on many thousands of tracks. Worldwide hits, underground classic, and entire genres were spawned. Its influence is so deep that it's been name-dropped in famous tracks, had albums dedicated to it and bands named after it, and even been the subject of a feature-length documentary film.

A New Generation of 808:

Time has not diminished the TR-808's influence. New genres continue to make use of the 808, with some utilizing it as the main instrument and defining sound of the style. Sure, you can use samples of a TR-808, but there's nothing quite like the real thing. The 808's user interface with its buttons, knobs, and switches, and the odd quirks of how the sounds interact with each other-they're all vitally important to conjuring up that real 808 mojo. And you know it when you hear it.

The new TR-08 adds some thoughtful and modern touches to the classic formula. The sequencer has 16 sub-steps per step, so you can create detailed snare fills and intricate, rolling hi-hats. It also has a track-selectable trigger out for working with other instruments like the TB-03, SH-01A, or modular gear. An unobtrusive LED display provides finer control of tempo and shuffle. You can step-program or tap in your parts in real-time without stopping to change modes. Everything sends and receives MIDI control messages and it even supports audio and MIDI over USB.

Portable. Affordable. Authentic:

Original TR-808s are big and heavy, and their rarity makes them extremely expensive and sought-after on the used market. Because of this, many have resorted to 808 sample packs or hardware knockoffs. But there's something about the colours and controls and, of course, the sound of a genuine TR-808 that brings home the sound of so many classic tracks. The TR-08 accurately recreates the ingredients that make an 808 so special. The interface, while miniaturized, is 100% authentic. The sound is vibrant and alive thanks to our proprietary Analog Circuit Behaviour (ACB) technology. We use ACB to carefully recreate all the details and quirks of the original hardware by modelling each analog circuit, right down to the component level.

Not only does the TR-08 look and sound the part, but it also has some modern features and conveniences. With all this beat-making power, it would be a shame to keep it shackled to the studio. After all, inspiration can strike anywhere, and drum machines are fun to play live. The TR-08 is literally small enough to take just about anywhere. It's ruggedly built with sturdy knobs, buttons, and switches. It has several tilt options for easy viewing in various live and studio scenarios. It can be a low-latency, portable audio interface. It has a built-in speaker, and even runs on batteries for when the beat absolutely must go on. With all this power and flexibility, you may be most surprised by the TR-08's affordable price, which puts the legendary 808 vibe within reach of just about anyone who's ever dreamed of owning the iconic original.

Distortion module with Plasma technology - 16HP
Notes: Gamechanger Audio is a Latvian company committed to exploring the uncharted territories of music electronics and creating devices that provide real value while stretching the imagination of both musicians and engineers. In their Plasma Pedal they managed to combine Tesla coil with a lots of Rock and Roll and the result is one of the worlds heaviest sounds with plenty of unique features and the potential to become the new standard of distortion.

Similar to the Plasma Pedal, Plasma Drive gives you a new and previously unexplored method of achieving signal clipping in 16HP. Instead of using LED circuits, transistors or vacuum tubes to produce overdrive, the Plasma Drive boosts audio signal to 3000V and transforms it into a series of continuous high-voltage discharges in a xenon-filled tube. In essence - you are playing a lightning bolt of electricity, and the electrical discharges produced by your instrument are instantly converted back into an analogue audio signal, producing a quick, responsive, and extremely heavy distortion with tons of unique character!

The Eurorack module Plasma Drive brings sounds of the Plasma Pedal to the next level. As per Eurorack standards we added CV control over distortion level and dry/wet mix, as well as octave up and 1 and 2 octaves down tracking oscillators that add even more harmonics to the original signal. Tracking oscillators can be switched on/off manually or via trigger signals. The Plasma Drive module is powered via conventional Eurorack PSU ribbon cable and the power consumption is around 150mA.

10 inch glass composite powered subwoofer with built in crossover and resonance suppressing enclosure technology
Notes: To hear what's really going on at the bottom of your mixes, you need a subwoofer that speaks the truth. The Temblor T10 lets you take charge of the low-frequency foundation of your mix with a combination of quality components and design, plenty of inputs and outputs, and extensive user controls not normally available in this price range.

An ideal companion to Eris and Sceptre active reference monitors, the T10 complements full-range monitors without overshadowing them, extending the reach of your full-range system's low end with a musical and natural approach.
Powerful and musical, Temblor features high-quality components and design that enable it to deliver fast and accurate transient response, extending low frequencies without a hint of "tubbiness" or overshoot.

The Temblor T10 is an active subwoofer with a 10-inch glass-composite driver, built-in crossover, high-temperature voice coil, and damped rubber surround. Its cabinet features a front-firing, bass-reflex acoustic port and optimized, resonance-suppressing internal bracing. The enclosure has integrated rubber feet for stable placement.

In addition to outstanding accuracy and a frequency response that ranges from 20 Hz to 130 Hz, this combination of features enables the subwoofer to produce higher volume - up to 113 dB SPL - with less power than a sealed-box design. But make no mistake; the T10 has plenty of juice: 250 watts of Class AB power.

The result is a subwoofer that delivers accurate, tight low end and outperforms subs costing far more. With Temblor T10, you hear what the foundation of your mix really sounds like so you can produce your best mix from top to bottom.

The T10 provides more user controls than any other subwoofer in its class, enabling seamless integration into your listening environment.

The Temblor T10's extensive user controls include input gain (-30 dB to +6 dB, continuously variable) and a continuously variable low-pass filter (50 Hz to 130 Hz) that let you create a seamless crossover transition between your full-range studio monitors and subwoofer for a more accurate listening environment.

A switchable high-pass filter removes frequency content below 80 Hz from the full-range signal sent from the T10 outputs to the main monitors, avoiding destructive cancellation and reinforcement in the T10's upper range.
The result is a subwoofer that can be adjusted to perfectly complement not only our Sceptre CoActual and Eris active studio monitors but virtually any studio monitor.

The T10 also features a momentary footswitch (included) that bypasses the subwoofer, high-pass filter, and Sub Out. This allows your audio source signal to pass directly through the Temblor T10 to the full-range studio monitors, making comparing your mix with or without sub frequencies quick and easy. This helps to ensure your mix will sound good on a wide variety of systems.

Of course, we didn't forget the "small things" that can make a big difference: polarity invert and a ground-lift switch.

No other subwoofer anywhere close to the Temblor T10's price range offers a comparable selection of inputs and outputs.

The Temblor T10 provides a choice of three input pairs: two sets of balanced inputs (XLR and 1/4" TRS) and one pair of RCA unbalanced inputs. Pairs of inputs are provided in order to accept a stereo signal from your audio source.
When both of the balanced connections are in use, the TRS inputs will take precedence over the XLR inputs. The RCA inputs will sum into either balanced connection.

You get two pairs of balanced outputs: XLR and 1/4" TRS. The full-range signal connected to the stereo inputs on the T10 is passed through to these outputs so you can connect them to your main left and right studio monitors. If the High Pass Filter switch is engaged, frequencies below 80 Hz are not sent from these outputs.

The T10 also has a balanced XLR output that sends the low-frequency signal from the low-pass filter to a second Temblor T10 for the ultimate in smooth low end.

Premium quality closed-back studio headphones for monitoring, editing & mixing
Notes: The Neumann NDH 20 is a closed-back headphone combining excellent isolation with the carefully balanced sound image and outstanding resolution you'd expect from a Neumann product. The NDH 20 is thus ideally suited to monitoring and mixing tasks, even in loud and noisy environments. Circumaural memory foam ear pads offer high long-term comfort.

Critical Listening and Mixing - In the Studio, At Home, On the Road:

While many other closed-back headphones are marred by nasty resonances in the mid-band, making it difficult to come to reliable mix decisions, the NDH 20 offers an astonishingly detailed, well-balanced sound image, similar to Neumann's acclaimed studio loudspeakers. Superior sonics along with large memory foam ear pads make the NDH 20 a pleasure to wear for long periods without fatigue.

The NDH 20 uses newly designed drivers (38 mm/1.5") with high-gauss neodymium magnets to ensure high sensitivity and minimized distortion, thus allowing the user to listen to the pure audio signal without unwanted coloration. The mechanical construction, too, meets the highest standards. The adjustable headband is made of flexible steel while the ear cup covers are machined from lightweight aluminium. For easy transportation the headphone is foldable and can be placed into the supplied soft cloth bag. Two detachable cables (one straight, one coiled) and a 6.3 mm (1/4") adapter are also included.

Applications:

The NDH 20 is suited to all applications that require high sound isolation such as monitoring for musicians and engineers in the tracking room as well as FOH work. It is also an excellent choice for critical listening, free from disturbance from the outside world and, vice versa, without causing disturbance to people nearby due to leakage. Thanks to its extended frequency response ranging from 5 Hz to 30 kHz the NDH 20 is particularly helpful to check the upper and lower extremes of the audio band.

Unlike most other closed-back headphones, the Neumann NDH 20 is suited to mixing purposes too. An unusually even frequency response and natural stereo image allow for mixing with confidence and ensure compatibility to all playback systems. The NDH 20 is thus an indispensable tool for working on the road. Of course, it is also an excellent headphone for audiophile entertainment.

Classic Korg MS20 recreated in miniature size
Notes: Korg's MS-20 monophonic synthesizer, first introduced in 1978, is still a coveted instrument to this day, thanks to its thick, robust sound, its powerful, iconic analog filter, and its versatile patching options. Over 300,000 people have enjoyed the distinct MS-20 sounds from the original, from Korg's MS-20 plugin synth, or the iMS-20 iPad app.

Today, the sounds of the MS-20 have been reborn in hardware, as the MS-20 Mini. The same engineers who developed the original MS-20 have perfectly reproduced its circuitry and fit into a body that's been shrunk to 86% of the original size, yet retains the distinctive look of the original.

The MS-20 mini will amaze you with its absolutely authentic analog synth sound.

The Korg MS-20 Mini features 2 improved lower noise voltage controlled oscillators with selectable waveforms including ring modulation and noise, 2 voltage controlled high and low pass filters, 2 voltage controlled amplifiers, 2 envelope generators and an LFO. Part of the appeal of the original was its self oscillating, resonant filters that could be driven into distortion. They remain popular to this day and can also be found in the recent monotron and monotribe units as well as on the new MS-20 Mini.

Part of the versatility of the original Korg MS-20 was its flexible patching system, making it semi modular, and this has been recreated for the MS-20 Mini. It allows users to create uniquely complex, evolving, organic sounds by using patch cables to access and change the internal synth architecture, with the front panel flow chart guiding easy operation straight out of the box. Users can even patch external sources via the external signal processor to be processed in the same way as an oscillator, as well as benefitting from the rich harmonics added by the circuitry and filters.

This reissue of a modern classic will be an extremely welcome addition to Korg's current synth line and, with fantastic sound, versatility and ease of use, the MS-20 Mini is sure to win over many fans old and new.

Professional music production station for stage or studio use, including 16 "step-sequencer-style" pads and a large touch pad
Notes: The electribe series lets you play back your carefully constructed patterns while using intuitive operations to add spice and reveal new sonic possibilities. Approximately ten years after the Electribe SX first went on sale, there's now a new sampler in the electribe series that's designed to be simple and easy for the beginner to understand, and even more enjoyable for previous electribe users.

The electribe perfectly fulfills two tasks that both demand speed: live performance and music production

The electribe sampler has been reborn with cutting-edge technology inherited from popular KORG products such as the KingKORG, kaossilator, kaoss pad, and taktile. The internal memory lets you save 250 patterns, including preset patterns which are perfect for today's dance music scene. There's also support for the polyphonic playback that's indispensable for styles that include complex chord progressions, such as House music.

Using the 16 pads placed on the front of the unit, you can create patterns intuitively while actually hearing and seeing the sounds. You can use the pads as a keyboard to realtime-record phrases, and also perform step recording by entering the pitch and rhythmic value one note at a time. The patterns you create can be used in alternate forms as you perform by taking advantage of the "step jump" feature inherited from the volca series, or by changing the "last step" to vary the length of each part.

There's also a "motion sequence" function that lets you record knob and button operations and use them in the pattern that you create.

Either drums or synths can now be assigned to each of the 16 parts (i.e., the 16 pads). For example you could create complex rhythms by assigning drums to all of the 16 parts.

Familiar from the kaossilator is the "touch scale" function that lets anyone perform without wrong notes, just by moving a finger across the touch pad. The trigger pads that were popular on the taktile are also provided, making it easy for anyone to create phrases intuitively. The trigger pads can also be used for drum input. Settings allow you to switch velocity on/off.

KORG created a synth engine for the electribe sampler that's perfectly designed to maximize your creativity.

In addition to a sampler sound engine that lets you use your own unique and original sounds (samples), there are also several types of analog modeling sound engines that are great for creating synth basses and pad sounds. There can be up to a total of 999 preset and user samples, and a maximum of 270 seconds of sampling time (calculated as monaural) can be used. The unit is shipped with numerous drum, rhythm/phrase loops, and hit samples included. (collaborations with Sample Magic, Loopmasters, Prime Loops are included)

Modulation can make sound-creation more complicated, but we've made it easy by condensing it down to three parameters: simply select a template that specifies an effect and its target, and then adjust the speed and depth of the effect to suit your taste.

The "Time Slice" function detects attacks within the phrase and slices it appropriately, allowing you to play the phrase at the desired tempo without significantly affecting the sound. Sounds within a sliced part can also be used separately by assigning them to steps or parts. You can even apply an effect to a sample, and then resample it while using the knobs to vary the pitch or modulation.

The new electribe sampler provides effects such as compression and overdrive for each part, giving you uncompromising control over the nuances of individual sounds that differ subtly between genres. The groove function can be specified for each part, letting you apply a groove to your phrase simply by selecting a template.

The master effects can be controlled from the touch pad just like on the Kaoss pad, and they include not only spatial-type effects that shape the overall acoustics but they also include effects that apply aggressively musical transformations such as the "Vinyl Break" effect inherited from the Kaoss pad series, and the newly developed "Seq Reverse" and "Odd Stepper" that change the playback order of the sequencer. These are also extremely effective for live performance. Insert effects can be assigned for individual parts, opening up even more complex sound-design possibilities.

There's also a "pattern set" function which lets you switch patterns by pressing trigger pads, and an "event recording" function that records that performance. In addition to MIDI IN/OUT, "Sync IN/OUT" is also provided, allowing synchronized performances with the volca series, monotribe, or MS-20 mini. The unit can run on six AA batteries, so you can easily take it along with you and perform anywhere, providing on-the-go inspiration to your musical ideas.

Dual multi-mode self-oscillating VCF & crossfader - 20HP
Notes: This is the third generation of Intellijel's much loved Korgasmatron filter designed in collaboration with David G. Dixon. The Morgasmatron features two completely independent six-mode filters (labelled "A" and "B") - each with its own mode-select knob, input, output, cutoff, resonance, Q-drive and gain control. Each filter has a pair of CV inputs (one with a built-in attenuator and the other with a built-in attenuverter) for modulating cut-off, and another CV input for modulating resonance. Both filters self-oscillate at maximum Q, and produce pitched sine waves that track the two separate 1V/OCT inputs.

You can use the two filters independently of one another, or you can use them together (in either a series or parallel connection) and smoothly crossfade between them using either the XFADE knob or the XFADE CV input and built-in attenuverter. You can flip the DRY switches to instantly bypass either or both filters; invert the phase of Filter B; or overdrive Filter A by switching on the new Overdrive circuit. A MIX output provides (as you might suspect) a mixed output of the two filters.

Dual cassette deck for playing, dubbing, or recording 1 or 2 cassettes
Notes: TASCAM's new 202mkVII dual cassette deck is the latest generation of the company's professional cassette recorders. Coveted for their reliable performance, comprehensive feature set, and audio quality, the 202 series has long been the leading choice for recording studios, houses of worship, audio/music enthusiasts, and other professional applications.

The 202mkVII's most noteworthy new feature is a rear-panel USB output that enables recording and archiving cassettes to digital media. A front-panel 1/4-inch, high-impedance microphone input with dedicated level control enables live input to be mixed with Tape 1 audio and recorded, in real time, to Tape 2 for karaoke and voiceover applications. The mic input also can accept line-level signals. In addition to the USB output, the rear panel provides stereo analogue line-level input and output on unbalanced RCA connectors. A 1/4-inch stereo headphone output with dedicated level knob is conveniently located on the front of the unit.

The dual twin-head cassette decks can record and play back independently, including recording simultaneously to create two tapes with the same source. Among other applications, this enables simultaneous creation of a master tape and a copy for distribution, skipping the need to duplicate the master tape. The two decks also provide real-time dubbing at the touch of one button. Tape 1 offers pitch control (+/-12%) and Tape 2 has a Return to Zero function.

The TASCAM 202mkVII offers two playback modes. Normal playback, as expected, routes sound to the line outputs and headphone output. In Special playback mode, you can monitor the sound from one tape using headphones, while the other tape plays through the line outputs, making it easy to cue another tape. A noise-reduction feature (the equivalent of Dolby B) reduces hiss during playback.

The 3U rack-mountable, professional tape deck supports recording and playback of Type I (normal) and Type II (chrome) cassette tapes, as well as playback with Type IV (metal) tapes. A dedicated wireless remote control is included.

Bass drum synth module
Notes: We are happy to introduce our new Jomox 19" euro rack module series.

In the 19" euro rack market we also want to keep our concept of storeable analog sound production because it offers just too many advantages.
In order to achieve this, we had to develop a complete new analog control system for our circuitries inside these modules.

We'd like to make these euro rack products interesting for both live drummers and modular people. Therefore, a CV/Gate control and trigger inputs for drumpad pickups are available.
For regular modular use, analog routable CV inputs and an analog output are accessible via 3.5mm jacks. The Gate can be configured as 0-5V (0-15V is accepted too), inversed or s-trigger.

Everything is storeable and can be recalled via encoder klick from 100 presets. But for the analog feel of modular, eight potentiometers give you the fine and precise editing of the most important parameters without stepping through menus.
E-Drummers can create complete E-drum setups, because there is an internal Jomox analog connection bus with a fast digital link which can do a submix and an FX send mix from each module hooked up to the bus.
With this system bus you won't need to use the audio outputs but instead you have a programmable bus system that can link to future master, sequencer and mixing or effects modules - which can take control over the single modules.
This makes the whole modular setup recallable and storeable from a center module like a drum machine.

Also, to link the ModBase modules to our other products, they all have a Midi interface on the rear that can be wired within the rack case and being cascaded from one module to another.
The menu selection is paged by two-colored LEDs for both sides of the menu.
Two internal LFOs which both control the tuning of the kick drum VCO expand the sound spectrum once more.

All analog parameters are either storeable and controllable via Midi. The Midi notes control the pitch of the kick drum VCO.

Too, the modules are controllable via CV/Gate and via trigger pads for live drummers. With the trigger input, the threshold and velocity dependend dynamics can be adjusted.

Four routable CV inputs let all internal sound parameters (incl. LFOs and metallic noise) be controlled by CV sequencers. Every CV input provides an own programmable amount which can be negative too (i.e. subtracting the CV value from the internal value). The range goes from 0..5V.

USB to MIDI to CV converter synth module - 12HP
Notes: Shuttle Control is a 16-channel MIDI/CV interface which can receive USB-MIDI at a number of inputs simultaneously. For instance control signals from a tablet/PC/Mac at the "to device socket" or USB-MIDI-Keyboard or controllers via the "to host" sockets.

As the sockets provide for a +5V voltage you can use them for example for a LED lamp. An editor allows you to create and save up to 16 different mappings which can be recalled directly at the module. Those mappings can be for example 8-voice polyphonic setups with different CV scales (1V/oct, 1.2V/oct ot Hz/V). This makes it possible to use VCOs with different CV scales simultaneously to integrate them in a polyphonic setup. Besides this you can assign LFOs, triggers, Control Changes and random to the outputs.

Additionally the module can be used as a power solution for a small modular system and has an input for an external laptop brick power supply (12-20V). Also it can pass the Eurorack operational voltages via a long ribbon cable with a number of Euro connectors, both male and female sockets.

The note CV and gate signals generated by the MIDI/CV interface can be sent to other modules internally via Doepfer's internal bus. Endorphin.es' own Terminal and Furthrrrr can read their signals so you can create an entire Endorphin.es system easily.

Random control voltage for Eurorack, featuring multi-channel noise source & two sophisticated random sections
Notes: The SAPEL is a random control voltages source for Eurorack modular systems. It is composed of two main sections, one that generates audio noises, in 4 different versions, and another which includes two specular random clock, random voltages and clock sources.

Noise outputs are colour coded, based on the noise colours, and include:

- Blue (+3dB/oct spectrum)
- White noise (0dB/oct spectrum)
- Pink noise (-3dB/oct spectrum)
- Red noise, a.k.a. Brown or Brownian (-6dB/oct spectrum).

The random voltage and clock section features four uncorrelated random CV generation paths, divided in;

- Fluctuating random voltage;
- Quantized random voltage with 2n stages tuned in semitones referred to 1V/oct scale;
- Quantized random voltage with n+1 stages tuned in octaves referred to 1V/oct scale;
- Non quantized sample & hold.

It is also possible to set a probability distribution with a potentiometer, and apply (or do not apply) the chosen distribution setting to each of the four paths independently.

Furthermore, each of the two random sources section features an independent built-in clock generator, with clock output and random clock output, which can be used in "more than" or "less than" mode. It is possible to use an external clock signal as a clock source, bypassing the built-in one. In addition to that, it is also possible to hand trigger the clock via a manual sample & hold button, which can be also modulated by gate signals.

Versatile percussion synth voice module
Notes: The Entity Percussion Synthesizer is a complete and versatile voice module, geared for designing a huge array of percussion, bass and lead sounds and well suited for processing external audio sources.

The design consists of a high fidelity resonant band pass filter, two voltage controlled decay envelopes, multi-mode noise generator, a high fidelity VCA and a voltage controlled diode wave multiplier. Every parameter on the Entity Percussion is voltage controllable.

Features and controls:

SOUND SHAPING:

BODY control simulates the tightness of a drum head. From soft and muted to flabby and bass heavy.

PITCH affects the frequency of the resonant filter. The nominal control range is from about 8Hz to 2.2kHz. This range is expanded upon use of internal and external control voltage sources.

HARMONICS increases the number of overtones heard via the main resonant sound source. Subtle to extreme. A substantial function of the Entity PS.

RING controls the resonant decay time, independently from the modulation controls. Both short and plucky and very long rings are obtainable. The filter is tuned so that it will always resonate a little, even when RING control is all the way down.

OUTPUT section controls the resonator volume level and the overall output level when NOISE-FILTER mode in enabled. MIX switch selects processing the internal resonator, external source via the EXT IN jack or a mix of both, greatly enhancing the sound capabilities of the Entity PS.

NOISE generator inspired by the Quantum Rainbow 2, with three select-able noise modes - WHITE, PINK and FILTER. FILTER mode routes the noise into the resonator's signal path - to be processed through the resonant filter, harmonics processor and main VCA.

N-LEVEL independently controls the volume and CV level of the noise VCA.

MODULATION:

Two voltage controllable decay envelopes are provided to modulate the frequency and/or volume of the resonator and noise. DECAY controls the FM/VCA decay time of the resonator, N-DECAY controls the VCA decay time of the noise generator.

DELAY provides voltage controlled delay of the resonator DECAY envelope with respect to the noise (N-DECAY) envelope - a useful feature for creating various snare, clap and snap sounds and layering internal and external sources.

FM LVL is a bipolar attenuator for controlling the frequency modulation depth of the resonator. The switch below selects the internal resonator decay envelope, a mix of the decay envelope and external FM CV source, or the external FM CV source only.

DUCK output jack provides an offset and inverted copy of the resonator DECAY envelope for ducking VCAs and other modulation duties.

Additional Features:

PING! button to demo sounds without a trigger source.

RGB LED for visual feedback of trigger, FM and output waveform

All parameters are voltage controllable.

Landscape Stereo Field Instrument (synthesizer/audio processor)
Cat: 642532 Rel: 21 Sep 17 • View all Synthesisers

Touch plate synthesiser & audio processor
Notes: STEREO FIELD is an instrument which allows its user to manipulate and patch two analog stereo circuits directly via touch plates utilizing skin conductivity as new paths for the circuit to follow essentially creating new circuits and new sounds in relation to where your fingers are patching. The individual touch plates are directly connected to nearly every connection point of every component in its circuitry (located directly under each corresponding touch plate). When touched, it will create analog synthesized audio with either of the two mirrored circuits represented by the interlocking circles. These parallel mirrored circuits can be "patched" separately or together yielding vastly different results in regards to texture, timbre and stereo imaging.

This instrument has the ability to create atonal synth tones in stereo (and quad) as well as process incoming stereo audio (and quad) sources via 1/4" and 3.5mm ins and outs. Incoming audio sources can be "patched" or rewoven into any area of either or both of the circuits via skin contact. The input volume knobs shape and effect distortion and drive amounts and behave slightly differently when given a mono input signal versus a stereo signal. The quad inputs and outputs via the 3.5mm jacks have small touch plates leading to and from allowing for touch access of each of the 4 inputs and 4 outputs. If multiple audio signals are traveling into the Stereo Field these audio sources can be intermingled and can modulate one another. Sending CV signals into the 3.5mm input jacks will open up many more possibilities both in terms of synthesized sounds and audio processing.

The Stereo Field can also be used as a sort of lo-fi controlled random source when using the 3.5mm outputs to send CV to your modular system. Due to the nature of feedback and finger patching the 4x available CV signals have the ability to get incredibly complex in nature (see audio examples below in use with a euro-rack system). Because of the open nature of Stereo Field it can both send and receive CV modulation simultaneously. In addition, this can all be happening while your finger patching is changing and altering the incoming and outgoing CV while also processing incoming audio. These ins and outs can also be patched together with cables for sustained tones with the pitch/rhythm/volume/cutoff being affected by adjusting the incoming and outgoing volume knobs in various settings. Inter-patching in this way will also allow for sustained pulse beats and filter like sound shaping in addition to bringing new results to patching via the touch plates. Most importantly, processed audio and synthesized audio are available simultaneously with the ability to influence and modulate each other. This will often blur the lines between the two; who is manipulating who? who comes out on top as audio and who is modulation? This can be a constantly evolving cycle based upon where the performers fingers are placed and highly sensitive skin contact or "pressure" changes.

The sound is sometimes easy to describe; (distortion, filtering, feedback, square wave, pulse width modulation, rhythms, wave-folding, frequency modulation, amplitude modulation, spacial shifts, panning, sub octaves, pitch following) but most of the time these definitions fall "between effects" or in combinations of multiple effects that can be shifting, feeding back or pulsing in sync with incoming audio during processing. Since the user is directly touching analog circuitry through copper touch plates, shifts in pitch/timbre/stereo/drive/modulation can be accessed instantly. The stereo (or quad) imaging of the instrument is both influenced by feedback and modulation in regards to where your fingertips are patching along with modulation caused by incoming audio content. In addition to the sheer number of patching and finger pressure combinations available, the instrument has shown theremin-esque properties in certain settings due to the large surface area of the gold plates. To bring this even a step further it the synth tones can be triggered by only breathing on the plates using breath control to sculpt the audio.

*PLEASE NOTE: COMES WITH US 2-PIN POWER SUPPLY - MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL ADAPTER*

New version of the classic Electribe music production workstation with Ableton Live Lite software
Notes: The electribe has been reborn including KORG's latest technology distilled from popular products such as the KingKORG, kaossilator, kaoss pad, and taktile. The 200 preset patterns cover House and Techno as well as cutting-edge dance music genres such as Trap and EDM. Another major evolution of the new electribe is support for polyphonic playback, which is indispensable for musical styles that involve complex chord progressions such as House music.

For the electribe, KORG designed a synth engine that gives you the maximum sound-creating freedom and the fastest sound production. The 409 oscillator waveforms include analog modeling and PCM. The analog modeling synth engine provides a broad variety ranging from simple basic waveforms to complex combinations such as dual, unison, sync, ring modulation, and cross modulation. The PCM sound engine provides mainly rhythm sounds, but also covers multisamples for keyboard. (collaborations with Sample Magic, Loopmasters, Prime Loops are included)

The filters at the heart of the sound-shaping capabilities are inherited directly from the KingKORG, and they use filter algorithms that simulate standard synthesizers so that you can get "the sound" which was used in famous songs, just by selecting the appropriate filter type.

You can also apply filters to drums to create rhythm tracks that are rich in tonal variation. Modulation can make sound-creation more complicated, but we've made it easy by condensing it down to three parameters: simply select a template that specifies an effect and its target, and then adjust the speed and depth of the effect to suit your taste.

The new electribe provides effects such as compression and overdrive for each part, giving you uncompromising control over the nuances of individual sounds that differ subtly between genres.

The unit can run on six AA batteries, so you can easily take it along with you and perform anywhere, providing on-the-go inspiration your musical ideas.

Open-source, cartridge-based, digital sound processing & generating platform
Notes: Tiptop Audio's Z-DSP is a cartridge-based open source digital sound processing and effects generating platform for your modular synthesizer. Lush audio processing, greater stereo depth and a unique set of digital synthesis is what the Z-DSP is all about.

The Z-DSP has a stereo digital sound processor with 24-bit sampling, 15kHz of bandwidth, voltage-controlled parameters of stereo feedback, program switching, DSP parameters, equal power crossfading dry/wet mixing, as well as sequential program control switching and a clear display - all in Eurorack format. A dedicated clocking input for the DSP chip does wonders to passing sound by bending the algorithms in an unexpected way, a hardware technique computer plugins can't do and is unique to the Z-DSP.

In a recent update, the Z-DSP (NS) got an all new design of its analogue circuitry, contributing to a lower noise signal path, clearer sound of the entire frequency range, lower distortion and better immunity to noise emitted by other modules sharing the same power supply. A new analogue dry/wet circuit has been implemented to remove the 3db gain drop when the mix knob passes through the centre of the dial making the use of this function more practical in a live application. A reverse polarity protection has been added as well. The new front-panel matches Tiptop's colourful design, and a single printed circuit board and surface mount technology improve reliability during production and use. The powerful Z-DSP engine remains the same as the original Z-DSP module and all cards are compatible across both versions.

An assortment of interchangeable cards, programmed by Tiptop Audio and specialists like Valhalla DSP, provide a wide range of boutique effects algorithms such as Halls of Valhalla, Time Fabric, Clocked Delays and Grain De Folie. Tiptop Audio also offers blank Z-DSP cartridges and a development tool called NumberZ for developers, students and power users who want to design their own effects and cards with the FV-1 DSP chip programming language. Blank cards can be loaded using programs that are freely available for non-commercial use and can be found in the modular community through online forums. With each card swap, the Z-DSP takes on new effect algorithms, changing like a digital chameleon and bringing colourful digital effects processing to your Eurorack setup.

The Z-DSP comes included with 2 cards: Halls of Valhalla and Dragonfly Delay MKII.

Modal synthesis voice module comprising a noisy and impulsive excitation signal generator, and 64-partial modal resonator
Notes: Elements is a full-blown synthesis voice based on modal synthesis - an under-appreciated flavour of physical modelling synthesis with a strange and abstract feel.

Elements combines an exciter synthesis section generating raw, noisy sounds characteristic of bowing (filtered friction noise), blowing (pitch-controlled granular noise), or striking (stick, mallet, hammer or brush sample playback... or bursts of synthetic impulsions). These sources, or external audio signals, are processed by a modal filter bank - an ensemble of 64 tuned band-pass filters simulating the response of various resonant structures (plates, strings, tubes...) with adjustable brightness and damping. A stereo ambience reverberator adds depth and presence to the sound.

All parameters have a very meaningful and well-delimited impact on the sound. When designing Elements, great care has been taken in selecting parameter ranges and control curves, producing a large palette of sounds - often beyond physical realism - but always well controlled and stable. The "dark spots" of noise and feedback are reached gradually, and they do still react to controls. The module is deliberately menu- and switch-free - what you dial/patch is what you hear!

Reverb synth module with size ranges from "coffin" to "the heavens"
Notes: The Erbe-Verb is more than a collection of reverb algorithms or presets, it is a unique, modeless, continuously variable reverb algorithm with complete voltage control.

Typical reverb types such as plate, room, hall, shimmer and others may be programmed by adjusting the knobs. The continuously variable algorithm allows for hybrid and unreal spaces to be found.

Traveling between spaces is possible by modulating the algorithm or manually sweeping parameters. More than an end-of-chain effects unit, it's a whole new building block for modular synthesis. Like the Echophon, it's coded by Tom Erbe of soundhack.

World's first and only 3D Cartesian Sequencer for music synthesisers - 34HP
Notes: The Rene music synthesizer module is a powerful three-dimensional prism of composition. It is the world's only 3D Cartesian Music Sequencer. Named for the French philosopher & mathematician Rene Descartes, it uses the Cartesian coordinate system to unlock the analogue step sequencer from the shackles of linearity. The original Rene was a one-channel, two-dimensional Cartesian sequencer with limited memory, this new Rene is a three-channel, three-dimensional Cartesian sequencer with memory for up to 64 complete States. Considering the multiple channels and FUN programming options per multiple axis, Rene has become an n-dimensional matrix or tesseract of synthesizer sequencing.

Joystick/vector mixer for CV or Audio - 14HP
Notes: The most complex modulator is you. The Planar 2 puts macro control over six outputs - including a quad panning mixer - into your hands with a buttery smooth joystick. Record up to 30 seconds of your own movements, stretch it or mangle it with scan mode, use a trigger for playback, or just loop it - synced or not. Add yourself to your patch.

With its smoothly responsive precision joystick, Planar 2 facilitates hands-on vector control of two entirely independent sets of outputs (quadrants A-D, and axis X/Y), plus the ability to capture and playback your gestures. Recording your joystick movements enables the creation of organic and complex envelopes, wild and wobbly LFOs, or extended sonic evolutions. It mixes, morphs, routes and pans audio inputs; triggers gates; outputs control voltages and is itself, CV-controllable. Planar 2 puts the 'joy' back in 'joystick,' and the 'fun' back in 'function generator.' Its multitasking and tactile interface makes it a flexible and unique control device, no matter what your musical genre.

Physical modelling percussion synthesiser module - 12HP
Notes: Plonk uses a technique known as physical modelling to synthesize, with great realism, the way in which sound is produced by acoustic instruments. The Plonk module is, itself, focused primarily on creating percussive sounds - both pitched and un-pitched; natural and unnatural; acoustic-sounding or totally electronic.

Plonk does this by breaking sound creation into two distinct elements - the exciter and the resonator. The exciter is a mathematical model of the device used to strike a particular surface. Plonk, because it's percussion oriented, has two types of exciters: one modelled on a mallet, and the other providing a noise source. The resonator is a virtualization of the object being struck, which vibrates, resonates and creates the body of a sound. Plonk offers several types of resonators: beam; marimba; drumhead; membrane; plate; and string.

Plonk provides numerous parameters that let you shape, mould and design both the exciter and the resonator, thus enabling you to synthesize the sound of striking or scraping almost any type of object - real or imagined. In this way, Plonk can accurately model the sounds of kicks, snares, toms, cymbals, claps, tablas, congas and all manner of traditional percussion instruments. It can also model pitched percussive instruments, like vibes, marimbas, and even bass or guitar-like tones. Of course, it additionally excels at modelling instruments that heretofore never existed.

Best of all, the sounds created by Plonk are not static - any sound you design can respond dynamically to velocity, as well as four different modulation inputs. This means the sound of Plonk can change completely from note-to-note (or strike-to-strike). Because of this, Plonk is actually a duophonic (2-voice) module, which lets the sound of one note decay naturally when a second note (possibly employing an entirely different set of modelling values) is struck. Thus, hitting a new note does not choke the sound of the previously struck note (unless you want it to, of course)!

Plonk stores up to 128 patches in its internal memory, and ships with many presets programmed by professional sound designers and composers. You may overwrite these patches if you wish, and banks of patches may be transferred via MIDI System Exclusive over Plonk's built-in mini-USB port to facilitate offline storage by programs or websites that support this capability.

Plonk was developed in cooperation with Montreal-based Applied Acoustics Systems - physical modelling pioneers, and the creators of Tassman, Lounge Lizard, String Studio, Ultra Analog, Chromaphone and numerous other plugins. It is with great pleasure that Intellijel brings the potential of this physical modelling technology to a hands-on, CV-laden device capable of the sort of dynamic control and sonic exploration that modular synthesists demand.

18 channel perfomance mixer with step-sequenced FX, transport and tempo control
Notes: The MX-1 Mix Performer brings together your synths, drum machines, loops, DAW tracks, and more into a single performance-optimized mixing instrument. Combining elements of a mixer, control surface, audio interface, and step-based effector, the MX-1 is designed to be the nerve center of your electronic music rig. It's a mixer you can play - and so much more.

With six analog inputs, four AIRA Link USB ports, digital I/O, send and return jacks, and the ability to stream 18 channels to and from your DAW, the MX-1 brings together a wide range of musical sources and puts them directly under your fingertips. But this is no ordinary mixer. The smooth, solid faders each have six different volume curves available. Every channel has an adjustable Tone/Filter knob with ten types of filters, EQs, and isolators. Mutes are placed for quick access, working with the LED-lit faders to clearly show their status, even in dark environments. The DJ-style headphone cue monitoring lets you smoothly mix in any source whenever you're ready, or drop in tracks right on the beat. Separate headphone and master volume knobs along with smooth and bright metering keep levels firmly in check. And everything, including all the FX configurations and settings, can be saved and recalled for instant access.

There's no question that effects play a huge role in creating a unique vibe and defining your sound. And the MX-1 integrates effects in exciting new ways. Not only do the MX-1's effects sound great, they're designed for ready manipulation and rhythmic sensibility, thanks to the MX-1's tempo awareness and the TR-style step interface. In addition to an aux send for feeding external effects, each channel has its own Beat FX including Filter, Side Chain, and Slicer. These are applied using sixteen TR-style step sequencer buttons like those found on famous Roland drum machines. This lets you independently filter, duck, and slice each channel, creating cool rhythmic variations, polyrhythms, and all manner of intricate grooves. Beat FX can be instantly switched on and off per channel with dedicated, illuminated buttons. Six kinds of Master FX, each with lots of variations, add spice and drama to any or all channels. And the large control knob gives them supreme playability. The Master FX can even be step-sequenced in various combinations, creating stunning movement and glitchy interludes that must be heard to be fully appreciated.

Computers already play a big role in production, and they increasingly play a role in performance. But they don't always integrate so well with other live instruments, and require their own audio interface and controller. The MX-1 addresses these problems through its ability to operate in any one of three different modes. In Control Surface mode, the MX-1 can sync to your computer and act as a high-quality MIDI controller for your DAW. Cool. But it gets way more interesting... In Mixer mode, the MX-1 can mix all connected sources, including analog and digital inputs, AIRA gear, and your computer's output. While there's a dedicated channel for a stereo output from your computer, you can also send computer audio to USB channels 1 thru 4 if no device is connected to the AIRA Link USB ports. Very cool. In External mode, the MX-1 can send all its inputs directly to your DAW, acting as a high-quality audio interface. At the same time, it can mix 18 channels back from your DAW, putting them on the MX-1's faders. This lets you utilize the recording, clip triggering, effects, and mixing functions of your DAW along with the MX-1's cue monitoring, sync, and performance-optimized mixing and effects capabilities. It's mind-bending stuff. Just take a moment to imagine the possibilities. While the MX-1 obviously makes working with a computer way more fun, it's just as happy on its own. So whether it's full hands-on control of your DAW or completely out-of-the-box production and performance, the MX-1 is right at home.

The MX-1 is so much fun to play that you're bound to want to plug all kinds of things into it. Four individual 1/4-inch jacks support just about any kind of instrument, and the stereo 1/8-inch jack is perfect for smartphones, tablets, and various gadgets. There are also four AIRA Link USB ports that make connecting your AIRA gear literally plug and play. With fully automatic detection, AIRA Link USB ports transmit audio, MIDI, and sync over a single USB cable. One of the ports can even provide bus power for a compatible AIRA device like the TB-3 Touch Bassline or VT-3 Voice Transformer. AIRA Link reduces cable clutter and makes setup fast and simple. The MX-1 is also fully time aware and gives you hands-on control of start, stop, tempo, and timing. Sync an array of musical devices over MIDI or AIRA Link. Control everything with the brightly lit TR-style start/stop button and large tempo knob with fine adjustment, shuffle control, and tap function.

Keyboard synthesiser using Roland's anologue circuit behaviour technology to merge classic and modern sounds
Notes: Meet the SYSTEM-1, a synthesizer probably unlike any you've encountered before. Like its predecessors, the SYSTEM-1 breaks new ground with remarkable flexibility and access to a vast palette of synthesized sounds with the bold and unmistakable character associated with Roland synthesizers for nearly four decades.

At the heart of the SYSTEM-1's sound is our new Analogue Circuit Behaviour technology (ACB) which we use to carefully analyse every aspect of analogue circuits and then faithfully recreate them down to the finest details. This technology fills the SYSTEM-1 with a fusion of beautifully classic and utterly modern synthesizer tones.

The SYSTEM-1 can control and even host software recreations of classic Roland synthesizers. That's right. The SYSTEM-1 can control plug-in versions of now legendary Roland synths, and those same plugins can be hosted in the SYSTEM-1 itself - with no computer required. You can even switch between the SYSTEM-1's internal sounds and those of the hosted plug-in. We call this wizardry "PLUG-OUT" - and we're pretty excited about it.

And we think you'll be excited too once you experience the supreme authenticity of the upcoming SH-101 softsynth, with the SYSTEM-1 providing an intuitive and fully automatic one-to-one control interface that just works. Let's be honest - who could make a better plug-in version of a classic Roland synth than Roland?

And the SH-101 is just the beginning.

The SYSTEM-1 not only sounds amazing, but it also has a totally innovative design with performance ready controls, quality construction, and a dizzying array of lights and knobs and sliders.

You can connect the SYSTEM-1 to your computer via its USB jack to send and receive audio and MIDI data.

The SYSTEM-1 can receive MIDI clock information to sync with external devices including other AIRA series units.

The SYSTEM-1 is designed to work seamlessly and look great with other products in the AIRA series.
