Laine Winnows 1U Dual VC Resonator Module (black)
Laine Winnows 1U Dual VC Resonator Module (black) (resonator/dual/stereo/filter/oscillator module)
Cat: 1008011 Rel: 17 Apr 24

Dual voltage controlled resonator 1U module - 24HP
Notes: Winnows, a dual VC resonant filter with damping.

Winnows brings radical resonant filtering to the 1U row. Make your basslines growl like it's 1999. Create clean resonant tones and layers, tuned percussion, steep filtered peaks, vowel filters and more. Each filter channel comprises two state variable filter cores, the first producing a 2-Pole band-pass response, with resonance and self-oscillation amounts set by a 3-Pole feedback network. Signals are then routed through a 1-Pole low-pass damping stage to remove harshness if required. This can be routed to the channel output, or switched and routed through a second series of resonant SVF and 1-Pole LPF damping stages. This circuitry is identical per channel.

Features and uses

Steep and spiked or wide and smooth, resonant bandpass filters
Zone in on and reinforce a sound's dominant frequency, create overtones using both channels
Create sharp resonant peaks, dull or remove any harshness with VC damping
Use the resonator as a sound source by shaping and triggering tuned percussion tones or kick drums
Per channel: 2 x VCA based SVF, 2 x 1-pole damping LPF, 1 x 3-Pole resonance core

After Later Audio Barback Mixer Expander Module For Bartender
After Later Audio Barback Mixer Expander Module For Bartender (mixer/dual/stereo/panning/VCA/expander module)
Cat: 1004405 Rel: 11 Mar 24

Mixer expander module for Bartender
Notes: Two channel expander for Bartender

Mixer section

Each channel has the following:

Stereo or mono - Each channel can be treated as a stereo channel or a mono channel with two summed inputs.

CV inputs for both panning and level control

Two send buses - You can route each channel to one of two send buses. Each send bus is stereo. You can choose if you want the send to come before or after the level/panning controls.

Mute - The mute has both latching mute (up) and a momentary mute (down). The mute uses a capacitor to slow the turn off and on of the mute action. So it is mostly click-less, but you may find an occasional pop.

Cue bus - You can route each channel to the cue bus.

Expandable Mixer Series

Bartenders can be cascaded to create 8ch, 12ch, or 16ch mixer. The main level is what is sent the main level control can act as a group control.

Barbacks can be added to add 2ch to your mix. Barbacks can also be cascaded enabling up to a 16ch mixer configuration.

Send-VCA can be added for CV control of the level of the send.

DVCA, Cast Iron, Mingles, and USB-2CH can all be connected with Dupont cables (aka female to female breadboard cables) via pin headers on the back of the modules. Connecting the in and out pins will send/receive the audio into the next module.

AJH Synth/Tone Science Chance Delay Delay Effects Module AJH Synth/Tone Science Chance Delay Delay Effects Module
Cat: 970428 Rel: 15 Sep 23

Chance generator and randomness with pulse delay and pulse conditioning module - 8HP.
Notes: The Tone Science Chance Delay is a unique concept in Eurorack modules as it combines chance and randomness, with pulse delay and pulse conditioning. It is a collaboration between electronic musician/composer Ian Boddy and AJH Synth.

It can perform as a Chance generator, but is also capable of pulse stretching for Trigger to Gate conversion, pulse shortening for Gate to Trigger conversion, Gate Delay, Sub Bass Generation and also "divide by n" clock division.

There is a wide range of control and all functions can be operated manually from the front panel or can be automated using external CV voltages. Chance can range between 0 to 100%. The Gate out can be delayed by anywhere between from 0.5mS to 30 Seconds, and the output Pulse length can also vary from 0.5mS to 30 Seconds.

The TRIG push button allows manual triggering of pulses, also determined by the Chance control, and a green LED shows the output pulse status.

Includes a handy "Gate pass through" mode; when the Length control is set to zero the incoming pulse or trigger will still be determined by the Chance and Delay controls, whilst the outgoing gate length will be the same as the incoming gate length.

Compact 8hp form factor and very low power consumption make this an excellent addition to any Eurorack system.

Key features:

Chance, Gate Delay time and Pulse Length can all be set manually or controlled using external CV voltages.

The 'TRIG' push button allows manual triggering, and Chance will be applied to any manual triggering too.

Fast processing allows operation into the lower audio range, so it can perform sub bass generation on drone type sounds. In this mode the Length pot (or an external Length CV) can be used to change the PWM of the output waveform.

After the initial trigger pulse has been acted on, further incoming pulses are ignored until the current cycle has finished. This useful feature allows it to perform "divide by n" division on gate pulses, so it can be used for clock division, and the delay function can be used to add a "swing" away from the rhythm.

Gate pass through mode - if the Length pot is set to zero, then the incoming gate length is preserved, so in this case the gate has Chance and Delay time applied to it, but the outgoing gate length is the same as the incoming gate length.

By setting Chance to 100% and Delay to zero (0.5mS) it can be used as a Gate to Trigger converter, or a Trigger to Gate converter, depending on the Pulse length set with the LENGTH control. We can also use an external Length CV to shorten or increase the length of the output pulse in real time.

Fast and slow ranges for both DELAY time and PULSE length - Fast range is 0.5mS to 2 Sec and Slow Range is 2 Sec to 30 Sec.

Green status LED shows when the output pulse is high.

Front panel controls

Chance Control and CHA Input

This sets the probability of an incoming trigger or gate being passed through to the Pulse Generator circuit. The chance can be set anywhere between 0% and 100%.

The CHA input allows an external control voltage (CV) to control chance remotely. In this mode the Chance control acts as an attenuator for the incoming CV. With the Chance control fully clockwise a CV of +5V will give 100% chance, and lower CV voltages reduce the Chance accordingly. For example, a +2.5V CV will give a 50% chance. The attenuator function is useful if we are using higher control voltages of for example 0 to +10V. If we set the Chance control to the 12 o'clock position it would then halve the incoming CV signal, so in this case +10V will give 100% chance and +5V will give a 50% chance. Negative CV voltages are ignored and will be treated in the same way as zero volts..

Delay Control and DEL Input

This sets the delay amount that is applied to the leading edge of the incoming Gate or trigger received at the IN jack (or a press of the Manual Trigger button), assuming that the "Chance" has been determined to be positive. With the Delay Time switch set to FAST the Delay range will be from 0.5mS to 2 Seconds. With the Delay Time switch set to SLOW the Delay range will be between 2 Seconds and 30 Seconds.

The DEL input allows an external CV voltage to control Delay Time remotely. In this mode the Delay control acts as an attenuator for the incoming CV. With the Delay control fully clockwise a CV of +5V will give the maximum Delay time of either 2 Seconds or 30 seconds depending on the position of the Fast / Slow switch. Lower CV voltages reduce the Delay Time accordingly, so if we apply a CV of zero volts then we will get the minimum Delay time. The attenuator works on any CV patched to the DEL input in the same manner as described for the Chance control.

Length Control and LEN Input

This sets the length, or rather pulse width of the output pulse. With the LENGTH Switch set to FAST the pulse length can be anywhere between 0.5 mS to 2 Seconds. With the LENGTH Switch set to SLOW the pulse length can be between 2 seconds and 30 Seconds.

The LEN input allows an external CV to control Delay Time remotely. In this mode the Length control acts as an attenuator for the incoming CV in the same manner as the Chance and Delay controls.

Setting the Length control to zero invokes "Gate pass through" mode - in this case the incoming gate length is preserved, so the incoming pulse or trigger will still be affected by the Chance and Delay controls, but the outgoing gate length will be the same as the incoming gate length. Turning the Length control slightly clockwise will then invoke the minimum pulse length around control position 1, and further clockwise rotation will increase the Pulse Length as expected. This behaviour also applies to external CV's patched to the LEN input, where a CV of 0V will enable Gate pass through mode.

Fast / Slow mode switches

These switches allow the selection of Fast or Slow mode for Delay time and pulse length, so these ranges can be selected independently for Delay and Length. Fast range is 0.5 mS to 2 Seconds, and Slow range is 2 Seconds to 30 Seconds.

TRIG Switch

The TRIG push button allows manual triggering, and Chance will also be applied to any manual triggering, so depending on the setting of the Chance control, pressing the button has a chance of not doing anything! Holding the button down keeps the incoming gate high for as long as the button is pressed, however this is only really relevant in "Gate pass through" mode - normally only the leading edge of the input pulse is used.

IN - input jack

Connect your input here - a gate, output from an LFO, or even waveforms from a VCO. Any negative component of the input voltage will be ignored, so unipolar or bipolar signals can be used.

OUT - output jack

This outputs the binary pulse (or stream of pulses) that are generated by the Chance Delay circuitry. The gate low level is 0V and gate high level is +6V. The green status LED shows if a pulse is currently being generated.

Hexinverter VCNO Discrete Voltage Controlled Noise Oscillator Module
Cat: 975744 Rel: 23 Oct 23

Voltage controlled noise oscillator module - 6HP
Notes: VCNO is a noise oscillator, capable of producing full spectrum white noise and various random signals. But that's where its similarity to other noise generators stops. VCNO can be used like a VCO - you can modulate the pitch over CV and use its multiple outputs simultaneously, each with a distinct sonic character. As well, you can patch it into a VCA or use it to modulate and trigger other elements in your modular system.

Features

NOISE is the main LFSR output. With the pitch knob turned fully clockwise this will output pure white noise. As you turn the pitch down, the noise evolves into crunchy noise, reminiscent of vintage video game sounds
GATE is a DC-coupled output. This is perfect for supplying random triggers in your system
SCREECH features a dark, howling overtone to the main NOISE output
SIZZLE features a related control, which takes the output from pure white noise when turned fully clockwise to a vinyl-like crackle when turned anti-clockwise
TEAR sounds like the noise generator is broken and tearing itself apart
All outputs work simultaneously and are simultaneously affected by the pitch knob or CV
The frequency of VCNO can be modulated via CV - just patch any CV signal into this jack
A clock signal input bypasses the internal frequency generator. You can apply a clock from a trigger sequencer to create a pseudorandom drum trigger pattern synced to the rest of your drums.

NANO Modules VCV Random CV Generator Module (clock generator/CV modulation/noise/quad/random/sample & hold/slew limiter module)
Cat: 1000135 Rel: 02 Apr 24

Random CV generator module - 10HP
Notes: CV Random is a random CV generator with 4 types of randomness and a triggerable sample-and-hold function.

Sliders allow you to set the internal clock tempo (RATE), shape the probability of triggering (PROB), blend old with new values (RND) and set the shape of all four random outputs (SHAPE).

4 different sliders

RATE

Sets the tempo of the internal clock. The CV input below the slider adjusts the clock rate, with 1V/oct calibration when the CV attenuverter is 100%. Upon each clock trigger, the RATE slider light blinks, and there is a chance for the internal random source to generate a new value.

PROB

This probability is set by the PROB slider, and if a new value was generated, the PROB slider light blinks and a pulse is emitted from the TRIG output.

RND

When the internal random source generates a new value, it mixes the previous value with a random value, with an amount specified by the RND slider.

SHAPE

The SHAPE slider sets the shape of all four random outputs. At its lowest position (0%), all outputs immediately jump to the new random value (the target value) when the clock is triggered.

At non-zero positions, the outputs interpolate between the previous and the target value, using a different behaviour for each output.

Internal random clock source

Whenever the clock activates, the RATE slider's light flashes. At the same time, there's a chance that the internal random source will create a new value, depending on the PROB slider's setting.

If it does create a new value, the PROB slider's light flashes too, and a pulse comes out of the TRIG output.

External IN & TRIG inputs

If the TRIG input is patched, the RATE slider is ignored, and the internal clock is only triggered when an external trigger is received. The PROB slider is used to filter this trigger by applying some probability.

Self-modulation

Thanks to a switch in the back of the module, you can normalize the LIN output to the 4 CV inputs and adjust the amount of modulation for each parameter with the attenuverters.

This adds another layer of randomness to your results, enabling more dynamic and unpredictable outcomes.

SHAPE Outputs

The STEP output jumps to the new value in one step at 0% SHAPE, and divides the transition into 16 steps at 100% SHAPE.

The LIN output immediately reaches the new value at 0% SHAPE, and takes the whole clock cycle to do so at 100% SHAPE, staying constant in between.

The EXP output shifts exponentially, becoming linear at 100% SHAPE, with its pace adjusted by the SHAPE slider.

The SMTH output transitions smoothly, with the speed controlled by the SHAPE setting, holding at the target until the cycle ends.

Blukac Ex Endless Processor Expander Module
Blukac Ex Endless Processor Expander Module (dual/stereo/expander/pitch shifter/sampling module)
Cat: 985084 Rel: 18 Dec 23

Expander module for Endless Processor - 4HP
Notes: Endless Processor (Ex)pander Kit opens new possibilities for Endless Processor!

Now, there is pitch control over both channels. You can shift one octave up or shift down to a full sound stop, covering multiple octaves, effectively replicating the variable speed replay effect. This allows for the creation of new textures from existing sounds.

Additionally, with the expansion PCB, the Endless Processor gains an SD card slot that enables you to store up to 5 sound banks. This means everything sustained in both channels can be saved to preserve those happy accidents! However, this is not just a simple save and recall process. It allows more performing possibilities: sustain new sounds, play with them, and then recall the stored ones, all with respect to the fade controls.

And if that's not enough, there's a bonus! With the help of our web tool, you can upload the sound banks saved on the SD card and extract clickless loops of each layer in WAV format. You can then import these loops into your DAW or hardware sampler to build your composition on top of the captured sounds.

Expansion PCB for the Endless Processor
Cable to connect Ex module to the expansion PCB

Doepfer A-147-4 Dual VCLFO Dual Voltage Controlled Low Frequency Oscillator Module (silver)
Cat: 945415 Rel: 13 Jun 23

A dual voltage controlled LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) module in 8HP.
Notes: Module A-147-4 is a dual voltage controlled LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator). Each LFO has the five waveforms triangle, sine, rising and falling sawtooth, as well as rectangle available. The rectangle output features manually adjustable pulsewidth and pulsewidth modulation by means of an external control voltage. The core waveform is triangle. The other waveforms are derived from triangle by means of waveform converters. The frequency of each LFO can be adjusted manually and modulated by means of an external control voltage with associated attenuator and polarity switch. By means of a jumper the basic frequency range of each LFO can selected: about 0.02 Hz (~ 50 seconds) ... 2.5kHz or about 0.0017 Hz(~ 600 seconds) ... 220Hz. That way each LFO can be used also as a VCO with a max. frequency of about 2.5kHz. Each LFO features a reset input which can be used to reset the triangle signal.

The module has these controls and in/outputs available:

Control F : manual control of the frequency, for each LFO the frequency range can be selected by means of a jumper from two values (see technical notes)

frequency coverage of control F in the high frequency range: about 0.075 Hz (~ 13 seconds) ... 1,4kHz

frequency coverage of control F in the low frequency range: about 0.007 Hz (~ 140 seconds) ... 125Hz

Control CV: attenuator for the signal applied to the CV socket, by means of a jumper a small positive voltage can be applied to the switching contact of the /CV/ socket, as long as no patch cable is connected to /CV/ socket the CV control then works as fine control for the frequency

Switch CV Pol.: polarity switch for the signal applied to the socket /CV/

Control PW/PM: combined control for manual and CV control of the rectangle pulsewidth:

when no patch cable is connected to socket /P/ the control is used to adjust the pulsewidth (PW) manually

when a patch cable is connected to socket /P/ the control works as attenuator for the external CV signal with a basic pulsewidth of 50:50.

Socket /CV/: frequency control voltage input, in the factory the module is adjusted so that the sensitivity of this input is exactly 1V/octave when the CV control is fully CW.

Socket /R/: reset input, according to the associated jumper the reset input is edge triggered or level controlled (see technical notes for details)

Socket /P/: pulsewidth control voltage input

Sockets with waveform symbol: output of the waveform in question (triangle, sine, rising and falling sawtooth, rectangle)

The output voltage ranges are about -5V ... +5V (10Vpp), except the rectangle output

For the rectangle output one can choose by means of a jumper if the range is about -5V ... +5V or 0...+10V.

LED: visual control of the LFO (triangle)

The inputs of the module are labelled with white characters on black background (in the text included into two slashes). The outputs are labelled with black characters.
Technical notes and special features:

The basic frequency range of each LFO can be selected by means of a jumper. The settings correspond to two different capacitor values for the VCO circuit. The relation between the two ranges is about 1:11. When the upper range is selected frequencies from about 0.02 Hz up to 2.5kHz can be generated. For the lower range the values are about 0.0017 Hz ... 220Hz. To obtain these full frequency ranges external control voltages are required. With the frequency control F only the frequencies mentioned above are possible.

Apart from that the range for the manual control F can be reduced to obtain a finer resolutuion. For this a jumper has to be removed. The range of control F is then reduced to about 1:4.5 only.

In the factory the starting voltage of the triangle output after a reset is adjusted to 0V, i.e. the triangle starts from 0V with the rising slope after a reset. By means of a trimming potentiometer the starting voltage can be adjusted to another value (e.g. to -5V).

Another jumper is used to set the reset behaviour to edge triggered or level controlled. When set to edge triggered the rising edge of reset signal is used for the reset (independent of the duration of the "high" state of the reset signal). When set to level controlled the triangle output remains at the starting voltage as long as the reset signal is "high". Only when the reset signal turns "low" the triangle starts.

ADDAC System ADDAC107 Acid Source Synth Voice Module (B-STOCK) ADDAC System ADDAC107 Acid Source Synth Voice Module (B-STOCK)
Cat: 974302 Rel: 01 Jan 90

B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

A fresh twist on a simple 303-style acid synth, featuring a triangle/sawtooth/square wave VCO, multi-mode resonant filter, simple AD envelope and a VCA which can be overdriven. Excellent value.

Supplier's Notes:
ADDAC started this module with the idea of developing a complex drum source however, somewhere along the process, it was clear how much better it performed as a synth voice and this lucky accident was embraced.

It features a VCO with a [FREQUENCY] and [FINE TUNE] knob plus a dedicated CV Input and Attenuator knob (tunable over 4 octaves).

The VCO waveform output is achieved by selecting either a Triangle or Saw through a switch. the selected waveform can then be mixed/balanced against the square wave. The resulting mix is then sent to the Filter.

The Filter features a [CUTOFF] and [RESO] resonance knob plus a Cutoff CV Input and Attenuverter knob.

A 3 position switch is used to select the filter type: Highpass, Bandpass or Lowpass.

The resulting output is then sent to the VCA.

The VCA features an Input with [INPUT GAIN] knob which at maximum can amplify the incoming signal by a factor of 2.

This is a very important control, it accepts any signal Trigger, Gate or CV. Whatever input is plugged in the signal is then fed through an AD with a very short attack and controllable decay through the [VCA DECAY] knob plus the CV Input and Attenuverter knob. The resulting slewed signal is then used to control the VCA gain.

This signal is also sent to the CV OUTPUT as well as the LED monitor.

The Accent input adds to the Input signal creating a different amplitude output.

The CV OUTPUT is normalled to the Frequency and Cutoff inputs.

Tech Specs:

4cm deep
80mA +12V
80mA -12V

The [INPUT GAIN] knob

Usually Attack/Decay envelopes have a maximum voltage of +5v, no matter if the input gate is +5v or above the AD will clip at +5v. In this case, this clipping method was not used, and instead ADDAC allowed the incoming voltage to determine the maximum AD voltage, meaning that if a +5v gate is present then the AD maximum voltage will be +5v but if a gate of +10v is sent then the AD maximum voltage will be +10v.
This also means that with higher input voltages the decay, although falling at the same speed, will be longer than with lower voltages as it has a longer range to go back to 0v.

As previously mentioned, The [INPUT GAIN] knob can amplify the incoming input by a factor of 2, allowing to use a standard +5v gate or envelope and being able to make the resultant AD go up to +10v.

The AD signal is responsible for opening the VCA. Up to +5v the VCA will open to unity gain above this value the VCA will start to amplify and eventually saturate and distort. This saturation will add harmonics to the signal which will change its gentle timbrical nature to a more unique and peculiar timbre that will make the module shine in Acid contexts.

Adding high levels of Resonance or even filter self oscillation in combination with high VCA saturation will create even more harmonics that ADDAC highly encourage the user to explore.

Blue Lantern Modules Asteroid Snare Drum MK2 TR-606 Inspired Snare Drum Module
Cat: 976376 Rel: 13 Nov 23

TR-606 inspired snare drum module - 16HP
Notes: What does this do?

This is a sound generator module with 3 oscillators + noise generator. This module is a complete mini synthesizer that can easily produce snare drum sounds. A 'trigger' signal is patched in order to hit the snare drum. The bottom row contains an internal mixer where you mix in 2 shell generator oscillators, one thud oscillator, and a noise generator.

The Trigger input is level sensitive. Lower voltages will result in quiet snare sounds. You can use this to simulate accent.

The Filter on the 'Impact' signal path was carefully designed just for snare drum tone control. It sounds very nice. It will not self oscillate, but the Q control can go very high in frequency. It has a 12db High pass Filter and a 12db Band Pass Filter. There is CV control for the cutoff and CV control for the internal VCA.

An auxilary audio input has been added to the filter. You can mix external sounds.

The tone of this module is very hollow. It simulates wood like snare sounds.

What this module can not do:
-FM modulation of the internal vco's
-track 1V per octave
-increase the decay legnth of the vco's. 808 like.

This module will always remain in snare land. You can not make it sound like a lead synth. This is a good thing. No menu diving, and the snare is always ready.

History of the design:

The Asteroid Snare drum started out on bread board as a TR 606 snare drum. That design only contains one oscillator, a transistor based noise generator, and a 'clipper' brute vca. It is a nice efficient old design, but it is too simple and boring. I decided to add (2) of the original oscillators, and replaced the noise generator with a digital based noise generator to make sure all production units were alike. The snare drum still was missing fullness, so I designed an addition oscillator called 'thud'. The poor vca from the original design was removing all the additional harmonics, so that was replaced by a OTA based vca, and I added tonal controls to the IMPACT signal, and the THUD signal path.

A 12db analogue filter was recently added in the singal path of the Impact circuit. Audio input was also added, with a static internal HPF on this input. The Aux input will sound metal like by default.

All of this amounts to about 200+ smt parts. Far exceeding the original design.

Flexible Eurorack signal paths under gate or trigger control: that is the basic principle behind Route 4. Consisting of a pair of complementary routing sections, it grants access to a new level of signal routing options.

The module's top section is a 4-to-1 router. Any of the four signal inputs may be selected to be mixed into the section's output, as determined by the control inputs.

Control can either be gate or latch driveniin the latter case, the signal inputs are toggled on and off by received trigger pulses. Meanwhile, the solo/multi switch determines whether the inputs are exclusive, or if multiple may be active at the same time.

With each input socket biased by a +1 V precision voltage source when left unused, gate or trigger controlled transposition of pitch sequences becomes a breeze.

On the bottom, the 1-to-4 router provides the same feature set, with a single input being routed to up to four outputs and normalisation between the sections adding some patching convenience.

All signal paths are designed for use with any Eurorack signals, whether they be control voltages, audio or gate streams. Visual feedback is provided by 10 responsive LEDs, continually displaying the status of the routers.

With Route 4, an 8 HP super-flexible analogue mixing and routing powerhouse has arrived to fuel your patching imagination. The ability to redirect signals within a modular system on the fly, with an unparalleled level of control, is sure to excite even the most seasoned patcher.

Intellijel Stomp Effects Pedal Send/Return Module With Expression Control & LFO (B-STOCK)
Cat: 978527 Rel: 01 Jan 90

B-STOCK: Box opened, but product is in excellent condition and in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, but product is in excellent condition and in perfect working order***

Eurorack is a synthesist's toy chest. Stompboxes are a guitarist's toy chest. Each industry offers a seemingly infinite variety of products that enable musicians to build systems unique to their needs and to create a signature sound. Each is also somewhat addictive. Rare is the musician who doesn't eventually need a larger toy chest to house the accumulated toys.

Fortunately for the budget-conscious musician, Eurorack modules and stompboxes have always existed in separate worlds - someone whose Eurorack system consumes an entire wall in their home is usually not the same person whose pedalboard now requires a dedicated roadie just to transport it to the gig.

Intellijel's Stomp removes the barrier between Eurorack and stompbox. It provides the modular synthesist with a portal to stompbox nirvana, and the guitarist with a wormhole to the sonic manipulations of Eurorack modules.

Stomp enables the modular synthesist to interact with the impressive assortment of delays, choruses, flangers, phasers, fuzz boxes, tremolos, wah-wahs, amp simulators, compressors, and pitch shifter pedals available to guitarists. If your effects pedal is adorned with an expression pedal input, Stomp supports that too, and even features a built-in LFO to modulate your pedal's expression input. Need something crazier? No problem. Simply patch any modulation source from your modular system into the expression control jack to override the built-in LFO.

Conversely, guitarists can plug their guitar directly into Stomp's RETURN jack, giving them access to the myriad filters, ring mods, wavefolders and - most importantly - the near-infinite CV modulation delights inherent in Eurorack.

Features:

Robust Neutrik 1/4" TS connectors for the SEND/RETURN and TRS for the Expression interface
Signals arriving at Stomp's RETURN jack pass through a Class A triode emulator, allowing for some tube-like overdrive at high gain setting.
Stomp is more than just a simple level shifter - it's also an impedance converter, which provides proper drive and loading for any FX pedals or instruments you connect.
Separate gain controls on both the SEND and RETURN. This enables you to adjust the level of any audio being sent to the FX pedals as well as any audio coming back into the modular. Not only does this allow you to optimize the signal-to-noise ratio, but by significantly boosting the RETURN level, you can achieve some pleasingly overdriven tones.
Supports both Instrument and Line levels via a front panel switch.
Use Stomp's RETURN circuit as a "direct box" for connecting any instrument.
The high input impedance of the RETURN circuit allows it to be used as a piezo pickup preamp for acoustic instruments.
Use Stomp in the studio as an active "re-amping" device to play pre-recorded tracks back through guitar amplifiers or pedals.
All inputs are protected for minimum RF interference.
Return signal can be phase inverted for use with those pedals or effects types that invert phase.
Low MIX output impedance for driving long cables, lower noise, and minimum interference from outside sources.
The Expression Pedal Output converts analogue CV sources (or the internal LFO) into an output compatible with most stompbox Expression inputs.

Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

Really nice stuff here. The filter circuit from ADDAC's 4 Voice Cluster module gets reimagined as a multi-mode stereo or dual mono filter module. A lot of filter action in just 6hp.

Supplier's Notes:

While developing the ADDAC105 4 Voice Cluster module, a new multimode filter to place after the summing mix stage- and the results were so postitive that it was released as a dedicated filter.

To make it more interesting, the circuitry was duplicated, to be able to use it in a stereo signal path.

To make it more versatile, a switch was added to set the working mode from Stereo to Dual Mono where both filters can be used independently.

In Stereo Mode the Left Cutoff is used to control the Right Cutoff.
In this case the Right Cutoff Knob and CV Input are simply bypassed and will have no impact on the Right Channel operation.
This allows immediate sync of both filter frequencies when the Stereo position is engaged.
Optionally there's a jumper in it's back that, when placed, connects the Right Controls back to the Right CV control allowing the possibility to control the offset of the Right Channel Cutoff.

Resonance is independent on both Modes and still has to be set manually to match both channels.

Both the Audio and CV inputs are normalled from the Left into the Right channels.
As standard plugging any input to the Right channels removes this connection.

Intellijel Stomp Effects Pedal Send/Return Module With Expression Control & LFO
Cat: 966800 Rel: 08 Sep 23

Intellijel's Stomp removes the barrier between Eurorack and stompbox, providing the modular synthesist with a portal to stompbox nirvana, and the guitarist with a wormhole to the sonic manipulations of Eurorack modules
Notes: Eurorack is a synthesist's toy chest.

VCO:

- Tune: manual tune control (with an internal jumper the range can be set to ~ +/-1 half an octave or ~ +/-2.5 octaves)
- Oct: range switch -1 / 0 / +1 octave
- Mod: modulation depth (attenuator wired to the Mod. socket)
- Dest: switch that is used to address the modulation to frequency modulation (position FM) or pulsewidth modulation (positon PM), in centre positon no modulation
- PW: manual pulsewidth control for rectangle waveform, PW can be also modulated by the Mod. input as mentioned above
- Wave: waveform switch (sawtooth / off / triangle), the sum of the waveform chosen by this switch and the rectangle is fed into the VCF (to turn the rectangle off the PW control has to be set fully CCW or fully CW)
- 1V/Oct. (socket): external CV input for VCO frequency (1V/octave)
- Access to internal bus CV (via jumper, optional, please remove the bus jumper if this feature is not used to avoid unwanted frequency modulation as then the unused CV line of the bus works as a kind of antenna)
- Triangle core VCO, frequency range about 32Hz ... 8kHz

Balance unit:

- The balance unit is made of two VCAs which are controlled by the sum of manual Balance control and the balance CV input in the opposite direction.
- The audio input of VCA1 is hard-wired to the VCO output, audio input 2 is connected to the socket Ext.In.
- The output of the balance unit is used as audio input for the VCF
- Bal.: manual balance control, fully CCW the internal VCO is used, fully CW the external signal (Ext.In) is used, at centre position both signals have about the same level
- CV Bal.: CV input for balance (range about 0...+5V)
- Ext. In: external audio input for VCA2, about 5 Vpp level required for similar loudness as the internal VCO
- This socket is normalled to the internal VCO suboctave f/2 signal (rectangle with half the frequency), if no external signal is applied the suboctave signal is used as the second signal for the balance unit

VCF:

- 24 dB low pass
- Frq: manual frequency control
- FM1: frequency modulation depth (attenuator wired to the VCF FM1 socket, the socket is normalled to the internal Envelope signal and then FM1 controls the modulation depth of the internal envelope applied to the filter)
- FM2 (socket) : second CV input for VCF without attenuator (about 1V/octave), can be used e.g. for VCF tracking by connecting the same CV which is used also for the VCO frequency
- Res: manual resonance control (up to self oscillation)
- If the VCO is turned off (waveform switch = centre position, pulsewidth control = fully CCW or CW) and the VCF resonance is set to maximum the module can be used as a sine oscillator, the tracking at socket VCF FM2 is about 1V/octave (not as precise as the VCO but much better than most other filters)
- ~ 11 octaves frequency range (~ 10 Hz ... 20kHz)

VCA:

- Gain: manual amplitude control (initial gain), can be used to open the VCA without envelope signal
- VCA (switch): used to switch between gate and envelope as control signal for the VCA, in centre position the VCA is not controlled by envelope or gate
- Note: when gate is used the VCA is controlled directly by the gate signal (i.e. hard on/off), this may lead to clicking noise under certain conditions (especially with low VCO/VCF frequencies)
- Special control scale: exponential scale in the range from about -20dB to -80/90dB, linear scale from about -20dB to 0dB
- Remark: this special control scale results in a loudness behaviour that is a bit different from pure linear or exponential VCAs
- Out: audio output of the module (= VCA output)

Envelope:

- Gate (socket): Gate input (min. +5V), can be normalled to the bus gate signal by means of a jumper
- Att: manual control for Attack
- D/R: manual control for Decay/Release
- Env. (switch): used to switch between A/D, ADSR and A/R mode of the envelope generator, in centre position (ADSR) the sustain level is fixed to about 50%
- Envelope (socket): envelope output (about +10V)
- CVT (socket): CV input for time control, by means of two internal jumpers one can select which time parameters are controlled by the CVT input (e.g. A only or D/R only or A/D/R) and in which direction (i.e. if an increasing CVT shortens or stretches the time parameter in question)
- Envelope LED display
- Attack time range: ~ 1ms ... 5 sec (can be extended by using the CVT input)
- Decay/Release time range: ~ 1ms ... 15 sec (can be extended by using the CVT input)

DPW WF-1 & E-1 Wavefolder & Expander Module Bundle
DPW WF-1 & E-1 Wavefolder & Expander Module Bundle (utility/waveshaper synth module)
Cat: 959220

Wavefolder and wavefolder, plus expander modules - 12HP + 2HP.
Notes: WF-1 is a Eurorack format wavefolder with some extra functions. It can be used for audio signal manipulation or as a utility module for control voltages.

It has an IN singnal that can be affected by the two control voltages P and N. The main output volume is controlled by the orange OUT knob.

The lines on the front panel are not just decoration. They are there to help understand the function of the module.

White lines shows the clean signal path from IN that can be blenden in to the main mix ont on OUT. The level of clean signal is set on Clean.

Yellow lines shows the modulation signal path. P is the folding of the positive side of the IN signal and N is the folding of the negative side.

Both sides has the same controls.

OffP is the offset signal, or threshold where the positive folding starts. Turned fully clockwise it will be above +5V and not affect an audio signal on the input. In the middle possition it will start foldig from 0V. Turning it further anticlockwise will make the possitive folding start on the negative side, can be set all the way down to -5V.

OffN has the same function but is of cause polarity switched compared ti OffP. This means that turning both OffP and OffN max clockwise there will be no folding.

Knob P and N are attenuverters for adding CV control on top of the offsets OffP and OffN. Green/red LEDs show what are being added be the attenuverters.

The over all control of the ammount of modulation is controlled by Mod. A gree/red LED after the Mod control is showing the total combined modulation from the P and N side.

The switch Sym can change asymerical to symerical modulation. That is when Sym is on all modulation on P will be copied over to N and vice versa. In Sym mode OffN is disconnected, it would otherwise be in conflict with OffP.

FoP and FoN are logical signals that goes high when folder P respective N is active. Indicated by gree/red LEDs. These signals are +/-5V so they can be used as audio signals. This is not a clean square wave, it has been shaped a bit to sound better.

The red knobs FoP and FoN are attenuverters. The output from them are normalized to the main mix OUT. This means that you could add or subtract a square waves that coinsides with the folding.

With all the folding and adding of signals the output can easily end up with more than +/-5V so a limiter/distortion switch is added to limit the maximum volume out and to add some extra sonic possibilities. This affects the signal going out to the SUM output.

Function of the Lim/0/Dist switch is:

Middle possition 0, bypassed. The output volume control has a range of 0 to 1 times amplification.

Lim possition, a soft stepped limiter that adds a lot of harmonics. Not made to be transparent. The volume control has a range of 0 to 5 times amplification to be able to drive signals harder in to the limiter.

Dist possition, almost Fuzz type of distortion, frequency dependent. The highs are rolled off a bit. The volume control has a range of 0 to 20 times amplification so it can be drived really hard in to the distortion.

Both the limiter and distortion are DC coupled and of cause works with control signals.

When something is connected to FoP or FoN that signal is disconected from the main mix at SUM. This makes it possible to patch the three outputs from the module in many creative ways. As an example OUT can be a mono signal and FoP and FoN be treated as a stereo out for very big sounds.

The unit is 12hp wide and 27 mm deep including power connector.

E-1, Expander

The Wavefolder expander E-1 allows you to CV control on and off of the Lim and Dist functions.

One way to use this is as two types of CV controlled accent to the main output of the WF-1.

WF-1 with expander E-1

You can actually turn it on an off at up to about 1,5 kHz speed giving a sort of frequency modulation effect.

DPW 4-Band Distortion Multi-Band Distortion/Overdrive/Pre-Amp Module
Cat: 959243

Multi-band distortion and pre-amp module - 10HP.
Notes: The MOG D-2 is a 4 band pre-amp/overdrive/distortion eurorack module.

The MOG D2 is a multi band distortion/overdrive/pre-amp eurorack module. Completely analog. It is designed to behaves similar to 4 parallel tube amps, one for each frequency band. Low, Low Mid, High Mid and High.

It takes eurorack levels and works as a guitar or bass pre-amp. You could also connect line level equipment like normal synths in to it to bring them to eurorack levels.

It can be used as everything from a warm pre-amp or mild overdrive to heavy metal distortion with individual drive setting for each band.

The overdrive/distortion bands has originally been selected mainly with bass in mind to target what I think are the sweet spots. But it also works really well with synth, guitar or any other media if you want to give it a bit of a vintage tone.

The benefits of the multi band approach is that you don't get a sound that just clogges up the lower mid range when you turn up the distortion. You can still control the low end and not lose the fat bottom of your sound, as clean or distorted as you like. You could decide to let through some of the high end relatively unaffected to still have the snappy transients that heavy distortion otherwise would compress away.

The decision to have two separate mid range bands is so you can sculpt your sound more there, as there is a lot of interesting things happening in the mid range.

See the manual for a more in depth description and patch examples.

DPW Mix 4-Channel Stereo/8-Channel Mono Mixer Module With Crossfade
Cat: 959255

4-channel stereo or up to 8-channel mono mixer module with crossfade - 9HP.
Notes: The Mix is a compact 4 channel stereo mixer that also can be set up to be set up to be up to 8 channels of mono with crossfading in 4 groups. It also has a built in soft knee limiter for subtle level control or harder creative coloring of the sound.

It is designed to be a flexible compact part of your system. As the main mixer for a small system or you have a few distributed in your bigger system and use one to collect the signals from all of them sa the main out.

The unit can be used as a utility module for control voltages as well as for audio. It is DC coupled.

There are 4 channels of stereo input with volume and pan control. When using one of the channels with mono in stereo mode you can connect to either left or right channel. The left and right inputs are normalled to each other.

The module is designed to never clip internally but the levels can get high at the output stage. So the output stage has a controlled nice sounding round clipping that limits the output to +/- 10V.

The M switches (mono) turns the channels left and right input to dual mono with the Vol knob as a volume for both and the Pan becomes a mono crossfade between the left and right input.

The M switches affects the channels in two groups. The upper M switch affects channel 1 and 2. the lower affects channel 3 and 4.

This means that engaging one or two M switches can give you 4 mono with two groups of crossfade plus two stereo channels or 8 channels of mono with 4 groups of crossfade.

The crossfade can be used as a performance feature to gradually crossfade from one part of your system to an other or to build more complex voices.

The Lim switch engages a multiple soft knee limiter on the output stage that brick wall limits the output to +/-5V (+14 dBV). It is designed to have a very transparent sound if not driven hard.

When Lim is on the amplification on all channels also increases by a factor of two. This means that unity gain on all channels will be with the Vol knob at the 12 oclock possition.

The limiter can be used to protect equipment connected after the Mix module like non Eurorack equipment as levels otherwise could get a bit too hot.

The limiter can be used as a creative tool to glue the output mix together.

It can also be used as an effect when driven hard. The reason for the increased amplification when the limiter is on is for this purpose.

If the whole mix is driven fairly hard through a single limiter like this you will get musical artifacts that are similar to side-chaining a fast compressor.

The LEDs will light up when the outputs are at 5V as a help to get your levels right.

Device specs

Cat: 996629 Rel: 16 Feb 24

Rhythmic probability processor module - 8HP
Notes: SkipLog, a probability processor with sequence capturing and looping features, along a range of other versatile functions waiting to be explored.

SkipLog is a 3-channel rhythmic probability processor designed for inventive rhythmic exploration in modular setups. Introduce unpredictable rhythmic possibilitis to your creative flow.
SkipLog's basic operation is simple: when a trigger or gate is received at one of its three channels' inputs, the same channel’s Probability knob allows you to control the likelihood of these triggers or gates reaching the output. This inputs are internally connected .

SkipLog continuously captures the binary outcomes of its use, storing them for potential sequences. Activate the Loop function to break from pattern creation and loop the recorded sequences. Individual Loop Length knobs for each channel allow adjustment of the loop sizefrom 1 to 16 or 32 steps (as selected on the back), providing evolving rhythmic patterns.

To fine-tune your arrangement, SkipLog introduces functions like Mute for real-time channel silencing, Inv for signal inversion, and Choke for establishing channel priorities. Lastly, the G/T (Gate/Trigger) Mode enables users to specify whether the channel output is a gate or a trigger.

LYRA8-FX is a processor that can give you a significant part of the mysterious LYRA-8 sound thanks to the FX section from the LYRA-8, expanded with CV controls and packed into a Eurorack module.

It contains a double modulated lo-fi delay with cross-feedback and the unique possibility of self-modulation, where the delay output signal modulates its own sample rate. Also, it packs a parallel distortion with CV control of the drive. The distortion is after the delay. It's much more than a delay - you can get a simple reverb, comb filter, chorus and much more cool FXs which are hard to describe.

It has a famous LYRA-8 build quality - no SMD, no twisted plastic shafts.

Flame Airlectron Sensor CV Recorder Module
Cat: 990523 Rel: 16 Feb 24

Sensor CV recorder module - 8HP
Notes: The Airlectron Sensor Recorder module is equipped with a sunlight independent distance sensor to generate CV output voltages.

A distance sensor reacts to hand movements and varies the CV output voltages (bipolar/max +/- 5 V, unipolar/max 0-+10 V). The range control adjusts the detection distance (2-50 cm). The freeze function keeps the voltage when there is no continuous movement.

The recorder/looper can be used to record motion sequences for up to two minutes. This recorded data can be played back in a loop or once and restarted at the START/RESET input. LEDs indicate the status of the gate inputs and outputs.

Features:

3x controller
1x Vishay distance sensor
3x gate/trigger in- and outputs
2x CV outputs unipolar/bipolar
Power supply via Doepfer connector

Erica Synths DJ VCF Stereo Analogue DJ-Style Filter Module
Cat: 989863 Rel: 08 Jan 24

Analogue stereo DJ filter module - 8HP
Notes: Stereo version of Erica's DJ-style filter module designed with drums in mind. Simple three-knob interface gives control over joint low-pass/high-pass resonant filter with CV input.

Supplier's Notes:
As its name suggests, the Erica Synths DJ VCF STEREO module provides sound treatment functionality typically found on DJ decks - it is fully open when the cutoff knob is at 12:00. When turned counter-clockwise, lowpass filtering is applied and when turned clockwise, highpass filtering is initiated. Additionally, there is a nice-sounding, adjustable resonance parameter. This provides hands-on control over the sound during performances as well as unconventional timbre modulations that are hard to achieve with conventional state variable filters.

Features

Fully analogue stereo DJ-style VCF
Manual cutoff and resonance control
Two cutoff CV inputs, one with an attenuverter
Technical specifications:

Audio level: 10Vptp
CV level: -10V - +10V
Filter slope: 24dB/oct
Power consumption: +109mA, -101mA
Module width: 8HP
Module depth: 35mm

Bocuma Esquivel SV VCF 3-Input State Variable Voltage Controlled Filter Module Bocuma Esquivel SV VCF 3-Input State Variable Voltage Controlled Filter Module Bocuma Esquivel SV VCF 3-Input State Variable Voltage Controlled Filter Module Bocuma Esquivel SV VCF 3-Input State Variable Voltage Controlled Filter Module Bocuma Esquivel SV VCF 3-Input State Variable Voltage Controlled Filter Module
Cat: 929605 Rel: 28 Apr 23

3-input state variable voltage controlled filter module in 14HP.
Notes: Esquivel is Bocuma's homage to space-age pop. This is a voltage controlled filter in a 14HP Eurorack, around a diode ladder topology. It is capable of switching between the 3 classic states: low-pass (LPF), high-pass (HPF) and band-pass (Band Pass).

Control cut-off, resonance and two inputs for CV. Likewise, a mixer for 3 signals was added at the input, giving it the possibility of mixing 3 different waveforms to obtain more harmonic-enriched signals and to maximize the sonic possibilities of its resonance.

Teia Synthesizers VCA Team Dual VCA Module With Velocity
Cat: 937642 Rel: 16 Feb 24

Dual VCA module - 6HP
Notes: vcA Team is a dual Voltage Controlled Amplifier conceived with dynamic expression control in mind.

With Velocity control over both VCA channels, vcA Team expands the creative use of amplitude variations on your patch, bringing not only control over the contour but also over the loudness of your sound .

Each VCA is coupled with an extra linear VCA cell, for a simple and direct approach to Velocity control. The Velocity input can be modulated by the Velocity CV output of your keyboard or any other CV signal on your rack.

Linear or exponential response is available at the flip of a switch and an attenuator-inverter potentiometer is also implemented to attenuate or invert the CV input.

All inputs are DC-coupled, leaving the door open for processing audio signals or control voltage signals.

An additional Mix output sums the two VCA outputs into a single output, turning the vcA Team into a two channel mixer.

Features:

Dual VCA.
Velocity control over both VCA channels.
Linear and Exponential response.
CV input with Attenuator-Inverter.
Mixed output.
DC-coupled inputs.
