Review: Digwah keeps it tough on this next drop on their own self-titled label. It's a ninth outing and in the time it has taken for those to come out, increasing numbers of people have been catching on to the label's work and making it a 'must check' in their mental lists. This one opens up with 'Couldnt Hate You' which has some Ian Brown vocals samples stitched into a glitchy and menacing beat. 'Open Ended' is just as twitchy and anxious with steely drums and brain frying synths all working hard to fire every synapse in your brain. Effective stuff.

Review: Long time tech titan Nick Curly is back on Cecille, one of the several labels he has run over his storied career including 8Bit and Trust. His Come Right Back EP finds him head into similar sort of territory that has been his style in the past - it remains deep and loopy and hypnotic right from the off with the title cut layering up swirling pads, nicely stripped back and dusty drums and a hooky, soulful vocal that loops hypnotically up top. 'Arkum' on the flip is a nice loosely limbed and hip shaking rhythm with percussive details over silvery drums as a bobbling bassline and smart filter use bring subtle dynamics to keep things fresh.

Review: It isn't too often that you can get two rare and desirable releases on one CD but that's just what we have here. Dr.Bird gives us these rare 70s examples of lesser known releases that have a strong cult following but are still being discovered. Delroy Wilson's Sarge from 1977 and Ken Boothe's Unlimited from 1977. Both releases are lauded for each singers soulful voice and music diversity with early ska and rocksteady infused into their reggae sounds. Both releases are hard to get original copies for a reasonable price so having them together is an added treat.

Review: Sweden-based Bosnian producer Sev Dah continues to shape out an impressive strain of techno through his self-steered Proletarijat label, creating high-impact, uptempo workouts which keep a necessary funk and personality in the overall sound. 'Azici 89' is certainly a slammer, but it's also riding on a seductive swing and there's space for choice atmospheric pads to temper the rasp of the bumping drums. 'Makac' revolves around an insistent synth-organ lick in a nod to Robert Hood's classic brand of loopy business, while 'Singing Like' jacks up the drums and threads through some processed snatches of vocals credited to Leoni and Naomi.

Review: Premier dub techno outlet Greyscale from Lithuania welcomes back Lotech/Hijack following the success of his last album here, Static Phase. He has served up another full length's worth of sublime deep dub techno explorations here, and that marks his rather remarkable 36th full length in total. Winter Constellations is inspired by the Canadian's love of star gazing and the vastness of space and results in plenty of widescreen and cinematic tracks that are subtly detailed with celestial moods. From the power of 'Let's Forget Who We Are' to the infinite depth of 'Auriga' via the airiness of 'Night Sky Dreaming' and 'Horologium', this is another masterfully immersive work that really exploits the album format.

Review: Cherry Moon Trax, in collaboration with original producer Axel Stephenson, marks their triumphant comeback with the latest single 'Medellin' released on black vinyl. This fresh 12" offers a trance-based anthem that promises to transcend earthly boundaries. With captivating beats and ethereal melodies, the track transports audiences to higher atmospheres and states of consciousness. Additionally, dynamic remixes by DJ Ghost, Bonzai All Stars, and Blue Alphabet add further depth and dimension and cover plenty of bases to provide a diverse sonic trip that resonates with both longtime fans and newcomers alike.

Review: Roberto Zanetti was also known as Savage and was a producer who was beloved among Italo disco enthusiasts. His work in the 80s helped to define the genre and this is one of the tracks he turned out that had a particular resonance. The outstanding production from 1987 is as likely to captivate dancefloors across Europe now as it was back then. It became a secret weapon for many DJs the first time around and here makes a special return with a reissue that features a bonus remix by Alex "A" and Patrick Delay, which was originally released in 1988 in Hong Kong.

Review: Vintage Pleasure Boutique is an excellently named label out of Poland that is fast approaching its 20th releases. This latest 12" is another dazzling Italo disco gem that arrives on translucent yellow vinyl. Claudia T.'s 'Fatal Destination' arrived originally back in 1989 at the height of the genre's popularity and very much takes you back there with its cold but compelling synth sounds and crashing drums, all very reminiscent of the era. The soaring vocals brings the glorious hook next to zippy lead synths. This was a bit hit back in the day and is sure to win over just as many global dancers second time around.

Review: Chaos Rocks, the fourth album from Alan Davey's Hawkestrel project, continues the forward-looking trajectory initiated by The Future Is Us five years ago. The record maintains the project's tradition of star-studded collaborations. Notably, former Rolling Stone Mick Taylor joins in, lending his guitar prowess to tracks alongside legends like Bob Calvert and Nik Turner. While 'Evil Rock' features Calvert's classic vocal from his Hype LP, the numbers with Turner and Huw Huw Lloyd-Langton offer fresh material. Davey sheds light on the inclusion of unreleased recordings, explaining that Turner's contributions were recorded six years ago, while Cleopatra Records secured the rights to Lloyd-Langton's guitar playing. Despite the passing of Mick Slattery, whose contributions are acknowledged, Chaos Rocks stands as a testament to Hawkestrel's commitment to preserving and evolving the legacy of these iconic musicians.

Italian singer Elena Ferretti also worked under the monikers Sophie and Helen. She was massively popular on the Italo and Eurobeat scene back at the start of the 80s and was produced by Giacomo Maiolini, Sergio Dall'Ora and Giancarlo Pasquini. She has got plenty of cult tunes to her name (or names) and 'I Love You' is one of them to now get reissued by ZYX. It has a classic synth bassline that sprays across the track like the Donna Summer classic 'I Feel Love', with analogue drum sounds below and magnificent melodies up top. Flemming Dalum remixes with big, bright, shimming retro-future synth chords and Victor Ark brings a more cold and stomping feel.

Review: American jazz drummer Roy Brooks lit a fire under his career when he joined the Horace Silver Combo in the early 1960s; such was the foot in the door that it allowed him to join a multitude of later bands and projects of esteem, including those led by Stanley Turrentine, Yusef Lateef and Charles Mingus. Perhaps it was this early exposure to multiplicity that saw to his incredible collective magnum opus (by then having formed his own band, the Artistic Truth), Black Survival, a live album recorded in 1974 that outwardly heard Brooks' then newfangled sense of spirituality at the time, not to mention his anti-war thematic focus, overflows of emotion, and glorious monologues in favour of peace and unity. One for the spiritual jazz heads, we'd say you can hardly call yourself one if you haven't checked this one out.

Review: The self-titled debut record from South Carolina soul septet The Entertainers first dropped in 1980 and laid claim to a distinctive quirkiness. The kernel of the album's success was its unabashed choice of subject matter - sexual attraction - which when combined with its bright mixes and burstingly clear compositions, helped propel the band out from their local beach scene roots and into increasing interstate acclaim. With members Earl Dawkins on vocals, Hugh "Tuff" Blanton on bass, Richard Robertson on trumpet andzz flugelhorn, Ric Sanders on keyboards, Danny Baker on guitar, Marc Goins on drums and John Franklin on trombone, the Entertainers did nothing but.

Review: The Aussie scene has exploded in recent years - or we have just got more and more locked into it from over here in Europe - but either way there is a wealth of good music coming over on a regular basis. Tanny is a new label you can include in that declaration and here it welcomes David Delgado and Lucca Tan for a new EP to mark its third vinyl outing. They offer the dry, stripped back minimal sounds of 'DNT' which then gets remix into something with more dub weight by Per Hammar and plenty of kinetic skip thanks to Maik Yells.

Review: The Cold Diggin label out of Dresden has long been serving up the work of The Duke Ya Love To Hate, which is one of myriad aliases of an artist who gets by the name of Stefan Senf. They are generally few and far between but are always worth copying when they do drop and this one comes on lovely hand-numbered 7" in a special screen-printed sleeve. 'Introducin' is a loose-limbed funk workout with classic hip-hop breaks and free-wheeling pads. 'Prescribin' is more slow and seductive with its florid melodic leads and lovely lazy beats.

Review: You mightn't initially peg the Sunderland area of Northern England for being a hotbed of brutal, violent deathcore, but that's precisely what Osiah offer, with their own mission statement even declaring them to be the "UK's heaviest Northern offering". Following on from 2021's malevolent Loss, the band have somehow managed to drag their psychotic blend of frenetic riffage, octopus-like blast beat drumming, heaving hardcore breakdowns and despicable guttural vocals further down into chasms of otherworldly abyssal dread. Hideous, highly technical, and arriving courtesy of definitive deathcore label Unique Leader, although it arrived in December of 2023, many have slowly begun to retrospectively regard Kairos as the most intense, dynamic and powerful offering to the genre of last year.

Review: Released in 1993 and now reissued via its original label Demon, Belinda Carlisle's fifth solo album was notable for its standout singles 'Big Scary Animal' and 'Lay Down Your Arms', both of which showed off her raunchy, large, all-American style. At this stage in her career, we witnessed Carlisle deliberate on her femininity; re-form her agency under patriarchy; and subvert classic Westernized images of opulence, romance and wealth; all while keeping things instrumental energized and hey-ho. Now, once more, you can reexperience Carlisle's return to authentic source, with Real.

Review: Rush Plus's Apollo EP is a sonic journey into the depths of techno. The title track, with its eerie synths and cavernous soundscapes, sets an ominous tone. The Amor Satyr remix adds an aggressive rhythm and dub step elements, creating a more wicked and tribal atmosphere. Side 2 offers a different soundscape. 'Flexibility/ is a mesmerizing, mid-tempo techno track with soundtrack-like qualities. 'Orange Turbo,' featuring Bordon, combines techy grooves, sci-fi sounds, and a mysterious melody. Overall, Apollo showcases Rush Plus's versatility shows the producer reaching farther into interstellar space for inspiration.

Notes: Following in the tradition of Evolution and Morpheus, LINNAEUS represents yet another Dave Rossum innovation in filter technology.

LINNAEUS is a stereo state variable filter that provides the unique ability to linearly modulate its resonant frequency through zero into negative frequency, while maintaining stability. With extensive voltage control of nearly every parameter, Linnaeus lets you manipulate the filter's natural response curve in new ways, to create both subtle and dramatic timbral effects. And with a "one-knob-per-parameter" interface, LINNAEUS inspires sonic creativity that invites (and rewards) real-time interaction.

LINNAEUS's cutoff/resonant frequency is exponentially voltage controllable from sub-audio to ultrasonic frequencies, while its resonant gain (Q) is exponentially voltage controllable from 0dB to greater than 60dB.

LINNAEUS's channel output response characteristics are independently and continuously variable from Lowpass, through Bandpass, Highpass and Notch, to Low and High Shelving characteristics. Voltage control of the response characteristics are independently selectable for each of the two channels.

The linear thru-zero modulation is provided by an integrated modulation oscillator and/or an External Linear FM modulation input.

The voltage-controllable modulation oscillator can track the filter's exponential frequency or operate independently. The modulation oscillator's output waveform is continuously variable from Off through Sine, Triangle, and Sawtooth, to Square. The modulation oscillator output is summed with the external linear FM input and applied to the modulation index VCA, which controls the linear thru-zero modulation index from zero to 8X. The modulation index is, of course, also voltage controllable.

LINNAEUS features include:

- Ultra-wide frequency range, exponentially voltage-controllable from sub-audio to ultrasonic via precise 1V/OCT and attenuverted CV inputs.

- Thru-zero linear frequency modulation via an internal modulation oscillator and/or an external linear FM input.

What's with the egg?

The functional description above describes LINNAEUS as originally conceived and designed by Dave. However, late in the beta testing process, Rossum's tester, Chris Meyer, raised the possibility of alternative behavior that would let LINNAEUS function as a self-contained (i.e., no input required) stereo oscillator and/or FM percussion voice with some really powerful timbral capabilities.

While Rossum were initially hesitant to try to shoehorn the new functions into the existing interface, once Dave had prototyped them, it was clear to us all that they were just too cool not to include. So, Rossum have provided them in the form of alternate firmware accessed by pressing and holding the Egg button.

The MORPHEUS Eurorack module includes over 280 filter configurations, which are called Cubes. Each Cube is composed of up to 8 complex filters that you can picture as being at the corners of a three dimensional cube (hence the name). Morpheus gives you the ability to smoothly interpolate between those 8 filters within the cube's three dimensional space.

Due to processor limitations back in the day, the original Morpheus was capable of real-time morphing in one dimension, but interpolation in the frequency and transform dimensions were set at note-on and remained static for the remainder of the note. But even with that limitation, Morpheus offered sonic capabilities that are unmatched to this day.

With the MORPHEUS filter module, you now have simultaneous real-time CV control of all three dimensions, for dynamic timbral effects unlike anything you've ever heard before. In stereo.

Review: Albertan experimenter Dylan Khotin follows up last year's full-length with an equally impressionistic two-tracker and logical successor, 'Alterac Acid/Mornings II'. Both tracks here are curious digi-Balearic offerings, with spacious episcopies of sound cast across meandering landscapes once seemingly trawled by space invaders and/or deep-cosmos probes. A nearly aimless acid line unfurls across the A-side, locking things into a nice stasis, before a more subdued, dare say clipped stab-womp drives the action of the B-track, which hardly so much as teases its drum line, nor avails itself of a need to even use drums at all (at points) to compel the listener into a driven, awestruck state of bliss.

Review: Having already caused a stir with their various solo releases, old friends Klein Zage (real name Sage Redman) and Joey G (Joe Gillick) have decided to join forces on an EP inspired by their time living together in South London. While the EP is musically varied, there's a sonic coherence to the three original tracks thanks to the presence of Redman's spoken word vocals throughout. We're particularly enjoying the deep, emotive beauty of 'A Little Dissonance', though punchy, shuffling and spacey opener 'Folks Not Guys' pushes it close. Over on the flip we're treated to a trio of remixes: Ariel Zetina's intense, trippy and high-tempo take on 'Folks Not Guys', Local Artist's warming and rolling, Rhodes-sporting 'Disco Dub' of the same track, and DJ Python's pleasingly weird, mind-mangling version of 'A Little Dissonance'.

Review: Everyone's favourite low-res poly-rendered rave organism DJ Plant Texture returns to their fave label Ilian Tape for their least forgiving, least fluffy and most wayside-thrown techno EP yet. Contrasting to their earlier lo-fi MPC workouts and electro freak-shows, the best of which were also released on the Amsterdam imprint, Plant Texture here switches things up, offering up four jackbooted 4x4 techno bits so menacing that they verge on a dastard take on the Brummy school. An obsession with rhythm and percussive texture rears its head; A-siders 'DDrumz' and 'Mechanical Bongos' are truly intrigued by the drum, revelling in pure, circular samply bongo and timbalero repetition; the theme continues on B-sider 'Dubbish', which only does so much as add a scopeout dub chord stab to the mix, yet still sounds sick; 'Let The Machine Speak (Jazz Mix)', finally, seems to hold the work of fellow techy rhythmusoidal geek Machinedrum firmly in mind, seeming to cleverly parody the artist's Ninja Tune/Vapor City IDM era with a jeering nu-footwork-jazz half-smile.

Decades after he died, pioneering rapper Christopher Wallace aka Biggie aka B.I.G remains a hip hop giant, not least for us here at Juno HQ. He had the flow, the character, the lyrics, and showed all of it on his masterclass album The Notorious BIG. It is now getting a well deserved reissue on double vinyl, with all the original tunes included. There are uber-hits like the ubiquitous 'Juicy', tracks that make astute social commentaries about the black experience such as 'Everyday Struggle' and then some darn right killer grooves like 'One More Chance' and 'Big Poppa.' RIP to the greatest to ever do it.

Rail Band are one of the most legendary bands in Malian musical history, and like all great legends their greatest moment was fleeting. This incredibly heavy, soulful and hard-grooving record was released in 1973, when the official orchestra of the Malian State Railway decided to enter the studio and lay down their potent blend of Western funk and surf, Mande tradition and Afro-Cuban percussion. The band was led by trumpet and sax player Tidiani Kone and Djelimady Tounkara on guitar, but in the iteration captured on this album they also featured future stars Salif Keita and Mory Kante on vocals. Shortly after, Keita and Kante eloped to embark on hugely successful solo careers, but for a brief moment in 1973 one of the greatest African guitar bands of all time created a perfect storm of West African storytelling and smoking hot grooves.

Mikal Asher, a scion of Jamaica's Morgan family dynasty, reunites with Chocolate Star Records here and does so with a collaboration with disco legend Gary Davis. Asher, akin to his brother Denroy Morgan, upholds the family's legacy of righteousness through music. Known as the Binghiman, he crafts captivating tunes with profound lyrics and has recorded in Ghana's Hustle Hard Studios and collaborated with industry pioneers in Kingston and Brooklyn, setting new standards in musical excellence along the way. Here, 'Wicked Ah Fi' transforms into a modern dub stepper, while 'Black Woman' offers a soulful, laid-back dedication to Davis' wife, Sonjia. This 7" also comes with innovative remixes from California-based DJ and producer Knoe1.

Review: Colin Dunkerley, aka the artist Lapsed Pacifist, navigates the world as a sound engineer by day and leaves little time for his own music. He has plenty of accolades for his work from a niche audience for his productions under the alias Negative Neutron but for years wanted to pursue a more dark ambient route. Finally, he has made time to indulge his own music-making endeavours and now presents Hypatia, an album that materialised over an extended period. It features field recordings and audio loops processed through his modular setup and takes inspiration from Marco Polo's imaginary cities and rather mirrors Dunkerley's creative journey as it evokes memories of cold, distant places and the emotions they stir.

Geoff Hibbert may be the only rave-era dance music producer of note to hail from Oadby, a small town just outside Leicester. He first burst through with a couple of bleep-influenced anthems as Cyclone, but his biggest club smash was actually 'Break of Dawn' as Rhythm On The Loose - a killer, piano-sporting, saucer-eyed breakbeat house number that made great use of vocal samples from First Choice disco classic 'Let No Man Put Asunder'. This timely reissue packages the 1991 original mix with a trio of later 1995 rubs. There's Hibbert's own remake, which turns it into a MK-influenced house jam, a gloriously up-beat, synth bass-powered Strike remix full of fizzing riffs and bouncy beats, and a throbbing, raw and trance-inducing Stonebridge revision.

This official reissue of Bela Lugosi's Dead: The Bela Session comes on black and red splattered vinyl this time around and includes previously unreleased tracks that have been mastered from the original demo tapes of their first ever recording session together. The post-punk outfit's debut single was released initially in 1979. Bela Lugosi's Dead is not only their first single, but also often gets mentioned as the first goth record. It has since been covered by Nine Inch Nails, Massive Attack and Nouvelle Vague. The rest of the tunes from the demo session remain hugely innovative, reflecting their post-punk and dark-glam style with dub reggae influences that would further evolve in their output that followed and explain why the band went on to such cult status.

Hype and awe abound over this Orb side project, with Oss having been resurrected last year several decades on from its initial stint as a hybrid live / DJ project from Alex Paterson and his longtime collaborator Fil Le Gonidec. This new album is a mere 8 track weirdo's favourite, straight from the brains of this techno-toned, post-dub power duo, from the psytech clicks and claps of 'Wow Picasso' to the worse-for-wear machinations of 'No Speed Limit'. Grab this special coloured vinyl edition while you can.

We're never short of new Ricardo Villalobos material and he's generous with his time as a mixer, but this project offers something different from the Chilean mad scientist of minimal. A Mountain Of One are a duo who deal in Balearic-leaning pop with a subtle charm and an adventurous spirit, and they initially approached Villalobos for a single remix of one of their tracks. As a fan of their sound, Villalobos ran with the project and it wound up as a full remix album of seven different versions. On the earlier tracks Ricardo takes a surprisingly light touch, while the later stages find us knee deep in the mesmerising roll of his minimal house, shot through with dubbed out ingredients from the original songs. It's surprising and satisfying in equal measure, showing Villalobos at his best and quite the scoop for A Mountain Of One.

Review: For anyone who takes deep, uncompromising techno seriously, Mike Parker is a true benchmark of quality. The Buffalo, New York artist has unfurled his catalogue over the course of more than 20 years with a steely focus which is immune to the shifting sands of trend and hype in the wider scene. Now the Field label are reissuing his breakthrough 2001 LP Dispatches, which is a textbook summation of his imperious style. At a time when there's increased appreciation for deeper-diving strains of techno, Parker's hypnotic, expertly sculpted sound slots right in to the contemporary framework with a building-block quality which will inspire many a DJ to get busy layering and blending.

Notes: Ever loved something so much you wanted to "bee-come" it? Review: Hot on the heels of Blue Note's 2024 lineup announcement of their esteemed Tone Poet series - which reissues classic jazz albums for a contemporary audience hungry for audiophile quality editions - comes this eagerly-awaited new version of Anthony Williams' Life Time. A five-piece north star of free jazz and debut record by the expansive drummer, the album held a crucial repute throughout Williams' career as the inspirational namesake of his later band with John McLaughlin, the Tony Williams Lifetime Band. This one, however, pre-empts this movement and instead hears contributions from such greats as Richard Davis, Herbie Hancock and Ron Carter, riding high on the wave of divine-genius-by-proxy after already having performed with Miles Davis at the age of 18. Blast back to 1964 with this ideal free jazz intro.

Review: Mansun's The Dead Flowers Reject, originally conceived as an insurance policy against label rejection of their experimental album Six, emerges as a hidden gem in the band's discography. Recorded concurrently with Six, this album offers a slightly less eccentric selection of songs, showcasing a more conventional sequencing approach. Frontman Paul Draper describes it as possibly his favorite Mansun album, capturing the band's live essence. Fans will relish the opportunity to experience this essential piece of Mansun's legacy in its full glory. Review: Demon's 'Disco Discharge' series, originally released as 2CD collections from 2009 to 2012, is back in print. These compilations of extended disco originals were curated by the enigmatic "MrPinks" and featured detailed sleeve notes by disco expert Alan Jones. They have remained highly sought-after and here the revival begins with 'Disco Fever USA' in deluxe 2CD gatefold packaging. The album highlights 20 American Disco classics, including tracks from Fern Kinney, Gloria Gaynor, and Boys Town Gang. Review: Following on from their 1980 debut full-length No Questions Asked, the very next year would see Los Angeles based punk legends The Flesh Eaters unveil what many a fan considers to be, not only their magnum opus but one of the finest punk experiments ever contributed to the scene. A Minute To Pray, A Second To Die purposefully eschewed the breakneck pace of the expanding hardcore scene to channel outsider influences from the likes of swampy, Bayou-inflected roots rock to spasmodic jazz dirges to blues-laden malevolence. With depraved B-movie horror tales of violence and religious scandal; ultimately weaving a lyrical tapestry of the underbelly of LA, punk poet prophet Chris Desjardins immortalised himself as a commanding vocal presence with the type of penmanship to hypnotise, disgust and enthral.

Review: Jay Bliss brings his classy tech house touch to this sixth EP on the Berg Audio label. It begins with the title track which is a futuristic mix of silky and serene synth lines and smooth but propulsive drums. 'Pressure' rocks back and forth on a metallic loop and layers up the balmy pads, while 'Rocket Science' has a more textured feel and zippy little synth details that bring plenty of intrigue. 'Stellar Flux' closes out with another comically inclined fusion of dynamic drums and heady synth patterns, this time with a playful neo-disco undertone.

Review: Cedar Walton's Mobius, originally released in 1975 and now reissued here, remains a compelling testament to the fusion of jazz, funk, and rock. The album exudes a vibrant energy that transcends genres, blending intricate melodies with dynamic rhythms in a seamless cornucopia of sound. Walton's masterful compositions and arrangements take listeners on a journey through a sonic landscape rich with improvisation and groove. Tracks like 'Blue Trane' showcase his prowess as both a pianist and a composer, with its infectious funk-infused rhythms and mesmerizing chord progressions. Throughout the album, Walton's ensemble delivers stellar performances, with each musician contributing to the overall precision and creativity. The fusion of jazz, funk, and rock elements creates a captivating listening experience that is both timeless and innovative.

Review: The UK label Cartulis Music is celebrating ten years in existence in 2024 and we are happy to say, their 16th release might just be their best yet. PO's Satania's Diary is an otherworldly techno standout that seems to blend all kinds of futuristic genres into a sci-fi soundtrack that is their own. Electro, techno, trance, psy, IDM and some sort of 'wave' subgenre. Nu-Romantic perhaps? Technowave? 'L'etoile De La Mort' balances a cool sounding techno and electro edge that has a EBM tinge to it that we just can't get enough. Super spacey and eerie, this cut is too good to be true. 'Are You Sure' continues that similar motif, begging the question is goa-electro a genre? One of the most original records we've heard in a long, long time.

Review: Evasive Records are still going strong after an initial founding in 1999. Run by DJ and producer Rob Pearson, a staple figure of Southeast London's tech house scene at its underground apogee, Evasive's take on the style is an authentic, diversive example of the genre's truest origins. Lovable Rogues is Pearson in collaboration with fellow tech pioneer Lee Humphreys; this is their second EP together, a special follow-up release (now reissued), not least since it logically follows on from the very EP that launched Evasive, 'Look Into Your Eyes / Chica / Twilight Manoeuvres'. Made by the pair in the deepest rural German sticks, the 'Interger' EP betrays tech house's early indebtedness to broken beat, acid jazz and electro, the B2 'Thursday' coming as the tricky favourite here.

The pair join forces on the Balance label to share a DJ mix. This version features unmixed tracks that were used in the mix by both including two original productions they wrote together to make this collaboration even more special. Both of those, 'Make It Disappear' and 'Mushroom Embargo' kick off this double vinyl version. What old head can't spot a Quivver bassline when they hear one?! Highlights also include Dave's heavy driving remix of 'Low Burn' by Underworld, Ben Archbold's epic 'Psychedelic Halo' and Timo Maas's bass heavy remix of Polaroit's 'Apart'.
