4-in-1 DS-1 and Civil War Big Muff Style Distortion and Fuzz

Keeley crammed two legendary distortion and fuzz circuits into one stompbox and gave you two new sounds in the process. It's sort of like pedal-modeling except these are 100% old-school, analogue circuits and you decide which tone control or clipping section you want to rock.

Heavily saturate your guitar through either a legendary '78 Japanese Orange Distortion or a '91 Soviet Civil War Fuzz. Use the Angry Orange to make your own fuzzztortions with the hybrid modes, all with only three simple knobs.

This pedal can be True Bypass or Buffered Bypass, it only takes two seconds to switch between the modes. The Keeley Angry Orange is entirely manufactured at Keeley Electronics and is in the new aluminium enclosure.

Tone Control

The Angry Orange gives you two tone control circuits to choose from. When the Tone Switch is up and in the MF Position the tone control is a scooped sounding, passive tilt-style. If the Tone Switch is down and in the DS Position it also features a passive sounding tilt control, voiced a little differently.

Diode Clipping

Hard or Soft Clipping: The Angry Orange gives you both styles of diode clipping. Diodes are used to create hard clipping distortions or smooth overdrive sounds. If the Clipping Switch is in the DS Position it features Hard Diode Clipping which is an edgier, more aggressive tone. When the Clipping Switch is in the MF Position that uses Soft Diode Clipping, like a muffled fuzz tone.

Buffered and True Bypass

The Keeley Angry Orange allows you to quickly switch between either mode. Having a great buffer will make your rig sound strong and clear even when the pedal is off.

Buffered switching prevents the pops and clicks of true-bypass switching. If you want to turn on true bypass, simply press and hold the foot switch for two seconds. Holding the switch for two seconds toggle between modes. True Bypass is great if a buffer might affect the tone of a vintage pedal. Keeley combines two completely different overdrive and distortion circuits to create four different drives in one box. The Blues Disorder has two switches that allow you to separate the tone control from the clipping section.

By mixing and matching the Tone and Drive switches you get two hybrid sounds. With both switches up it's a smooth, soft-clipping Bluesy Breaker. The BB side is a low gain, soft-clipping overdrive. With both switches down it's a fuller sounding, hard-clipping OC Distortion. The clever design keeps the pedal a three knob overdrive with 4 unique sounds.

Switch easily between buffered or true-bypass; whichever sounds best in your rig. The Keeley Blues Disorder Overdrive and Distortion is designed and manufactured entirely by Keeley Electronics in a brand new aluminium enclosure.

Switchable Tone Stacks - Swap Voicings

The Blues Disorder gives you two tone control circuits to choose from. When the Tone Switch is down and in the OC position you will hear an active midrange boost and then the tone control rolls off high-frequency. If the Tone Switch is up and in the BB position you don't have the active mid boost, there's just a simple high-frequency filter and therefore a more transparent sounding overdrive and response.

Switchable Diodes - Hybrid Gain Clipping

The Blues Disorder gives you both styles of diode clipping. Where diodes are placed in the circuit, can have a dramatic effect on gain and compression. This pedal gives you both hard clipping distortion or soft clipping overdrive, depending on the position of the Drive Toggle.

If the Clipping Switch is in the OC position it features Hard-Clipping which is an edgier, more aggressive tone. Alternatively, when the Clipping Switch is in the BB Position, that uses Soft-Clipping and sounds like a softly overdriven tube amplifier.

The Mk3 Driver gives you two tone control circuits to choose from. When the Tone Switch is up and in the AT Position the tone control features Andy's preferred voicing and low-end response. Each note in a chord is clear and articulate. If the Tone Switch is down and in the RK Position that features the legendary Phat Boost providing more low-end frequency response, perfect for pushing up vintage or single coil pickups.

Full Range Overdrive - Germanium Toggle Switch

This pedal's circuit combines JFET saturation, diode clipping, and op-amp clipping in order to create its harmonically rich tone. Drive Switch UP for AT Clipping - this mode features asymmetrical LED and silicon diode clipping and is Andy's Super AT Mod sound. Drive Switch Down for RK Clipping - now the circuit features two germanium diodes for clipping. This mode can sound a bit like a vintage fuzz pedal with a softer, smoother feel.

Push (or Pulse) the Envelope

Snappy, classically analogue envelopes with visually intuitive controls. Add a powerful, cv controllable cyclical gate generator, integrated VCA, and trigger buttons -then double it-now you've got Tangrams.

Tangrams, like the Dual ADSR before it, is a dual analogue core-envelope inspired by the Roland SH-101 / System 100m design with several enhancements. Taking further inspiration from trapezoidal function generators like the one on the EMS Synthi, Intellijel have added a voltage-controlled pulser circuit to link the triggering of two envelopes - allowing for delayed one-shots, cycling organic envelopes, and more. In addition, Intellijel added two VCAs for level control of each envelope, or alternatively, direct injection of the signal you'd like to envelope - freeing up your other VCAs.

The Pulser

The Pulser can be thought of as a way to set both a gate ON time (T1) and an OFF time (T2). In this way, you could configure a cycling ADSR that has a gate time that is different from the interval between gates. Alternatively, you can create a sequence where ADSR2 is triggered by a delayed amount of time after ADSR1 is triggered (either cyclically or in a single shot sequence). The panel switches for routing or disabling the pulse sources allow for even more complex combinations of control beyond these examples. This special combination of functions can yield a plethora of interesting and organic envelope and gate patterns to be created; cyclical and single shot.

Notes: Ledges is a three-mode reverb with the ability to save and recall six presets and user-assignable expression control with loads of customizable options. From classic, standard reverb tones to undiscovered sonic reaches, it's everything you've ever wanted and needed out of a reverb.

The three switchable modes each deliver a unique blend of reverb, but are connected through a spectrum where the Room (R) reverb's longest setting is the Hall (H) reverb's shortest setting, the Hall reverb's longest setting is the Plate's (P) shortest setting, and the Plate's longest setting just keeps on going. The Room setting at its shortest achieves a small, boxy room sound that gradually gets bigger as you turn it up. As you increase the Hall setting, it morphs into a Cathedrals-style reverb that becomes really big, boomy and echoey with distant reflections. Turn up the Plate setting to get bouncy reflections that recycle and reverberate forever.

Ledges can go from an '80s slapback reverb mix to a bigger room spring reverb with the twist of the dials. The Mix knob lets you control how much your signal is affected, while the Length knob controls the size of the reverb. The Damping knob subtly mutes the high-frequency reflections of the reverb, which you'll hear clearly by adjusting your gain.

In addition to all of the features, there are six Presets available. Simply select a number with the switchable knob and then engage the Save on the center button and dial in your perfect sound. A quick Recall on the same button and you have all of your personalized reverb sounds with a single tap. You can assign an expression pedal to each of the three controls and then save it all in the presets.

Flexi-Switchr Technology

This device features Flexi-Switchr Technology! This relay-based, true bypass switching style allows you to simultaneously use momentary and latching style switching.

For standard latching operation, tap the footswitch once to activate the effect and then tap again to bypass.

For momentary operation, hold the footswitch down for as long as you'd like to use the effect. Once you release the switch the effect will be bypassed.

Ledges is buffered bypass with tails. Power is required to pass signal.

Power

This device takes a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. It is always recommend you use pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!

Notes: The Foldiplier is a 4hp odd/even harmonics generator with 2 different oscillating feedback paths. The folding core of the design originates from the odd harmonics (middle)section of the Serge Wave Multiplier. But the Foldiplier adds voltage control over the symmetry and offset as well as a switch for feedback, jumper selectable between, a transistor based oscillating fuzz inspired by the Hemmo Bazz Fuss with a lot more low harmonic content and a passive oscillating half wave rectification circuit with more high harmonic content. When these feedback oscillations mix with an incoming waveform some unpredictable and unique nonlinear timbres can be achieved. The module can also be used as a no-input experimental oscillator with the feedback switch engaged. All diodes in the module are silicon.

The Fold knob controls the amount of times the waveform is folded in on its self (indicated by the red led window below the knob). The C.V. knob below is an attenuator for incoming control voltage corresponding to the Fold jack(indicated by the red led window above the jack, it only responds to positive voltage). So, the Fold knob acts like an initial amount of folding depending on its position. For example, with the Fold knob fully clockwise you can get even more folds with a control voltage in at the Fold jack. The Offset knob controls how much positive DC voltage(0 to 5v, clockwise) or negative(0 to -5v counter clockwise) DC voltage(indicated by the led window above the Offset jack, red for positive, yellow for negative) injected into the waveform via the Symmetry knob. With the Offset knob position at noon(0v) there will little effect from the Symmetry knob. The Offset jack is expecting +5v to -5v with knob position at noon to scan through the positive and negative voltage. The Symmetry knob controls the amount of negative or positive offset voltage(dependent on the Offset knob) mixed with the waveform(indicated by the yellow led window above the Symmetry jack). If positive voltage is mixed with incoming waveform more folds will occur on the positive troughs of the waveform, likewise, when negative voltage is introduced more folds happen on the negative troughs. This part of the circuit can also be broken down by thinking of the Offset as a voltage controlled crossfader swinging between positive and negative voltages into a VCA controlled by the Symmetry knob and jack. When a voltage is present at the Symmetry jack the Symmetry knob becomes an attenuator. The Symmetry jack only responds to positive voltage.

All 100 preset patches are exclusive to Minilogue Bass, and can be further expanded with an additional 100 user programs for a total of 200 slots.
Powerfully analogue

The thickness, presence, and immense sonic palette provided by Minilogue Bass is due to an all-analogue signal path. It has two VCOs, a VCF, two EGs, a VCA and an LFO, while retaining the hands on control and unique wave shaping through oscillator harmonics from Minilogue.

Minilogue Bass includes cross modulation, oscillator sync, and a ring modulator, alongside a high pass filter delay to further expand your sound creation possibilities.

Eight voice modes

Minilogue Bass is a four-voice poly synth, with eight voice modes for broad versatility. Alongside POLY and CHORD modes, DUO stacks two voices in unison, UNISON works as a 4 part mono synth, MONO is monophonic but with a sub-oscillator playing an octave lower, DELAY plays 3 voices in sequence after the first, ARP is a 4 voice arpeggiator, and SIDE CHAIN lowers the volume of previously played notes.

16-step sequencing

Minilogue Bass offers powerful and intuitive sequencing possibilities. The 16-step polyphonic sequencer also captures the motion of up to four real-time controls, and can be overdubbed or step-sequenced, alongside the ability to change the root position of the playback by playing a key.

Comes with a 3-prong power cable, which will work in the US and some other countries. If you are in Europe, etc. you can get a separate volex connector that will work in your country. We don't carry international connecting cables, but you can find them easily on the web.

Notes: The Deluxe 10 Connection Flying Bus Cable makes connecting power to your module a snap and a reality, especially if you have 10-pin powered module that has little room around the power pins. There are 10 Male Shrouded and Keyed Eurorack connectors for distributing power to your modules. There are also two keyed 16-pin female connectors for powering the cable and for daisy-chaining another flying bus cable (although you could connect this end directly to a module that takes 16-pin power (or 10 if there is room).

Notes: Hook is a combined drum machine and phrase looper in a single miniature pedal format. The drum section is controlled by the play/pause button which doubles as a Smart Tap Tempo trigger. 11 individual rhythm styles can be selected from to cover a vast range of music genres with output governed by an independent Drum Level control. The inbuilt 24-bit phrase looper has up to 6 minutes recording time with unlimited overdubs. The current tempo is indicated by the integral LED within the Smart Tap Tempo trigger. The Looper recording is activated by tapping the footswitch, tapping again begins playback and tapping again begins overdubbing. Holding the footswitch performs will undo overdubs in sequence or erase the loop when playback is stopped. A choice of two recording modes can be set, with NR mode for normal recording, or AR mode, which will only begin recording when a guitar note is played. Adding to the smart tap tempo operation, the Hook pedal can detect the rhythm of the guitar phrase and set the drum tempo to match it. The guitar loop also has its own level control to balance with the drum track. In addition to guitar input and mixed output jacks, there is a headphones minijack for silent practice. The last remaining connector is a type-C USB for firmware updates and even for saving and loading the onboard loop recording as a WAV file to a PC or mac computer. Notes: The Reissue series 6ixty 5ive overdrive puts the sound of the famous1960s black panel amplifiers right at your feet. Emulating the drive of these classic models gives a range of tones from just over-the-edge all the way to burning tube overdrive whilst retaining the guitar's natural voice and clearly defined edge. The all analogue circuit has a Gain control to adjust the amount of drive and the resulting output is balanced by the Level control. A Trim pot on the rear of the pedal further controls the saturation of the gain stage, bringing natural sounding compression and sustain into play. Bass and Treble controls provide tone shaping as you would find on a classic amplifier.
