Notes: Esquivel is Bocuma's homage to space-age pop. This is a voltage controlled filter in a 14HP Eurorack, around a diode ladder topology. It is capable of switching between the 3 classic states: low-pass (LPF), high-pass (HPF) and band-pass (Band Pass).

Control cut-off, resonance and two inputs for CV. Likewise, a mixer for 3 signals was added at the input, giving it the possibility of mixing 3 different waveforms to obtain more harmonic-enriched signals and to maximize the sonic possibilities of its resonance.

This has two LFOs, each with variable waveshape from Saw to Triangle to Ramp waveforms, or variable Pulse width on the Square wave output. LFO 1 has the addition of a low range and a Sync input. The nominal maximum frequency of the LFOs when in Triangle shape is 20Hz, but under certain combinations of settings they will go much higher, well into audio range.

Also included is a DC coupled VCA, the input of the VCA is normalised to the output of LFO 2, so a 0 to +5V input to the VCA CV input gives control of the LFO waveform amplitude. It can also be used as a stand alone VCA.

This module is very useful for controllers such as the Waldorf KB37 where the modulation wheel gives out 0 to +5V, this can be routed to the VCA CV module so the level of the modulation waveform can be easily controlled. This makes it very easy to add VCO vibrato or filter 'wah' with control of modulation amount from the modulation wheel or other controller.

Solid Gold FX's classic Beta bass architecture has been reworked and expanded, delivering a wider range of tones. The low-pass filter now has 2 settings for bumped or scooped-mids as well as a centre bypass setting for a more transparent experience. Plus, the Drive control has been reworked for lower gain applications or hotter basses.

Notes: ADDAC712 is a dual channel discrete gain staging amplifier, based on a famous discrete preamp board from the 70's used in some legendary equipment.

What was eye-catching was the character of its clipping and resulting saturation/distortion.

The module can be used with modular signals to add a distortion/fuzz character or as a preamp for an external source such as a line source, keyboard, guitar...

It's also a great side companion for our ADDAC711 Balanced Inputs.

At the top an On/Off [BYPASS] switch routes the signal into the Effect (Up: Active) or to the bottom output gain stage (Down: Bypassed).

The amount of amplification is set by the [GAIN] control, the maximum amount of amplification can be set by the user using the [MAX GAIN] trimmer.

Up to +/-5.5v the incoming signal will keep it's integrity, beyond this point saturation will start to increase.

At approx. +/-6v a hard clipping will start to occur, this clipping also has a particular quality that at extreme levels it drifts the audio 0v bias reference, moving it upwards which results are similar to a Gate effect.

In the middle, an x2 opamp based output gain stage with a clipping led, which monitors the clipping at the output, and an [OUTPUT] control to set the output volume.

Having the top and middle gain stages provides flexibility allowing the user to completely distort the signal on the top stage and tame it's output level with the second stage.

Notes: ADDAC714 is a dual channel soft clipping module.

Diode based passive clipping acts as a "brick wall" limiter with a fixed knee given by the inherent diode physics. A passive RC low pass circuit adds a 3.3KHz -3db low pass filter which sculpts the overall tone while also adding further character to the effect.

At the top an On/Off [BYPASS] switch routes the signal into the Effect (Up: Active) or to the bottom output gain stage (Down: Bypassed).

The amount of clipping is set by the [GAIN] control, it mostly works as a threshold control for how much clipping will be applied.
As more clipping is applied the signal's amplitude will also decrease, to compensate for this we set up a gain compensation stage to keep the output amplitude balanced across the Gain range.

Symmetry chooses between bipolar clipping or positive clipping, this relates to the harmonics generated, bipolar for odd and even harmonics (up position) and unipolar for odd harmonics only (down position).

At the second stage, an opamp based x2 output gain with a clipping led, which monitors the clipping at the output, and an [Output] control to set the output volume.

Having the top and middle gain stages provides flexibility allowing the user to completely distort the signal on the top stage and tame it's output level with the second stage.

Notes: Amnis is a shift register with a few tricks up its sleeves. It can be used as a generative sequencer for gates and CV, as a tunable digital noise source, as a random gate and CV generator, as the center of a chaotic system and more.

It needs two input signals to start doing its thing. A Clock and some Data. Data can be pretty much any signals. From these two signals Amnis will generate 8 gate outputs, always on the clock. From these gate outputs, it will generate 3 staircase CVs and a slewed CV. With 8 gates and 4 CV outputs it can be the heart of any patch.

Amnis has an XOR input for linear feedback. A shift register with linear feedback is the core of the Rungler, the chaotic core in Rob Hordijk's Benjolin and Blippoo Box. With Amnis you can recreate these type of behaviors with any oscillators you have on hands.

Amnis is compatible with the Turing Machine expanders thanks to its expansion port at the back.

Due to popular demand for a 3U shift register, Amnis replaces (and expands on) Ruissellement, which was the 1U version of this module.

Intellijel's MIDI 1U system comprises several elements, which work together to provide flexible, programmable MIDI-to-CV conversion to your Eurorack modules: The system comprises two mandatory components, and one optional component:

MIDI 1U module - This 14HP 1U module receives MIDI from an attached, external MIDI input connector (7U case, Palette case, or MIDI IN Jacks 1U module), and extracts (by default) Pitch, Velocity, Mod, CC, Gate, Trig, Clock and Reset messages - sending the proportional voltages to individual 3.5mm jacks for patching.If desired, the CC and MOD jacks may be configured to respond to either Channel Aftertouch or High Resolution CC, and the Reset jacks can be configured as a Run jack, instead. The MSP3, a compact reference monitor speaker loved for many years, has been renewed as the MSP3A. This new reference monitor is the first in this series to include our Twisted Flare Port technology and provides an even clearer and tighter low-end while also realizing faithful sound reproduction.

The built-in 22W power amplifier is optimized for the speaker unit, which comprises a 10 cm (4") woofer and a 2.2 cm (.87") tweeter, to achieve a clear and natural reference sound.

The cabinet features a refined, simple design and weighs a mere 3.6 kilograms (7.9 pounds), making it easy to reposition and carry to different locations. Using it, we apply aerodynamic sound analysis and flow visualization measurement technologies to pinpoint and control noise generation mechanisms. Noise-generating air flow turbulence at both ends of the port is suppressed by changing how the port widens from input to output and adding a twist to it. Suppressing turbulence reduces bothersome muddiness in the sound and lowers the amount of noise generated at the port ends. This strengthens the connection between the sound and main speaker and delivers clear, tight low frequencies along with pitch and rhythm.

With Smart Chord activated, pressing a single key or pad will play a full chord rather than just one note. The key or pad you press will determine the root note in the chord. The rest of the chord's properties (Major, Minor, and Voicing - 1,3,5; 1,3,7; 1,3,5,7, etc.) are determined by the settings you choose. Smart Chord also has a Custom Mode which lets you to determine the chord structure that will be assigned to each key by manually playing it. For example, if you select Custom Mode, and play a 1-b3-5-b7 chord, every key will then be assigned to play this chord structure. The note of the key you press will serve as the root of the chord and all of the parameters can be edited right on the Oxygen Pro 49!

The Oxygen Pro 49 also features intelligent Smart Scale technology. With Smart Scale, you can set the key bed so that only notes in the selected scale are able to be played. This allows you to play within a chosen scale without the risk of playing any "wrong" notes. You can choose from 16 different scale variations when assigning a scale to the keyboard. Smart Scale is easy to activate and deactivate and allows you to set the scale parameters you need to keep you focused on creating.

The built-in Arpeggiator will affect anything you are playing on the keys from any virtual instrument in your DAW. When the Arpeggiator is activated, the keyboard will repeatedly play the pressed keys in sequence. The arpeggiator's timing and rhythm is based on the keyboard's time division setting and either the keyboard's or your DAW's tempo setting. Each note in the arpeggio will be the length you've selected for the time division setting; for example, if you select 1/4, each note in the arpeggio will be a quarter note. Notes: Delta-V is a fully analogue dual-channel function generator, featuring a dedicated VCA and LFO cycle switch for each channel. It packs a great deal of functionality in only 10HP, and will surely find use in almost every patch.

Generate envelopes, slew gates and signals, or run LFOs with precise control over attack and decay times. Using the SHAPE knob, Delta-v can create a wide range of envelopes, from very snappy exponential curves for percussion to logarithmic thumps for bass lines.

If VCA's input is unpatched, the module outputs a regular voltage envelope. When an audio signal is patched into the VCA input, the output signal becomes the audio signal amplified by the envelope.

Sending other envelopes or an LFO to VCA input lets you modulate those modulators, quickly creating complex control voltages that go beyond the usual attack-decay envelope.

Combine this with the SUM output, which sums the two channels, and the attenuverters, which can quickly attenuate or invert the signal, and you have a whole array of signal processing capabilities.

The TRIGGER input fires a Attack-Decay envelope, while the SLEW input will affect the rate of change of the signal.

The trigger for channel 1 and 2 can be linked together, so you can fire two envelopes with one patch cable.

The CV inputs are circularly normalled, so you can easily create ducking effects over multiple voices, volume fades, and transitions, all with minimal patching. Plus, the outputs mix down, so it can be two two-channel mixers, a 3-channel mixer plus a VCA, a 4-channel mixer- mix and match to your heart's content. Did we mention it's DC-coupled? Notes: Erica Synths Fusion Dual Mixer is designed to mix and overdrive audio signals on the vacuum tube.

Use the Fusion Mixer as two independent 3-input mixers (also for stereo signal mixing) or a 6-input mixer. Welcome to the new SolidGoldFX EM-III Multi-Head Octave Echo; the smallest, most powerful and by far the most versatile SolidGoldFX delay pedal to date.

Building on SGFX's Electroman Delay legacy, the EM-III manages to both echo the past, present and future. With EM-III's wide-ranging yet ultra-intuitive control set, warm analogue-voiced echoes, precise and modern delay, as well as experimental and futuristic sound designs, are all just a single stomp away.

At your feet (or fingers) you have a multi-head tape style echo, with the ability to add in a signal an octave lower to the primary delay head. This can result in dancing, rhythmic delays with body and gravitas, as well as bold washy soundscapes. These two core features are controlled via a single mini-toggle. Flick it left to select between 1, 2 or 3 delay heads or flick it right to toggle the octave effect on and off. From there, just set your Delay Level, Repeats and Time via the knobs or tap in your preferred tempo via the soft-click tap tempo switch and let the good echo times roll.

The EM-III also sports delay modulation introduced via the Flutter control. Keep it at centre position for no modulation. Dial it left for a slow and dreamy chorus-like modulation or right for a faster vibrato, letting you create lush oceanic movement, tape-style crinkles, eerie tension and beautiful dissonance.

The colour knob allows you to engage both high-pass and low-pass filtering. Dead-centre you have a pristine full-frequency digital delay.

Dial it to the left and you cut the highs, creating warm, murky analogue-esque repeats. Dial it to the right and you suck out the lows for crisp and bright tape-style repeats or super thin lo-fi delays.

EM-III also brings interactive warp and glitch features to the tonal table by pressing and holding either Tap, Bypass or both at the same time. Hold Tap to increase the repeats until self-oscillation, creating a swelling wall of sound. Hold Bypass to replicate the sound of a tape motor on the fritz and a tape reel snapping, or hold both for glorious noise seances that will act as the perfect song/set closer.

Additional features include soft-touch, relay based, true bypass switching with the option of buffered trails, top jacks and up to a full second of delay time.

Designed to inspire and evoke emotion, EM-III can sound as pretty and cheerful or as dark and macabre as you wish.

Notes: The Moby Dick V2 brings up to date one of the first pedals that put Hungry Robot on the map. The original Moby Dick is well known for its chimey, tape-emulating delay line with slight lo-fi imperfections and subtle modulation; a "back-to-basics" delay in the world of multi-mode DSP delays.

The V2 has an obviously smaller footprint, but the most exciting changes lie in the circuit updates. When working on the V2, Hunry Robots wanted to further explore the sonic capabilities of the Moby Dick tape-emulation, rather than a miniature version of the pedal- specifically in a lo-fi, wrecked-tape context.

One of the magical qualities of recording to tape is the lovely saturation. The original Moby Dick had a gritty, saturated quality, but in the V2, this quality was pushed to its limit. A "Lo-Fi" knob which allows you to dial in additional tape saturation to the delay line. This is done by applying pre-gain amplification to the front end of the delay chip, resulting in a wonderfully organic character when gain is applied.

The capabilities of the modulation were also expanded. The original Moby Dick had a very subtle chorusing effect. Though it sounded great, it was admittedly subtle. The V2 increases the modulation depth dramatically, allowing it to travel beyond subtle chorusing into more extreme pitch bending territory. The "Mod" in conjunction with a cranked "Lo-Fi" knob creates the most amazing broken tape-deck quality, but when these knobs are dialed back it retains the overall character of the original.

Cirrus is KMA Audio Machines' first step into the fully digital realm. But KMA have come up with a special and versatile, dynamically modulated combined Delay and Reverb pedal that will forever change your perception of time and space.

Made up of a Delay side and a Reverb side, both sides of Cirrus sport the most important basic controls such as Time (up to 1.5 sec). Repeats for the Delay and Decay and Damp for the Reverb. Plus, each side has its own mix control as well. So far so good, but now it's time to jump down the sonic wormhole!

This little Spatial-Temporal Modifier gives you three different Delay AND Reverb modes, which all sport a special dynamic feature that is controlled by your picking attack. This enables you to create sounds that are certifiably out of this world! To set the sensitivity of how the sound reacts, every section has its own sensitivity control.

The different Delay and Reverb modes cover vastly different modulated areas.

Modulated Delay Mode (MOD) fluctuates the Delay signal for a dynamic dancing tape echo-inspired modulation that'll deliver everything from subtle sways, to crazy pitch-bends. The Sample & Hold Mode (S/H) adds a sequencer-like filter in front of the Delay line, perfect for synthy textures. Play softly for subtle filter action or hit it hard for more pronounced electro-vibes. The third Delay Mode (OCT) blends in a high octave as your notes decay for unique shimmery dimensions, shining through like tiny stars in the cloudy night sky.

Over to the Reverb section, Modulated Reverb Mode (MOD) will decorate your trails with silky smooth movement, whereas the two other Modes deliver either an opening Low-pass Filter (LP) or a closing High-pass Filter (HP). The harder you pick the more the Low-pass will open up and bring in those shimmering highs, as if you're opening and closing portals to far away galaxies simply through your playing. Contrary to that, the closing High-pass will cut your lower frequencies when picking harder which will create cool lo-f textures. However, the ambient party doesn't stop here!

A big part of creating a signature sound comes from your pedal order and we know that a lot of you like to get creative there. Well, the Cirrus obliges! Set the Order Toggle to "Reverb" to run the Delay into the Reverb or flip it to "Delay" to switch it the other way - either direction will give you worlds of inspired soundscapes. You even get another Toggle Switch to set the Delay Tap subdivision, so you can get the right rhythms rolling fast. Toggles are awesome!

Now, on to the footswitches - Tap-Tempo on the left (neat!) and the much-needed Bypass Switch on the right (classic!). But wait, we actually made these stompers cool - the humble Bypass and Tap-Tempo Switches are suddenly full of additional creative secrets!

Besides the standard latching mode, the Bypass Switch offers some cool, yet creative and simple to use options. When the pedal is off, you can engage the pedal momentarily by holding the Switch down for sudden bursts of ambience. When the pedal is on though, holding down the Switch maxes out the Decay, jumping you straight into infinite reverb wonderland. You can also hold down the Tap-Tempo Switch to max out the repeats for infinite echoes. Plus, you can even hold down BOTH at the same time to enter an endless cascading dream state!

The Cirrus has been equipped with an Expression Pedal input (standard TRS connection) and a Selector Switch, giving you complete hands-free control over whatever key parameter of Cirrus you want. In addition, an internal switch can turn the Reverb and Delay trails on or off to taste, plus the individual Reverb and Delay mix controls help to tailor your sound exactly as you see ft.

As the final piece of the tonal puzzle, a Serial FX-Loop was added, letting you put any pedal in front of the Delay/Reverb line, to further flavour your own signature sound.
