Fans of L.I.E.S. couldn’t have failed to notice the Russian Torrent Versions label, a highly limited vinyl-only label that shares many artists with Ron Morelli’s imprint. While we’ve yet to prove a direct link between the two labels, the latest piece of compelling evidence comes with the news recent Russian Torrent Versions artist NGLY has been tapped for the next L.I.E.S. White Label release. There’s precious little info on NGLY beyond a supposed location in Europe’s techno capital, so let’s focus on the music instead with “Service Cost HH2” from the forthcoming record, a dank slice of sinister techno for equally dank basements.
