The cutoff frequency is voltage controlled through the three control inputs at the bottom of the module (1v per octave).

AJH Synth have had quite a few requests for a variant of MiniMod contour generator with Release added to the envelope so that it is full ADSR but still with the characteristics of the Model D - so this is what they have done!

The DH-ADSR is exactly the same circuit as the original Model D envelope and therefore features the same contour shape and retrigger behaviour, but with the addition of a release control. However, they have also added a pulse delay and pulse stretch circuit, along with a re-trigger facility (both of these can be switched out of circuit so that the envelope is a simple ADSR unit).

The addition of pulse stretching and retrigger makes it into an LFO module and it can perform in a similar way to the EMS Synthi A and VCS3 Trapezoid generator, with a variable delay between each trigger and a variable "on" time - however it can also have full ADSR envelope on each retrigger too!

Notable Features:

- PREDELAY - This control determines how long (up to 10 seconds) the start of the envelope is held off, after a gate is received. This ability to delay the onset of the envelope is especially useful when used in conjunction with a standard ADSR: With both envelopes receiving the gate simultaneously complex envelopes can be produced as the DH-ADSR only starts running through its stages after the standard ADSR has completed. Once their outputs are mixed together in a mixer a single evolving envelope with multiple stages is produced!

- Use of the bipolar mixer found in the MINIMOD CV MIX-OFFSET-VCA module can enhance this technique even further, with more precise control over the polarity/offset of the envelope mix possible. Using the VCA of this module could allow for external modulation over either/both of the signals. It goes on...

- HOLD - When in Del-Hold mode (switch down) the HOLD control determines the gate length applied to the envelope, and thus controlling its length/overall shape. When the switch is up, normal ADSR action is produced.

- RETRIG - In this mode the DH-ADSR becomes an LFO, which can mimic the "Trapezoid" function of the vintage EMS designs. HOLD controls the length of the trapezoid shape, and PREDELAY allows for adjustable gaps between each repeat of the shape produced.

The ZED-12FX is ideal for groups who need to travel light. Even with its small footprint, the 12FX squeezes in 4 auxiliary channels and swept semi-parametric EQ on top of the already impressive feature set including configurable USB audio in/out makes it easy to capture stereo recordings.

Getting audio to and from a computer easily is now a common requirement for live sound and music production. The way this has been implemented on ZED-12FX is super-flexible and super-easy. No longer do you need to fiddle around the back of your PC to get to the soundcard inputs, only to find that the levels are all wrong and noisy. MUSIQ
ZED-12FX features a responsive 3-band, swept mid frequency EQ design which utilises MusiQ - with optimised slope (or Q factor) for equalising individual instruments.

ZED-12FX has an essential selection of 16 time-delay effects, designed for small groups who don't want to carry around an effects unit with their gear but who still want great quality FX at their gigs and on their recordings. Our DSP engineers worked hard, crafting and refining beautiful reverb algorithms to enhance every performance. These effects are available nowhere else at this price point - this quality and integration is only available from the ZED-FX. ZED effects are easily controlled using 3 buttons with 9 display LEDs. For example, the ideal delay time can be quickly tapped-in, or the perfect amount of reverb on the lead vocal can be dialled-in. There is one-stop navigation and editing - in fact, it's just as easy as using effects pedals. To alter effects parameters, the TAP button is held down and the up/down buttons pressed to adjust the specific parameter for that effect, for example, the decay length on PLATE, or the depth on CHORUS.

Based on the proven pre-amps from the hugely successful PA series, ZED-12FX has DuoPre pre-amps, which use a two stage design, with carefully controlled amounts of gain in each stage. When amplifying the signal from the XLR input, the gain range is huge - 69dB of range to be exact - and is very evenly distributed around the gain control, meaning better control of signal level. Most of the gain comes from the first stage, so unwanted noise is kept to a minimum. Line level signals are simply plugged into the second stage of the pre-amp by using the line input jack socket, which has the great advantage of less noise when using the line input and also matching to a
higher input impedance.

The module has two filters, and two OTA-based VCAs. Most of the controls are setup to control both filters with one set of parameter knobs. There is a spread knob that separates the resonance peaks between both filters. You can get cool vocal and nasal filtering with careful adjustment. The filters self resonate. There is a trimmer for each filter which allows you to adjust how much feedback you want.

There is a CMOS based logic control system to select the state variable outputs. DG412 modern analog switch is used internally. This analog switch is made for audio (-5v / +5). There is a 'reset' button to quickly go back to LP flavor.

This module has two echo delay effect circuits based on the Dwarf Star Semi Modular system. With this module you can add cool delay fx to synth level signals. Each of the parameters has CV control with their own attenuators. There are three parameters per channel. The two echo fx circuits are mirrored on the front panel: Channel A and Channel B.

The fx processing was fine tuned for clean fx processing. You can however patch a cv input into the 'REPEAT' parameter, have the RCV attenuator fully clockwise, and force it to feedback into loud trash. There is no switch jack on the input jacks. However, all the CV jacks have switch jack internal connections. This allows you to modulated both channels using only the the Channel A side. For true independent patching on each separate channel simple patch something into the corresponding Channel B jack.

The Kill toggle switches kill the dry signal input going into the pt2399 fx chip. It will however allow echo trails to keep going until they die out. So this is not just a mute switch to abruptly cut the echo trails in halfm which is potentaially better for live manipulation and recording.

The module also features onboard head phone monitoring. You can also use a JBL portable speaker or any other charger type portable speaker to hear your modular using a 3.5mm stereo cable. There is also a new spread parameter and fx bypass push button for live use.

This is a digital vco with on board wave table and sub oscillator outputs that are audible.

The Tune Knob Parameter is Quantized. As you turn the knob it locks to musical chromatic scale.

This is an analog vco based on the Bergfotron Advanced VCO. It has heavy modification compared to other buchla vco's. It will track much better than other modules because this is using a VCA based tracking system instead of the matched transistor system. The 'Lock' switch allows for setting up your favorite reference Frequency. For example you can set it up on Zero Volts equals low Note 'C'.

You use this as a sound source.
You use this as a precision LFO.
You get a bonus analog sample and hold.

There are two possible sound source outputs:
-Wave Out. This has 8 possible wave shapes: Triangle, Saw, Double Saw, Pulse Width, Sine, Ramp, Even Harmonics, and Double Pusle wave. All of this is selected by push button. The selector circuit is using a Precision DG412 IC chip, so there is no bleeding. There is of coarse CV input for the selector (by Triggering).
All 8 waves are roughly -5/+5.

-(Positive) Static Square Wave Out. This is a great clock source, it is also a great sync source for other products.

The analog sample and hold is using the internal VCO as the 'clock'. You simply patch a sound source on the 'input' and use the output to monitor the result. The (red knob) Tune knob above is used to control the S&H rate.

This product is the evolution of the 'Transistor Pyramid Core' saga.

- Mod: modulation depth (attenuator wired to the Mod. socket)
- Dest: switch that is used to address the modulation to frequency modulation (position FM) or pulsewidth modulation (positon PM), in centre positon no modulation

- The audio input of VCA1 is hard-wired to the VCO output, audio input 2 is connected to the socket Ext.In.
- The output of the balance unit is used as audio input for the VCF
- Bal.: manual balance control, fully CCW the internal VCO is used, fully CW the external signal (Ext.In) is used, at centre position both signals have about the same level
- CV Bal.: CV input for balance (range about 0...+5V)
- Ext. In: external audio input for VCA2, about 5 Vpp level required for similar loudness as the internal VCO
- This socket is normalled to the internal VCO suboctave f/2 signal (rectangle with half the frequency), if no external signal is applied the suboctave signal is used as the second signal for the balance unit

VCF:

- 24 dB low pass
- Frq: manual frequency control
- FM1: frequency modulation depth (attenuator wired to the VCF FM1 socket, the socket is normalled to the internal Envelope signal and then FM1 controls the modulation depth of the internal envelope applied to the filter)
- FM2 (socket) : second CV input for VCF without attenuator (about 1V/octave), can be used e.g. for VCF tracking by connecting the same CV which is used also for the VCO frequency
- Res: manual resonance control (up to self oscillation)
- If the VCO is turned off (waveform switch = centre position, pulsewidth control = fully CCW or CW) and the VCF resonance is set to maximum the module can be used as a sine oscillator, the tracking at socket VCF FM2 is about 1V/octave (not as precise as the VCO but much better than most other filters)
- ~ 11 octaves frequency range (~ 10 Hz ... 20kHz)

VCA:

- Gain: manual amplitude control (initial gain), can be used to open the VCA without envelope signal
- VCA (switch): used to switch between gate and envelope as control signal for the VCA, in centre position the VCA is not controlled by envelope or gate
- Note: when gate is used the VCA is controlled directly by the gate signal (i.e. hard on/off), this may lead to clicking noise under certain conditions (especially with low VCO/VCF frequencies)
- Special control scale: exponential scale in the range from about -20dB to -80/90dB, linear scale from about -20dB to 0dB
- Remark: this special control scale results in a loudness behaviour that is a bit different from pure linear or exponential VCAs
- Out: audio output of the module (= VCA output)

Envelope:

- Gate (socket): Gate input (min. +5V), can be normalled to the bus gate signal by means of a jumper
- Att: manual control for Attack
- D/R: manual control for Decay/Release
- Env. (switch): used to switch between A/D, ADSR and A/R mode of the envelope generator, in centre position (ADSR) the sustain level is fixed to about 50%
- Envelope (socket): envelope output (about +10V)
- CVT (socket): CV input for time control, by means of two internal jumpers one can select which time parameters are controlled by the CVT input (e.g. A only or D/R only or A/D/R) and in which direction (i.e. if an increasing CVT shortens or stretches the time parameter in question)
- Envelope LED display
- Attack time range: ~ 1ms ... 5 sec (can be extended by using the CVT input)
- Decay/Release time range: ~ 1ms ... 15 sec (can be extended by using the CVT input)

Module A-135-1 is a quad voltage controlled mixer. It is made of 4 independent linear VCA's. The VCA outputs are mixed to a common output. For each VCA the following inputs and controls are available: audio input with attenuator, control voltage input with attenuator, gain (pre-amplification). The VCA's are realized with high-quality CEM VCA's (CEM3381 for version 1 and SSM2164 for version 2).

Applications: voltage controlled mixing of up to 4 audio signals with separate control voltages (e.g. delivered by LFO's, ADSR's, Random, Shepard generator, MIDI-to-CV interface or other control voltage sources). In connection with the Morphing-Controller A-144 the soft fade-over of 4 audio signals with only one control voltage is possible.

Module A-199 is a spring reverb module. The reverb effect is electronically simulated by means of 3 spiral springs. Spring reverb systems have a very characteristic sound that is based on the (insufficient) mechanical properties of the springs like signal delays, audio resonances, limited frequency range, acoustic feedback behaviour, sensitivity to mechanical shocks and others.

The 3-spring system used in the A-199 ensures a "dense" reverb because of the different properties of the three springs.

The A-199 implies some special features that are not self-evident for spring reverb units:

The reverb signal can be fed back to the input using the Feedback control. Even self-oscillation of the springs similar to the self-oscillation of filters is available. The feedback loop can lead even via external modules like VCA, VCF, phaser, frequency shifter, vocoder, distortion/waveshaper, ring modulator and others. In this case the reverb output of the A-199 is connected to the input of the external module(s) and the output of the external module(s) is fed back to the Ext. Feedback In socket of the A-199. This socket contains a switch that interrupts the internal feedback loop as soon as a plug is inserted.

Another feature is the Emphasis control. This enables the adjustment of the accentuation of middle frequencies (around ~ 2kHz).

With the Mix control the relation between original and reverb signal appearing at the mix output is adjusted.

Using all these features very extreme and unusual effects can be generated with the A-199.

Little Melody is a generative sequencer based around clock divisions and a chromatic quantiser, used to create in-the-moment licks and riffs. It is more that the sum of its parts.

Little Melody's internal operations can be considered as 4 clock dividers patched into a CV mixer via attenuators. The attenuators select notes over a 5 octave range, the clock dividers determine how often those notes are added to the mix. The final output of Little Melody is quantized chromatically for fast set up and continuously pleasing results.
The 4 clock dividers are labelled A, B, C, and D. They all receive clocks from the same source, the divisions may be selected using the presets and the individual division selectors. Wave Runner is a multi-waveform sync-able LFO based on the Electric Druid TAPLFO2D family of code, but with some significant additions and improvements. The TAPLFO2D-FC PIC and code is exclusive to Frequency Central and was developed specifically for the Wave Runner, and is not compatible with similar modules.

The Lumen is a State Variable FET-Based Overdrive. It marks a return to the overdrive world for Hungry Robot Pedals.

Under the hood, it contains an active State Variable Filter, a type of filter that is common place in the synth world. State Variable Filters offer more clarity and presence than standard passive tonestacks. A typical passive tonestack works by removing tonal content, a State Variable Filter works by actively amplifying frequencies that are already present in your signal. The filter is actually made up of 3 individual filters (low pass, band pass, high pass) that split the incoming signal into 3 frequency ranges and amplifies those ranges without tone loss.

While designing The Lumen, Hungry Robot challenged themselves to create an overdrive that used no diode clipping. The most common approach for an overdrive is to send an amplified signal into a clipping section where diodes chop up the waveform and distortion is create. I opted for a more natural approach of cascading FET gain stages. The distortion is created by soaking the transistors with gain. To me, this method provides a more organic, tube-like saturation than a clipping section.

And to top it all off, The Lumen also has a clean blend, allowing you to mix back in some of your clean tone. At 12 o'clock, the clean signal is near unity gain. Past 12 o'clock, it amplifies your clean signal.

Knobs:

"Drive"- Sets the gain level on the first FET stage. It is normal for the knob to crackle when turned.

"Clean" - Sets the level of the clean blend. Past 12 o'clock is boost.

"Level" - Sets the volume of the drive signal.

"H.P" - Sets the level of the high pass filter.

"B.P" - Sets the level of the band pass filter.

"L.P" - Sets the level of the low pass filter.

The Stargazer V2 is the follow up to one of Hungry Robots' most loved pedals. The original Stargazer has found it place on the boards of hundreds of musicians around the world. The intent was to keep the overall essence of the orignal the same while expanding its functionality. The "Stargazer" sound that many have fallen in love with remains unchanged with its classic "hall" and "sparkle" modes.

So, what's new? The most exciting change is the "simultaneous, parallel processing" of the two channels. With the new Stargazer, both channels can be used at the same time (the original version only allowed for you to use one channel at a time). The V2 has two independently voiced reverbs that can be stacked in parallel. Layering the two channels makes for an even more lush reverb tone with added depth.

The most obvious change is the physical size of the pedal; The PCB was designed more efficiently without major changes to the circuit.

The "Sparkle" switch has been removed, but both reverb modes are still available. The left channel (red knobs) is the "HALL" channel and is a darker hall-style reverb. The right channel (blue knobs) is the "SPARKLE" channel and is a sparkly, bright reverb that has a shimmery quality without an octave shift.

The Blue Note gives you a very woodsy blues overdrive feel and can achieve more gain than a typical tube screamer (no this isn't another TS clone just using this as a reference). With the newly added "Hot" switch the pedal is capable of multiple tones. The "Hot" switch adds more gain, more volume and gooses the low mids for a thick juicy feel. The Blue note can be set to run flat in its EQ section or select the "Hot" position for more prominent mids. Since the Blue note can be run in either position it makes it suitable for many applications. This pedal is all about feel and really works well with any guitar/amp combination.

The El Rey Dorado is your go-to box for that Plexi tone. Yes, there is a wide range of 1960s Plexi Amp Tone in terms of power, which tubes are installed, which speakers and/or cabinet is used, but the El Rey Dorado hits the core tone bullseye! One of the many reference points for the tone was the JTM 45/100r full stack. (It's a dead-on reissue Marshallr did with crazy cool custom-made vintage-recreation speakers and dual transformers to transfer the load of the 4 EL-84s!)

The El Rey covers a lot of classic British amp tones by featuring two gain modes with the Power Toggle. With the Power Toggle switch you have control over the compression and harmonics. Low Power mode is louder, has more girth, and has fewer harmonics for a more old-school tone. The High Power mode has more compression, more harmonics, and a tighter, more defined tone. Old-school crunch in Low Power mode, super lead tones in the High Power mode.

Infrared tempo synchronization, ideal for practicing as a couple:

SyncDancing supports not only individual practice but also practicing dance as a couple. Simply click two SyncDancing units together and press the sync button to synchronize the tempo and timing via infrared (*1). Even while wearing the unit directly in your ear, both partners can practice while hearing exactly the same tempo.

The timing (delay) from the moment of synchronization until playback begins can be set in a range of 0--90 seconds (*2). This gives you flexibility to meet the needs of various situations. For example you can specify a shorter delay if you're synchronizing the units and then immediately starting a lesson, or use a longer delay if you need time to get into your position in a large hall.

PREAMP LIVE has been designed from the ground up to be the ultimate digital preamp modeller for use in a live situation. Every control feature has been carefully thought out to be intuitive and provide the best experience for live performance.

PREAMP LIVE provides a wide array of different amp tones right at your feet. It lets you select and carry 12 independent preamp channels of your choice, from a selection of 50 models available within the supporting software and mobile apps.

Added to each of the 12 preamp channels is a dual position booster, adjustable pre and post noise gates, a fully programmable effects loop with different modes, full channel switching control, MIDI IN and OUT, dedicated headphone connection, multiple outputs with optional cab simulation and IR loading capabilities.

Ever wanted to get UK overdrive from your F style amp? Or sparkling, spanky cleans from your M style amp? The effects loop in PREAMP LIVE has a unique A/B mode which lets you use your amplifiers analogue preamp along with the digital models. This effectively expands the tonal palette of your amplifier without the need for an expensive, complicated switching device.

If that wasn't enough, you can also use MOOER's "TONE CAPTURE" feature, to sample your own amplifiers preamp section and create brand new digital models of your own to use at gigs and share with your friends.

NuX Mighty 8BT is a compact guitar amplifier with features that enable it to be more than just a bedroom combo. Powered from the included 12V mains adaptor or optionally from 8 x AA batteries for portable use. The guitar input has clean, overdrive and distortion modes with modulation/delay effects and digital reverb. Settings can be customised for tone and effects and these are stored for each of the 3 modes. Deeper effects editing is provided by the Bluetooth link using the Might app, which is available from Google Play or App Store. A mic input is also included with a dedicated reverb send for vocals. A built-in drum machine is controlled by a simple but intuitive tap tempo/style button and rotary volume control. Aux in and headphone out complete the control panel to provide a multi-purpose jamming and recording amp for guitar players of all genres.
