Turbo boss Tiga is up next for his esteemed imprint with new single "Woke". As you've come to expect from the man, this is yet another perfectly pop-inflected experiment in dance music, which employs a moody/electro influence and an all round neon-lit arrangement. Add to this his cheeky/risque vocal style and noir attitude. It also receives a bunch of killer remixes too. Portland based newcomer Vakkuum (who appeared for diffusion imprint Twin Turbo earlier in the year) delivers a dry and guttural lo-fi techno rendition, Spanish legend Eduardo de la Calle serves up a typically tripped out and tunnelling rendition plus New York City acid freak Justin Cudmore installs a much welcomed retrofit for the track. This is the Montreal legend's third release so far in 2017 and was recorded at Lost Star Studios before he returned to Ibiza for the summer. All killer, no filler!
