'The Center' is a fourth single from Hamburg based quartet The KBCS on the highly regarded Sonar Kollektiv label. It is a super smooth and soul-drenched sound after the last offering with Olivier St. Louis. This time it is the brilliant vocals of J Lamotta which accompany the musical beats and funky guitar riffs. It's a freestyle sound with gloriously jazzy sax motifs and the buttery vocals drifting in and out with catchy little hooks that sweet the heart. A remix comes from Bristol based outfit Dundundun who bring dancey jazz vibes.
