Darka Mentors EP vinyl

Alphacut return with another schooling as they recruit a motley collective of sage breaksmiths for four lessons in high level choppage. First on the A we have Sumone taking the lead, tapping into his Planet Mu roots with wild cuts and edits hitting at a hard and fast pace on 'Wicked Man Sound' while Dan Miles (who you might know as Skubi) spacing out the breaks with a whole gamut of funk chops and hits. Meanwhile on the B we hit 'Echo Chamber' from fellow German Istari Lasterfahrer where we're teased and teased before the drop kicks in around two and a half minutes while Ill K shuts the whole EP down with a spacious, funky twist that's not dissimilar to Photek in his Aquarius mode. Dark times call for darka music.
