Suckaside made a fine debut back in September last year with a couple of funk tunes from the eponymous production outfit. Now the label follows it up with a sophomore 12" that again bottles up lots of historical knowledge with new school production techniques. This one hints that the producer has a love and respect for Liam Howlett and Ron Burgundy who form an unlikely alliance here. 'Kilo Of Burgundy' (feat Captain Flatcap) is all funky breaks and jazzy melodies and is sure to blow up the club. 'Triple Magic' on the other side is a Daisy Age tribute from L Roy that is a red hot collision of two giant rap outfits.
