Newcomer Spring Wata links with contemporary reggae stars The Rockers Disciples for a tidy 10 track album of timeless roots and reggae. Run through with the sort of humidity, horizontal grooves and catchy riffs that make reggae such an irresistible genre, there's plenty to enjoy in the vocal work, too. Some cuts go deep, some empower, but all impress with natty horns and slick effects. This is only the fourth release on the Blackboard Jungle label but is another one that marks it out as a modern day outlet for keeping an eye on if you like your dub.
