Review

Route-8 is a Budapest producer and this is his much anticipated debut LP. But the story is that it almost didn't happen because the original album was lost when the artist and his fellow Lobster Theremin crew had all their stuff knocked in Detroit while on tour of the US. However Route 8 began re-piecing the record back together and thankfully here it is. It's an album of causing house and techno tunes indebted to the sound of the American mid-west. Far sighted pads, deep beats, balmy ambience are all present and correct and make this a mini classic.
