Italian producer Giovanni Damico has a number of different artist names at his disposal, namely the G-Machine moniker and the Ron Juan alias, the latter of which we're presented with here. For the moment, Ron Juan seems to be an exclusive for the White Rabbit Records label, and it covers a wealth of house sounds backed by a diverse range of jazzy influences that sit just right with us. "Mr 30 Fingers", for instance, is a flute-driven house charmer with plenty of interesting acoustic samples, and "Check The Funk" goes for a boogie angle thanks to a broken beat and a little synth science on the bass. "The Devil Music" is a slow balearic excursion powered by a sublime succession of percussive glory, whereas "Smile" lays down some straight-up deep house funk with the perfect amount of jazz thrown in. Lovely.
