Last Records continue their countdown from 100 as newcomer Yume offers up another pair of Japanese edits for their sixth release. Fixing a stare on the glittering brilliance of the disco ball, Yume's reshape of Rie Nakahara's late '70s cut "Yoru" sees delayed clavichord dance around sweeping Philly strings and infectious conga breaks, lifting the dreamy diva vocals way above cloud nine. Down under, Junko Yagami's "Communicate" is given the full edit treatment from Yume with hypnotic loops, club ready fx and a driving sequence. These Last 12"s don't tend to stick around on the shelves at Juno and we don't see the situation changing with Yume's contribution!
