PVBLIC XCESS has hosted their own parties, stages at Timewarp and held a Pacha residency next to Dixon. Now they start a new label XCESS RECORDS, which itself kicks off with a new series of XCESS EDITS. The first one features a couple of dance floor bombs from the label owners Chloe Caillet and Josh Ludlow. Both source tracks are from unknown artists, with 'Dou Dou' first up. It's a chugging disco number with elements of Afro, acid and Italo making it truly unique. 'Love Is The Drug' is drenched in echo and 80s production aesthetics with its wonky leads and slapping hits, big cowbells and fat bass. Party starters for sure.
