Just a short stroll up from Salinas Beach on Ibiza lies the Boutique Hostal Salinas, a "luxury hostel" and boutique hotel famous for its early evening, poolside DJ sessions. Here it aims to capture some of the fun of those impromptu parties with a three-disc mix-up of groovy, sun-kissed fare and White Isle style electronic house warmth. Co-owner and Space Ibiza resident David Philips handles the first two discs, joining the dots between Balearic and Scandolearic delights (Kaspar Bjorke, Georg Levin, Psychemahgik, Max Berlin), nu-disco classics (Ashley Beadle's London Heavy Disco Revue project) and New York madness (Eric Duncan remixing Woolfy). PBR Streetgang steps up to mix the third disc, which sticks closely to their baggy, disco-tinged deep house blueprint.
