Review

Library music fans pay attention here as Tummy Touch issue some unreleased material from New York Trouble, aka the legendary 1970s composer Herbie Flowers and the mysterious Electric Progression. Licensed from the UK library music mecca KPM where they were recently discovered, Tummy Touch get extra points for presenting this illuminating twenty track selection on KPM's iconic green sleeve and label design. The A Side brandishes some eleven productions from Flowers as New York Trouble, veering through a cavalcade of weirdo soul, funk rock and beats, whilst the flip has nine equally strung out productions from Electric Progression - rumours that Tummy Touch boss Tim Love Lee is involved in this latter nameless project are as yet unfounded.
