Jerome Brailey is the legendary funk drummer and former member of George Clinton's Parliament-Funkadelic who is best known for co-writing Parliament's 1976 hit 'Give Up The Funk (Tear The Roof Off The Sucker).' However, due to poor management, Brailey and several members left the group in 1978 so in that same year he formed his own band, Mutiny, and went on to release two classic albums on Columbia Records: Mutiny on the Mamaship (1979) and Funk Plus the One (1980). Now, Brailey and Regrooved Records present a couple of jams from the unreleased third album, Black Hat Daddy & The Silver Comb Gang.
