The German brand Mode Machines has developed this no-nonsense distortion pedal called the MM-1 as part of their MiniMode series. It's small in size, but it delivers a huge amount of gain which is then split into two settings: Crunch and Normal. The Crunch channel gives it a sublime, raw edge. When you step on the switch to change it to Normal mode, you can expect the kind of distortion most shredders would envy. This pedal is extremely easy to use and features a 3-band equalizer made up of tone, gain and level knobs.
Mode Machines MiniMode Series:
The MiniMode Series by Mode Machines is a collection of compact stomp boxes for guitar, bass and synthesizer. The German company has launched a collection of nine affordable, characteristic pedals that are easy to use thanks to their intuitive layout. What's more, the stomp boxes in this series take up a minimal amount of space on your pedal board, and are powered by means of a 9-volt battery or adapter.
