It seems like Gesloten Cirkel has the monopoly on new Murder Capital releases - a situation we have no issues with at all - but the subsidiary of I-F's iconic Viewlexx is at least doing its growing army of fan a welcome service by reissuing some of their earlier glories. Here we have a 2016 edition of Lonny & Melvin's Murdercapital EP which is the work of I-F himself and Melvin White and it's a crucial part of the label's history. Back in 96 it was the first Murder Capital 12" issued before resurfacing in amended format in 2001. It's this latter edition that has been remastered and reissued for the label's 2016 fans and it still sounds as rugged, raw, deep and dark now. "Theme From Sunwheel Beachbar" needs to be blasted on a big rig!!
