Still neck deep in his richest vein of form to date; Kerri Chandler dusts off the time machine and takes us back to his first ever label Madhouse, an imprint that helped to define the blossoming house sound of NYC in the early 90s and gave us a wealth of cuts from everyone ranging from Roy Ayers to a young Dennis Ferrer. For this special vinyl sampler Kerri presents eight new edits, fixes and remixes, all of which retain the spirit and soul of the originals with a little contemporary production polish. Highlights include Adesse Versions' conga rattled extension of "The Boom Can", the relentlessness of will Saul's exploratory piano hammering on "Insomnia Again", the VIP bone shaking Jersey garage thump on Roog & Dennis Quin's "Igohart" and DJ Deep doing what he does best on "I Feel It". And that's only half of the madness...
