After last year's excellent discoveries from Volume 1, Mark Van De Maat presents more unreleased Dutch cassette material. Featuring a wide range of DIY and experimental artists such as Van Kaye, The Hi-Tones with their rather Dead Can Dance sounding "Ibrahim", Another and their lo-slung no-wave antics on "Paris Tribe" and Strung with their EBM thriller "Warschau Pact". It provides a glimpse into the artistic DIY music movement that was growing extensively outside of mainstream circles of the time. For this sequel, they dug deep into the Dutch lowlands and discovered yet more amazing musicians and their independent music that sounds just as exciting today.
