Having opened proceedings on 2013 with the excellent Commercial Mouth LP from Jar Moff, PAN sneak out another album length release from the Greek producer and add to what's been another peerless year of curation from Bill Kouligas. The Athens-based musician served up one of this year's most innovative slabs of musique concrete with that aforementioned album and Financial Glam further extends Jar Moff's status as one of many unique voices on PAN. Consisting of two long form productions, that sense of cluttered sonics, broken rhythms and disquieting calm is still very much evident on Financial Glam and it's augmented by the producer's subtle musings on "recent austerity issues and political upheaval in his home city".
