Back in December 2018, the shadowy Heavy Traffic label debuted with a two-tracker of deep dubstep cuts featuring all manner of dusty hip-hop samples and acappella lifts. Two years on the mystery artist behind the project has finally treated us to a follow-up. We're particularly enjoying A-side "Rasta Nuh Gangsta", a fine slab of deep dubstep/21st century digital reggae fusion full to the brim with sweet female lead vocals, booming bass and hazy horns. That said, flipside opener "Poverty" - a similarly inclined number featuring a soulful male lead vocal - and the wobble bass-propelled digi-dub hot-stepper "Sweet Reggae Music" are also superb.
