FrescoEdits has been turning heads for a couple of years now thanks to his sympathetic but standout reworking of various great disco and world tunes. This sixth volume is another hugely useful one that opens with the futuristic disco stomps of 'Sh-Robot.' The real standout is 'Italia1,' however, thanks to its brilliantly aching vocal sample and smooth, smeared chords. 'Summer Sermon' and 'Il Moscone Di Umberto Palazzo' take care of the flip side with two more characterful disco grooves that are defined by smart samples and seductive synth work, as well as of course some strident grooves.
