Brooklyn's Discovery Recordings hits release number three with a killer drop from Free Magic and JKriv. It's hard to look past the slow burning delights of title track "Catalano" here, with killer pared back percussive elements supporting the supple groove and sultry vocals. "Headbands" meanwhile is a more summery affair with a more discernable vocal lead and insouciant keys; flip over for the chunkiest cut of the lot, "Night Braces", which is perfectly suited for the late, late hours. Definitely a label to keep an eye on. Limited hand stamped pressing too!
