This one finds him in typically playful mood, with a wide sphere of reference colouring his tunes; there's a jazz-funk swing to opener 'Sincopa Liquida' that really gets you moving. 'Samplin' 'N Slappin' is then a loopy, filtered, disco tinged house jam, 'Evolving Textures' is jazzy broken beat with a super smooth and seductive Kai Alce remix and 'Obstuso' layers up shimmering piano over rubbery bass.
