It's a debut for both artist and label with this most singular of yellow-coloured wax plates! There's little we know about Felicita, but he or she certainly makes some pretty ear-catching sound sketch-works. Imagine Delia Derbyshire filtered through the current pop-fixated electronics of PC Music/SOPHIE et al and you're almost close. Tracks like "Skip Blush" are both playful and eerie with thanks to their broken melodies and odd concoctions of choppy vocals. "Climb Up Eh" is another favourite around here, but it's "Wish" which really blends the bizarre together with the funky. Check it all, this is truly stand-out stuff!
