He's not a real reverend, but if this Parisian editor was preaching at a nearby church, we'd certainly head down and testify. Hot on the heels of his Marvin Gaye edits come two more juicy soul-laden extensions. First up is Diana Ross's "Brown Baby" wherein the good Reverend adds a subtle 4/4 and twists the emphasis on the strings while keeping Diana's vocals firmly in focus. Meanwhile on the B we see Rev P giving Mary Clayton's "Emotions" a solid boost with a more structured dancefloor focus and some lovely chops on the fills. Exemplary edit science.
