Bristolian noise merchants Paul Purgas and James Ginzburg show you where it all began on the re-issue of their 2009 debut album. Laying down the formations of their signature sound design skills, a while before they were mic'ing up abandoned buildings, recording the natural dynamics and reverberations of their extreme sub bass explorations. Nonetheless, their abrasive and textured experiments in bass driven techno are still of honorable mention on this release like on the sinister low slung grooves of "Gate 1" and "Gate 2" respectively. The extreme noise terror of "Gate 4" where they nailed their now signature sound and not to mention now classics such as "Beyond" and the grinding "Completely Gone".
