Hot'N'Spicy's eponymous series hits a fifth volume here and with a brilliant neon pink vinyl to boot. This one kicks off with downtempo disco master Eddie C and his funky, rugged, low slung looper 'Big City Freak' before Paul Older ups the energy with his old school disco samples and long legged drums all encourage lots of loose and fluid body movement. HOLDTight is first up on the flip with a more serene and comically minded groove that reaches for the stars on 'Afrodisiaaa' and then it's a rare and wonderful outing from disco boffin Bill Brewster who offers the sensuous slow motion romancer that is 'Love Easy.'
