We were quietly impressed by the first 12" from Green King Cuts, a weighty dubstep double-header from C-Side. This follow-up comes courtesy of Bristol-based twosome DE-TU, with accompanying remixes of both tracks by like-minded, Louisiana-based bass-head Bukkha. Opener "Bun Down Babylon" begins in era and paranoid fashion, before effortlessly morphing into a deep and intoxicating dubstep shuffler complete with haunting melody lines and powerful sub-bass. Bukkha raises the temperature and rhythmic intensity on his fine club-ready remix, before DE-TU dips the tempo on the lovingly dub-centric heaviness that is "Origination Dub". To complete a rock solid package, Bukkha sticks a rocket under that track to guarantee increased dancefloor thrills.
