For his latest full-length excursion, Italian producer Alessandro 'Deep88' Pasini has joined forces with Maltese deep house sort, composer and multi-instrumentalist Melchior Sultana. In many ways, it's a match made in heaven. Sultana's impeccable playing and compositional skills are evident throughout (see the note-perfect piano solo that lifts "Yo House" into a Balearic deep house gem), and perfectly compliment Pasini's classic Italian and US house influences. It's an impressively musically rich set, all told, full of warm chords, evocative melodies, drowsy pads and shuffling grooves. While there are heavy dancefloor moments - see the saucer-eyed "Days Go By" and "Chicago" - for the most part it's a horizontal house treat.
