Walrus Audio ACS1 Amplifier & Cab Simulator MAKO Series Effects Pedal
Walrus Audio ACS1 Amplifier & Cab Simulator MAKO Series Effects Pedal (amplifier/speaker cab simulator effects pedal)
Cat: 811076 Rel: 10 Mar 21

Amplifier/cab simulator effects pedal
Notes: The ACS1 is an amplifier and speaker cab simulator delivering the sound and feel of world-class amplifiers, complimentary speaker cabinets, and controllable room size. Players can maximize their stereo experience and use the ACS1 to run separate amp and cabinet combinations in the left and right channels. With the ASC1, players have expansive options to deliver their tone whether it's on stage, in the studio, or practicing at home. Simple controls, stereo in and out, onboard presets, and MIDI support make the ASC1 an immeasurable tool in a guitarist's arsenal.

The ACS1 models three vintage amp styles crucial to music industry history designated by their places of origin.

When running the ACS1 in stereo, one amp can be used through both channels. To sweeten the charm of playing in stereo, mix and match amps and cabinets on the left and right channels with the L + R switch. Simply choose the channel you want to modify, select your amp and cab model, and set your levels. Then flip over to the other channel and choose your amp and cab settings. If you would like to use the same settings on both channels, set the switch to the middle or "+" and dial in all your settings. They will be duplicated on the left and right outputs.

Volume and Gain work together, similar to how they would on an amp. For example, increasing gain levels will also raise overall volume output so adjust the volume knob accordingly.

Fullerton is inspired by the classically bright and clear Fenderr Deluxe Reverb. Crisp clean tones with loads of headroom that players have come to love over the years.

London is inspired by a 1962 Marshallr Bluesbreaker with harmonically rich, valve-driven breakup. Articulate and sensitive response.

Dartford is inspired by the legendary jangly high-end tones from a 1960s Voxr AC30 with all the bite and chime from the British Invasion.

The ACS1 holds six high-quality cabinet impulse responses (IRs). It ships pre-loaded with six custom cabinet IRs developed by Walrus Audio that sound great with each amp. Users also have the option to load their own IRs via the new customer web app found at walrusaudio.io.

Use the ABC Cab toggle switch to select your cab preference. Access the second set of cabs by holding down bypass while changing the cab toggle position.

Simulate the size of the room that your amp and cabinet are in. At zero, it would resemble tracking your amp in an isolated environment with no reverb. At max would emulate a natural-sounding, large studio environment.

Save up to three presets onboard by dialing in your favorite sound then pressing and holding the bypass and boost switch simultaneously. Both LEDs will flash confirming your settings were saved. Cycle through presets by pressing and releasing bypass and boost simultaneously. The pedal will cycle through the three onboard presets - red, green, and blue. When power is removed from the pedal, it will boot up in the last used preset. Using MIDI, up to 128 presets can be saved and recalled.

A boost feature is available by pressing the boost switch. It allows you to quickly jump to a preset level of volume and/or gain. The boost LED will flash letting you know that it is active. To set the boost, simply click the switch on and adjust the volume and gain knobs to taste. Pressing the boost switch again will save your boost settings and return the pedal to its normal level of volume and gain.

Walrus Audio ARP-87 Limited Platinum Edition Delay Effects Pedal
Cat: 848033 Rel: 01 Oct 21

A compact, feature-rich delay, packed with a large pallet of inspirational delay tones.
Notes: Super limited edition.

The ARP-87 is a compact, feature-rich delay, packed with a large pallet of inspirational delay tones. Featuring four main algorithms, digital, analog, lo-fi, and slap back, the ARP-87 can cover some serious ground in the world of echoes. The Digital algorithm boasts pristine, crystal clear repeats great for rhythmic riffs. The Analog setting works well to add warmth and dimension to chords and lines without getting in the way. The Lo-Fi algorithm, with its adjustable frequency range on the repeats, goes from warm, warped, and murky, to strait AM radio. Finally, the Slap setting makes it easy to dial in a great slap back echo perfect for smoking chicken pickin' runs.

With other features like smart bypass switching, and momentary knob ramp, the ARP-87 provides endless creative opportunities that are waiting to be explored. The X knob changes functions depending on which Algorithm you are using. It adjusts a specific parameter in each algorithm.

In Digital, Analog, and Slap modes, the knob will control modulation depth. In Lo-fi mode, the knob will control Filter width. Note that when changing delay types this loads a whole new algorithm and the tempo must be tapped in again.

Trails Mode
The ARP-87 can be run in trails or no trails mode. In trails mode, when you turn the pedal off, the delay trails die off naturally. In no trails mode, the delay trails are abruptly cut off when you turn the pedal off. To toggle between either mode, hold down the bypass switch for 1 second while applying power to the pedal. Unplug power and repeat to toggle to the other mode.

Momentary Functions
When the switch is in off position, press and hold the Bypass Switch to temporarily activate the effect to add a moment of delay texture. Releasing the switch turns the effect off. When the effect is on, press and hold the bypass switch to momentarily ramp the X parameter to maximum. Releasing the switch sets the X parameter back to the knob location. Press and hold the Tap Switch to temporarily ramp the feedback to maximum.
Release to set the feedback back to the knob location.

The ARP-87 comes in a Frosted Charcoal finish with cream and seafoam ink featuring original artwork by Chris Castro of a lone ship traveling through the ARP-87 Galaxies.

Walrus Audio Badwater Bass Pre-Amp & DI Pedal
Walrus Audio Badwater Bass Pre-Amp & DI Pedal (bass pre-amp/DI effects pedal)
Cat: 879794 Rel: 10 Jun 22

The Badwater is a bass tone magnification device sonically highlighting what makes bass so crucial to music.
Notes: The Badwater is a bass tone magnification device sonically highlighting what makes bass so crucial to music. The all-in-one bass pre-amp and DI features optical compression, overdrive, and a four-band EQ section. Enhance your bass rig's capabilities and dial in everything from warm cleans, gritty chords, punchy drive, or bright and crisp slap sounds.

Sustain

The Badwaterfeatures an internal optical compressor. It's first in the signal path and is always on, though its strength is adjustable. Use the Sustain knob to add compression for long sustained notes and chords while smoothing out your transients. At a minimum, you will have a minimal effect, but as you increase the knob, you will hear more extended notes and squashed transients.

Drive Control

Give your sound some teeth by adding a subtle breakup or a tastefully driven distortion. Use the Voice toggle to select one of three options for how much low and high-frequency content is allowed into the drive section, then use the Blend knob to blend between your fully clean and fully distorted signal. Blend your clean and driven signal to taste for increased note clarity as the clean and dirty channels run parallel. The drive control also features a separate Level knob to boost or cut the drive signal.

Shaping and EQ

Cover just about any musical genre needs with the extensive EQ options from the Badwater. Dial in your base tone with boost/cut low, mid, and high frequencies, then zero in on your perfect tone by sweeping between 500 Hz to 2.4k Hz with the Low Mid Frequency knob (LMF) or 3.5k Hz to 7.5k Hz on the High Mid Frequency knobs (HMF).

Walrus Audio Canvas Mono Line Isolator & Passive DI Box
Cat: 873371 Rel: 26 May 22

The Canvas Mono is a Direct Box/Line Isolator designed to remove any resistance between you and your audience by giving a pristine sonic foundation to build your masterpiece upon.
Notes: Consider this your clean slate. The Canvas Mono is a Direct Box/Line Isolator designed to remove any resistance between you and your audience by giving a pristine sonic foundation to build your masterpiece upon. From houses of worship to the dive bar downtown, Canvas Mono is built to be the performance tool that goes wherever you are making your music. Canvas Mono is a Passive Line Isolator (LI) and Direct Injection (DI) device that converts your unbalanced signal into a balanced signal for interfacing properly with your recording interface or mixer at front-of-house. If you're using an amp-in-a-box (DSP Guitar Rig), like our ACS1, or running an acoustic or bass guitar direct, then the Canvas Mono is your new bridge to the front-of-house. The Canvas Mono packs everything you need from a DI/LI into a standard pedal-sized enclosure designed to look great right on top of your board.

Direct Injection:
Use DI mode when connecting an unbalanced, high impedance source (Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, etc). The signal will be reduced by -20dB (-35dB with pad engaged) and converted to a balanced signal via the transformer connected to the XLR output. Use the gain on your mixer or preamp to bring the signal up to line level.Line Isolator: Use LI mode when connecting your unbalanced, low impedance source (Amp + Cab Sim like the ACS1, keys, etc.). The signal will remain full volume and be converted to a balanced signal via the transformer connected to the XLR output. Less preamp gain will be required in LI mode.

DI or LI?
When deciding between DI or LI, check with the manufacturer of your gear to find the output impedance of the device you are wanting to interface with. For a general guide:High Impedance = anything above 1k = Use DILow Impedance = less than 1k = Use LI.

Troubleshooting:
This is a passive device, so you will not damage anything if connected improperly, but it could affect the signal level and frequency response if not connected properly. This is an easy thing to test since the LI/DI switch is built into Canvas. If you lose high-frequency information when using LI mode, then you should probably be in DI mode.

Walrus Audio Iron Horse V3 High-Gain Distortion Pedal
Walrus Audio Iron Horse V3 High-Gain Distortion Pedal (high-gain distortion effects pedal)
Cat: 852426 Rel: 11 Nov 21

A take on a classic distortion circuit that’s thick, punchy, riffy, and rowdy.
Notes: The Iron Horse is a new take on a classic distortion circuit that's thick, punchy, riffy, and rowdy. With the help of the Si/LED knob and wide range of the distortion knob, this true bypass, high-gain behemoth can be finely tuned for clear overdriven sounds or let the reigns loose for a full-on distorted onslaught. Top mount jacks with soft switch bypassing and art by David Huttner complete the package for a pedal board-ready distortion machine.

The Iron Horse V3 updates are as follows:
Top-mounted jacks
Soft relay true bypass on/off
Fixed volume drop-off when the distortion knob is at minimum
Re-imagined the hard clipping toggle as a blend style potentiometer, that allows you to blend between symmetrical silicon and diode clipping for a new variety of tones.

Owners of the previous versions of the Iron Horse will be familiar with the three distortion modes operated by a toggle switch to change between different clipping modes.

The switch has now been replaced with a blending knob opening up a wealth of ways to alter your tone. When the knob is set to the left, the distorted signal will be using Silicon clipping diodes adding in a high amount of compression.
Rotating the knob to the right will bring in LED clipping and a smaller amount of compression.
Putting the knob at noon will blend between the two using different ratios of the Silicone and LED clipping diodes for more complex clipping sounds.

Note: Since the Si/LED knob is changing the internal gain and clipping style, the other controls will behave slightly differently as well.

You will need to use the volume knob to adjust the overall output up or down depending on where you have the knob set.

Walrus Audio Julia V2 Limited Platinum Edition Chorus & Vibrato Effects Pedal
Cat: 848046 Rel: 01 Oct 21

A fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored.
Notes: Super Limited edition.

The Julia is a fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored. Julia is able to produce mild smooth chorus, to seasick vibrato and everywhere in between. With controls like Lag, Dry-Chorus-Vibrato Blend, and selectable analog LFO wave shapes, you are able to dial in all types of classic and unique chorus/vibrato sounds not found on traditional chorus pedals.

In 1999, spectrographs picked up an unexplained sound emanating from dark ocean depths. The source of the sound was untracable. While most scientists attributed it to an iceberg draging the ocean floor, some skeptics began to understand the true source of the sound. Julia, the water demigoddess. Crying from the deep in a chorus of melancholy hymns, she remains to be uncaught but the pursuit for her is unceasing. Walrus has captured a fraction of her powers in the Julia Analog Chorus/Vibrato.

Walrus Audio Lore Reverse Soundscape Generator Effects Pedal
Cat: 881927 Rel: 23 Jun 22

Made up of five different programs, each utilizes different combinations of delay and reverb that feed into each other for time-warping ambient creations.
Notes: Reverb and reverse delay go to the next level with this "ambient creation machine". Two DSP circuits with analogue feedback allow you to create epic soundscapes, time-stretching effects and more.

Supplier's Notes:
Once upon a time, in a fairy tale world, there stood a hidden forest. On the eve of every full moon, magical and delicate sounds of light were heard bouncing and reverberating through the trees. These sounds carry artifacts of notes moving backward and stretching through time. They are referred to as... Lore.

Create the soundtrack to your storybook adventure with the Lore Reverse Soundscape Generator. Made up of five different programs, each utilizes different combinations of delay and reverb that feed into each other for time-warping ambient creations. Featuring two DSP chips running in series, each with their own analogue feedback path, the Lore takes you on an adventurous journey rich with themes of reversing, time-stretching, pitch-shifting, and vast ambiance.

Having two analogue feedback paths allows each program to incorporate a unique mix of affected and unaffected feedback. The two feedback paths interact and build off of each other organically, offering the user a wide array of sounds and behaviours to experiment with.

Programs:

I. Reverse Delay into Reverse Reverb: Program 1 combines reverse delay with reverse reverb with a focus on organically interacting feedback paths. Space and ambiance build as the signal is reversed, re-reversed, reverberated, and reversed again within the feedback network. Experiment with the X knob to control how reversed your delay trails are with left being least reversed and right being fully reversed. Lots of fun with big, eerie minor chords!

II. Reverse Delay into Octave Up Reverb: Program 2 is a "light reverb" that combines octave-up harmonic feedback with an expansive, airy, reverb tank to create a breathy, spacious ambiance. Use the Regen knob to introduce a playful shimmer into the reverb decay. Increase the X knob to control the decay of the reverb. It sounds especially great with delicate fingerpicking parts.

III. Reverse Delay into Octave Down Reverb. Program 3 is a "dark reverb" that combines octave down harmonic feedback with heavy filtering and harmonic distortion, to create a sound that is thick, rich, and murky. Use the Regen knob to bring a lower octave into the reverb decay. Increase the X knob to control the decay of the reverb. Add in some high gain or fuzz to alter the time-space continuum.

IV. Reverse Reverb into Forward Reverb. Program 4 is a dual reverb program, featuring reverse reverb into forward reverb, Dual harmonic feedback paths allow the user to dial in octave up and octave down, and time stretching allows for control of the size and character of the space. Perfect for instantly transforming guitar into rich ambient pads. Use the Feedback knob to add a lower octave to the reverse reverb. Conversely, use the Regen knob to add an octave up to the reverse reverb decay. Control the decay of the forward reverb with the X knob. To channel all things ambient, experiment with dynamic picking and strumming techniques with the mix fully wet for ethereal drones and pads.

V. Pitch Delay into Pitch Delay. Program 5 features two "duelling" pitch delays, which shift the input signal up and down in complementary or opposing directions, allowing the user to create intricate harmonic patterns in the feedback network. Behaves like a sequencer at higher delay times and like a harmonizer at lower delay times. Use Feedback and Regen knobs to control various amounts of pitched delay repeats. Use the X knob to change the order of the 4th, 5th, and octave intervals that the pitch delay steps through. Experiment with short staccato notes to create some very interesting rhythmic parts!

Dive / Rise - Holding down the tap tempo switch will momentarily shift the clock rate of the pedal down or up and will hold it at that rate for as long as the switch is pressed. The direction of the dive can be changed by simply pressing bypass and tap simultaneously. A green LED over tap will indicate rise is set and a blue LED will indicate that dive is set.

The Mod knob will control the amount of modulation applied to the wet signal. Holding down bypass and adjusting the Mod knob will adjust the modulation rate. The bypass LED will blink to show your set mod rate.

Specs:

The Lore comes coated in a muted green enclosure with Cream, Orange, brown and dark green ink with art by David Huttner.
The die-cast enclosure's exact size is 3.62" x 4.79" x 2.25" including knobs.

Walrus Audio Mako Series D1 V2 High-Fidelity Stereo Delay Pedal
Cat: 861657 Rel: 24 Jan 22

The D1 is a powerful multi-function delay with five studio-grade, high-fidelity, custom-tuned programs.
Notes: The D1 is a powerful multi-function delay with five studio-grade, high-fidelity, custom-tuned programs. Create inspiring echoes from Digital, Modulated, Vintage, Dual Delay, and Reverse. Each can be tuned and tweaked with modulation, tone, age, and tap/clock subdivisions. The attack knob adds another dynamic to each program, opening up a new world for creating soundscapes. The D1 boasts stereo in and out, midi control, adjustable stereo width, and onboard presets.

A workhorse of a delay that is just as ready for the road as it is the studio.

The D1 V2 updates are as follows:
Retooled the Reverse program for a stronger effect.
Retooled the Vintage program to emulate a tape delay.
Added stereo width control allows two widening types - Panning and Haas Stereo Effect.
Added USB functionality for firmware updates via walrusaudio.io.

Programs

Each program can be fully customized to your taste and playing style with the Tweak knob. Flip the toggle switch to Mod to bring in a tasteful modulation to your delay trails. Tone will brighten or darken your delay trails. Age will add some grit and wear reminiscent of vintage delay units. Subdivisions can be easily changed between quarter, eighth and dotted eighth.

Digital - The Digital delay program offers a clean and crystal-clear delay that is perfect for rhythmic guitar parts where ultra-defined echoes are desired.

Mod - The Mod delay program has unique modulation LFOs applied to random repeats and run at multiple rates to create unpredictable pitch modulation. This results in unique sounding repeats perfect for warping minds and scattering trains of thought.

Vintage - The Vintage program allows for analog tape delay-inspired tones to be achieved with complex filtering applied to the repeats. Use the tone knob at low settings for darker filtering and at higher settings to roll off the low end.

Dual - The Dual program employs two delays in parallel, each with different time divisions. When connected in mono, the two delays are added together. When connected in stereo, one set of repeats is sent to the left output, and one set is sent to the right. The division switch has unique functionality in Dual mode. We'll break it down for you below:

In the quarter note position, the D1 offers 1/4 note and 1/4 triplet repeats.
In the eighth note position, the D1 offers 1/8 note and 1/4 triplet repeats.
In the dotted eighth note position, the D1 offers 1/4 note and .1/8 repeats.
Reverse - The Reverse program reads the delay memory backwards creating a unique delay repeat character known as a reverse delay.

Presets

The D1 can save up to nine onboard presets, and up to 128 are accessible via midi. Onboard presets are accessible with the bank switch. Cycle between presets in each bank by pressing Bypass and tap simultaneously. You will see the tap LED change from Red to Green to Blue. Any adjustments made in a preset will change the tap LED to purple to show that you have edited the preset. Refer to the manual for accessing and saving presets via midi.
Factory presets can be viewed here.

Attack

The Attack knob will soften the attack of the echoes. Dreamy and ethereal soundscapes can be created with higher repeat and attack settings.

Bypass and Tempo Modes

The D1 has three different bypass modes. True Bypass, DSP+True Bypass (trails), and DSP Bypass. The D1 offers global and preset tempo modes. Global mode keeps the tempo the same when changing presets. Preset tempo will use the delay time that was stored when the preset was saved. Refer to the manual for more info on switching modes.

Momentary Functions:

Press and hold the Bypass switch to ramp up the repeats of the delay. Release to set the feedback back to the knob location.

Specs:

The D1 comes in an anodized silver finish with black, dark green, red, orange and purple ink.
The enclosure's exact size with knobs is 12.4 x 6.4 x 6.7 cm. Power requirements are 9VDC (300mA minimum).
The use of an isolated power supply is recommended for powering all Walrus Audio Pedals. Daisy chain power supplies are not recommended.

Write your sonic story in any style and genre with the M1 High-Fidelity Modulation Machine.

Programs

Chorus - Find subtle chorus to be vibrant and lush tri-chorus that will instantly teleport you to the 80s. Type I is a traditional chorus great for tight smooth chorus tones. Type II adds a second chorus with an offset rate and depth. Thanks to the constructive interface, it has a more dramatic character caused by essentially running two chorus pedals in series. Type III finds its roots in the classic tri-chorus effect running three chorus units in parallel for a lush multi-dimensional chorus.
X knob controls Lag to set the maximum allowed amount of pitch detuning.

Phaser -Classic 70s phaser sounds we all know and love, with added features that you wouldn't expect. Similar to the Lillian, Type I is a 2-Stage Phaser that produces a single notch to the classic mild phaser. Type II is a 4-Stage model producing 2 notches for a stronger effect. Type III is a phaser modeled after the unique tuning and LFO shape found in a Uni-Vibe.

X knob introduces Feedback for a more dramatic phaser effect.

Tremolo - This program emulates a tremolo with three algorithms containing all the bells, whistles, and even a cherry on top. Type I is excellent for traditional sounds similar to optical and bias tremolos that raise and lower the entire frequency range - similar to the Monument in standard mode. Type II is a warm and cozy harmonic tremolo - similar to the Monument in harmonic mode. This unique sound is formed by raising and lowering your high and low frequencies opposite each other. Type III offers several predefined patterns for rhythmic sequenced pulsing tremolo. X knob manipulates the phase of the left and right volume modulation for a wide stereo panning effect. Shape and Symmetry in Type III (pattern Trem) select the pattern group and patterns within each group.

Vibrato - Make good parts great with detuned, warbly, and vintage sounds that harken back to the 60s. Type I focuses on traditional vibrato sounds like those found in Julia and Julianna's "V" mode. Old record players inspire type II with classic RPM's on the rate knob and some noise character you'd find in your dad's old dusty Speedwagon LPs. The rate knob can select 33rpm, 45rpm, and 78rpm speeds in this mode. Type III is our take on the wow and flutter pitch characters found in old tape players. Warm and charming with a hint of nostalgia. X knob manipulates the phase of the pitch modulation when connected with stereo outs in Type I and Type II and controls the amount of "flutter" modulation applied in Type III.

Rotary - Because you can't fit a Leslie speaker on your pedalboard, type I aims for that traditional watery sound of a well-oiled Leslie speaker. Type II only spins the horn but still plays the sound out of the drum. Type III only spins the drum but still plays sound from the horn. X knob controls the drive of the horn.

Filter - Add tone-shaping movement to your signal with different modulated filters. Type I is a lowpass filter good for modulated darker tones. Type II is a highpass filter used to creatively modulate your low frequencies. Type III is a bandpass filter forming a sliding "window" of frequencies. Drive the filter frequency with the main LFO or do things like set the depth to zero and turn up the LO-FI envelope control to drive the filter frequency with your playing dynamics.

X knob controls filter resonance, bringing a more aggressive sound to the selected filter.

Tone controls the filter's center frequency or starting frequency where the modulation is applied.

Notes: Described as "the ultimate ambient workstation", Slarp is a lush, powerful reverb/delay pedal designed to inspire creativity. Three reverb algorithms and four delay modes provide plenty of combinations.

Supplier's Notes:
Your favorite multi-texture reverb and your favorite multi-function delay are now available together as one! Layer lush, ambient soundscapes in digital, analog, lo-fi and slap back repeats to craft a sound that is truly your own!

Right Side

With other features like our smart bypass switching, and momentary knob ramp, the ARP-87 provides endless creative opportunities that are waiting to be explored. Max delay time is 1000ms.

Walrus Audio Slotva Multi-Texture Reverb Pedal With Presets
Walrus Audio Slotva Multi-Texture Reverb Pedal With Presets (multi-texture reverb pedal with presets)
Cat: 860646 Rel: 24 Jan 22

Multi-Texture Reverb Effects Pedal with Presets
Notes: The Slotva Multi Texture Reverb is a variant of the Slo but adds on the ability to create and save three presets. Save your favorite dreamscapes by simultaneously pressing and holding down on the bypass and sustain switches. Scroll through them by simultaneously pressing and releasing bypass and sustain. The Slotva allows players to create lush, modulated, sleepy and ambient soundscapes. Stocked with three different algorithms specifically designed to invoke textures for bringing dreams from your subconscious to reality.

The toggle switch allows three different reverb modes: Dark (Lower Octave), Rise (Ambient Swell) and Dream (Latching Pad), while secondary functions on the switch change between different wave shapes for the modulation on the reverb trail. Combine deep modulation with long washy trails and experience, the Slotva.

Algorithms

Use the toggle switch to select one of three onboard algorithms.
DARK - Add a lower octave to your reverb trail. Here you'll create deep and wide atmospheric sounds and channel nightmarish soundscapes. X knob sets the level of a -1 octave signal that feeds the reverb.
RISE - This is an auto-swell reverb for beautiful cinematic swells. Don't rush it. Let it breathe and gently wake up. X knob sets the amount of time it takes the reverb to swell in after a note is played. Set lower for shorter rise times and higher for longer rise times.
DREAM - Here is a lush reverb with a latching pad function. Press the sustain switch to latch signal. Experiment with the X knob to add vibrato over the pad. Press sustain again and pad will decrescendo according to where decay knob is set. X knob sets the depth of vibrato applied to the reverb trail.

The Slotva also features 3 different wave shapes accessible by holding down bypass while switching the algorithm toggle.

Modulation Wave Shapes:

SINE -Smooth and even pitch up and down modulation.
WARP -Asymmetric pitch up modulation similar to a warped record.
SINK -Asymmetric pitch down modulation for sinking detune similar to a Bigsby.

MOMENTARY FUNCTIONS

Bypass: Turns the effect on and off. It also features "smart bypass switching". When the switch is in off position, press and hold to temporarily activate the effect to add a moment of reverb texture. Releasing the switch turns the effect off, and fades itout.
Sustain: When pressed, the decay switch ramps up the reverb trail to maximum creating long dreamy reverb trail and then ramps back down to the decay knob setting when released. In the "Dream" algorithm, the sustain switch is latching. Press it once to capture and sustain the current reverb decay for extremely long pad-like sounds. Press it again to let the reverb trail taper off, based on the position of the decay knob.

TRAILS MODE

The Slotva can run in trails or no trails mode. In trails mode, when you turn the pedal off, the reverb decay dies off naturally. In no trails mode, the decay is abruptly cut off when you turn the pedal off. To toggle between either mode, hold down the bypass switchfor 1 second while applying power to the pedal. Unplug power and repeat to toggle to the other mode.

PRESET SPILLOVER

When scrolling through presets, there is only preset spillover if the next preset is the same algorithm as the one preceding it. For example, if your red and green presets are both in Dream mode, switching from red to green will not cut your reverb trails.

The Slo comes in a Lollipop Blue finish with light blue and off white ink featuring original artwork by Christi Du Toit.
The diecast enclosure's exact size is 4.77" x 2.6" x 1.39".
Power requirements are 9VDC (100mA minimum).
The use of an isolated power supply is recommended for powering all Walrus Audio Pedals. Daisy chain power supplies are not recommended.
Power supply not included.

Walrus D1 High-Fidelity Delay MAKO Series Effects Pedal
Cat: 807710 Rel: 29 Jan 21

Delay/dual & stereo effects pedal
Notes: Retro looks meet modern features with this versatile delay pedal. Digital, Mod, Vintage, Dual and Reverse programs plus MIDI control and preset storage. Powerful features, great sound.

Supplier's Notes:
Feature-rich delay packed with inspirational delay algorithms. Digital, Analog, Lo-fi and Slap Back help go from rhythmic riffs to warm, murky repeats.

The first in the Mako series, the D1 is a powerful multi-function delay with five, studio grade, high-fidelity, custom tuned programs. The programs are Digital, Mod, Vintage, Dual and Reverse. Each can be tuned and tweaked with modulation, tone, age, and subdivisions. The attack knob adds another dynamic to each program, opening up a new world for creating soundscapes. The D1 boasts stereo in and out, midi control and on-board presets. A workhorse of a delay that is just as ready for the road as it is the studio.

Mod - The Mod delay progam has unique modulation LFOs applied to the repeats that are random and run at multiple rates to create unpredictable pitch modulation. This results in very unique sounding repeats perfect for warping minds and scattering trains of thought.

Vintage - The Vintage program allows for analog delay inspired tones to be achieved with complex filtering applied to the repeats. Use the tone knob at low settings for darker filtering and at higher settings to roll off low end.

Dual - The Dual program employs two delays in parallel, each with different time divisions. When connected in mono, the two delays are added together. When connected in stereo, one set of repeats is sent to the left output and one set is sent to the right.

Reverse - The Reverse program reads the delay memory backwards creating a unique delay repeat character known as reverse delay.

Presets:

The D1 is capable of saving up to nine on-board presets and up to 128 are accessible via midi. Onboard presets are accessible with the bank switch. Cycle between presets in each bank by pressing bypass and tap at the same time. You will see the tap LED change from Red to Green to Blue. Any adjustments made in a preset will change the tap LED to purple to show that you have edited the preset. Refer to the manual for accessing and saving presets via midi.

Attack:

The Attack knob will soften the attack of the echoes. Dreamy and ethereal soundscapes can be created with higher repeat and attack settings.

Bypass and Tempo Modes:

The D1 has three different bypass modes. True bypass, DSP+True Bypass (trails), and DSP Bypass. The D1 offers global and preset tempo modes. Global mode keeps the tempo the same when changing presets. Preset tempo will use the delay time that was stored when the preset was saved. Refer to the manual for more info on switching modes.

Momentary Functions:

Press and hold the bypass switch to ramp up the repeats of the delay. Release to set the feedback back to the knob location.

5 Unique Programs:

The Digital delay program offers a clean and crystal-clear delay that is perfect for rhythmic guitar parts where ultra-defined echoes are desired.
The Mod delay program has unique modulation LFOs applied to the repeats that are random and run at multiple rates to create unpredictable pitch modulation. This results in very unique sounding repeats perfect for warping minds and scattering trains of thought.
The Vintage program allows for analog delay inspired tones to be achieved with complex filtering applied to the repeats. Use the tone knob at low settings for darker filtering and at higher settings to roll off low end
The Dual program employs two delays in parallel, each with different time divisions. When connected in mono, the two delays are added together. When connected in stereo, one set of repeats is sent to the left output and one set is sent to the right. The division switch has unique functionality in Dual mode.

Walrus Julia V2 Limited Gold Edition Chorus & Vibrato Effects Pedal
Cat: 848028 Rel: 01 Oct 21

A fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored.
Notes: The Julia is a fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored.
