Notes: The Brush IT from Pro-Ject is a must have accessory to ensure your vinyl is free from dust before playing. You just simply brush around the surface of an LP after placing it on your turntable to remove any settled dust, providing a clear path for your stylus. It features 2 sets of soft carbon fibre brushes on each side for effective dust removal.

Notes: The sound performance of a vinyl playback system can be significantly improved when all unwanted resonances between the record and the platter can be reduced during playback. Enter record clamps and pucks; simple devices which are designed solely to ensure the record and platter surfaces are held together tightly.

Standard record pucks, that use only weight to achieve this aim, can have 2 disadvantages:

- The weight can induce higher levels of rumble, when used with lower cost turntables which have smaller main bearings
- Instead of tightening the records surface to the platter, heavy weight record pucks can cause the opposite to happen and potentially warp the vinyl record into a slight 'bowl' shape

Pro-Ject's Clamp-IT is one of the most competent solutions available. It is a stylish accessory with a clamp mechanism around the centre spindle, that will not add weight but will press the record against the platter. The Clamp-IT also allows you to fine-adjust the pressure depending on the condition of your warped records.

Fitting of Pro-Ject's Clamp-IT is easily done, and once it's in place it won't only please your ears; because its beautifully machined diamond-cut edges will also stand out on any turntable!

Notes: Sound tuning through platter mat replacement! The interaction between the record and the surface can be tracked very easily by the sensitivity of a good pick up cartridge.

Common felt mats give a smooth contact between record and platter but have the disadvantage of static. This means that felt mats often collect a lot of dust which can be then transferred to the record. Also, the damping ability is very limited which can be a problem with metal platters. Thick rubber mats overdamp the record and have an isolation effect which leaves static on the record - hearable noise clicks are the result.

Leather and Cork are 2 different but very interesting options to upgrade the sound quality. Resonances are damped more effectively than felt, they keep dust away and also avoid static.

Which is better largely depends on taste and the actual platter design. These mats are a very cost effective way to improve the sound and have less noise by static and dust. You can hear a difference!

Notes: Further your unwanted vibration protection with the Leather It mat for your turntable. By topping your platter with a leather mat errant vibrations are stopped in their tracks and, thanks to a high-friction surface, there is minimal record slip.

The Pro-Ject Leather it turntable mat has been designed to enhance the sound of your turntable. Sized to sit on a 12" platter, the Leather it offers a better playback surface than other felt or cork alternatives.

The mat improves performance by reducing vibration transfer to the playing surface, allowing your cartridge to deliver a more stable high-fidelity performance. The high-friction but smooth surface also allows for fluid record rotation with minimal slip, resulting in pin-point timing during playback.

Notes: Formerly known as Grease-IT, this platter bearing oil is a high-tech lubricant, allowing for drastically reduced friction around the main bearing. Now your turntable can spin at a constant velocity, improving its performance.

Today, many amplifiers do not have a specific phono cartridge input. Phono Box E is an ideal phono preamplifier for these hifi systems.

Phono Box E accepts MM cartridges and offers an audiophile music experience at an entry-level price. Advanced circuitry and SMD construction keep noise and distortion at a surprisingly low level.

A built-in internal shielding and an outboard DC power supply leave no risk for external interference. Because of its small casing, Phono Box E can be placed near the turntable. Input and output sockets are gold-plated for preservation of quality.

Phono Box E can be connected easily to a line-input (AUX etc) of your amplifier.

Notes: Pro-Ject's updated VC-E2 is a compact alternative to the premium VC-S3 record cleaner. A new magnetic clamp seals the label and holds the record for cleaning with Pro-Ject's Wash It 2 cleaning fluid.

Notes: Ground it E is a stable and height-adjustable platform for turntables, that will reduce negative effects of potential surface vibrations significantly. The use of Ground it E is very simple: Do not place your turntable directly on surfaces such as furniture or shelves that may be vibration sensitive, but place it on Ground it equipment bases. All Ground it bases will improve the sonic performance, so a pleasant, natural reproduction of vinyl music will be possible. The playback quality of a turntable placed on Ground it E will benefit because of improved dynamics and coherent timing.
