Review: Disco, dub & hip hop. These are the three foundations that make up the sound of Atlantic Conveyor. "Open Your Soul" is the follow up to their much acclaimed debut "Fantastic Incidents EP" from 2005 that was a huge hit with leftfield discoid heads, deep housers as well as techno DJs. Here we are treated to Paradise Garage pianos fused with elements of Italo & deep house that in three different versions that has been getting extraordinary club support with big plays from Josh Wink, Idjut Boys, Ame, Jazzanova, Gilles Peterson & The Unabombers. We think the "Night Train" mix is gonna be one of those hidden gems with it's heavy Balearic vibes!

Review: Border Crossing's "Militant Style" is a great single featuring Vicky Virtue, whose gutsy vocal reveals a love for the golden days of Motown and revival reggae whilst reflecting on some of the negativity that surrounds us in our everyday lives.

Review: Kartel is releasing a 2 part remix package taking Fat Freddy's Drop into the worlds of drum & bass, dub-step, techno, electro and beyond... Part #2 features dub mixes from South London's premier dub-step crew Digital Mystikz (DMZ) who recently supported FFD at their Brixton Academy show. A version from Manchester roots reggae connection Blood & Fire vs Deep Sound and a slamming electro dub mix from Kalbata (aka Ariel Tagar from Tel Aviv). Anticipation for the Digital Mystikz remix has been very strong since they supported FFD at Brixton Academy. Still very early days in the promo campaign but we already have great feedback and support at club, radio and press level.

Reactions to the Artificial Intelligence remix on this package have so far been very positive. Review: The Mules song "We're Good People" is remixed by ultra hip Brazilian punk-funksters CSS and Lights. The Lights electronica remix of "We're Good People" will appeal to fans of Warp and Planet Mu.
